They just kept hanging up and me and they never spoke and I was not given a chance to speak.

Wonderful customer service. Mechanics that care. They will pick you up and drop you off which is very nice. Raymond, Carter and others seem to be in cahoots to ruin the reputation of this fine establishment.

Great staff very helpful, prices are fair.2 years after my original review having had my car serviced there very recently I must say that the whole crew including the owner Jerry have changed in the way they deal with customers. I had my A/C compressor and the serpentine belt replaced. I had to bring back the 2 times because they had damaged the condenser and I was leaking freon. Jerry almost kick me out of the shop because I pointed that out to him. Extremely rude and unfair not to mentioned that they charged me $685 for labor to replace the compressor when BMWs rate for changing the compressor is no more than 3 hours including the freon for $400 without the part. Place has become very expensive for poor quality repairs

They are horrible! I dont even give them a star. They robbed me out of my money with out a pistol. They some straight up crooks. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there. If I had one! DO NOT GO TO THERE SHOP!!!!!

Just replaced a part that they installed 3 months ago. $165 for a $25 part. I can understand some labor, but when I fixed everything today, I found that they hadnt even re-assembled everything. There were several mounting screws missing and the cowling had been broken and incorrectly re-installed. Dont go there!

My experience at this place was horrible. If you like you car dont go there. Most expensive and dishonest people you will ever meet. They have no clue what they are doing. After spending over $10,000 and 6 months my car still doesnt work. Car is still under warranty for their work. Would rather spend my money anywhere else.

Dont bring your car to these people they over charge they claim that they fix stuff in they dont fix the parts that theyre supposed to fix the owner has no respect and blames everything on his employees does a horrible job on any type of mechanical work They left my car all boily all greasy even left their tools in there then try to tell me that it was my car that came in like that which was not true I suggest anybody to go to any other BMW imported place somewhere else I do not suggest this place in if I could give it a 0 stars I would

Terrible experience. Having taken my vehicle in for a service in April 2016, I returned 4 months later (August) to find that my brake pads and discs were totally worn and dangerous! I asked why this had not been picked up at the time of the service to be told we should have, but realized a problem with the mechanic on three other cars so have fired him. I requested a goodwill gesture on their part towards my bill, but was flatly refused. I feel totally ripped off, and dont trust that they have done what they promised. Wish I had read these reviews before-hand. Stay way.
