All I really can say is WOW!!! What an awesome company. Jim an his staff were professional and efficient. This was a major job and they pulled it off in a day. My husband an I couldnt have picked a better company they are the best. I have to say Jim is so educated an so honest he goes up an beyond for his customers. Great service!!! I called yesterday morning with questions about clean air due to my daughter’s allergies. An air scrubber was recommended at a great price. I asked how soon could I get an appointment and was able to get worked in same day. I can’t wait to see the improvement in her health. Thanks Comfort Zone!!!!!!!!

We have been using Comfort Zone since we bought our home in 2005. They installed the original air conditioner in the house we bought and have been performing semi-annual maintenance on the same unit until this year when we finally had a new one installed. They also fixed some duct issues at the same time. Jim and all the techs who have ever come out are always very friendly, professional and helpful. The office staff is also great and follow-up to be sure everything is working as it should. I highly recommend Comfort Zone!

Finding some of these great reviews hard to believe. Comfort Zone installed my new A/C, but they did a really bad job. Came back many times over the following months but only made things worse. They left the unit damaged and left me pretty disappointed.

Brought new construction in Vero Beach 4 years ago. The indoor evaporator coil was poorly installed by the builders subcontractor and developed a leak in tubing that rubbed together. Zack quickly did the initial diagnosis and company owner Jim got a new evaporator coil ordered immediately making sure I had enough refrigerant to last me until the part came in. Techs Zack and Cliff got the coil installed and did a great new install with attention to detail evident. Cost for the whole job was better than reasonable. Comfort Zone A/C and Heating will always be my go to company for HVAC. I am recommending this local Vero Beach company to all my friends and neighbors.

Today was the second routine maintenance visit by them. My system is old so I asked them to recommend any preventive measures I could take now to reduce future issues. After a comprehensive evaluation several issues were identified and rectified. Couldnt be more satisfied.Just had them back for another routine service visit (11/17/2020). Zack did a thorough system check. Couldn’t be more pleased. And cost is reasonable.

I called the company who usually maintains our AC and they said they would have a representative call me. An hour later I decided to check for other companies. I found this company and read the reviews and decided to give them a try. Glad I did. I will use them going forward. Arrived right on time. The tech was very thorough and explained everything very well.The other company never did call back.

These guys were amazing! As young home owners with a new baby we tried to save money and redo our duct work ourselves but hit a few walls - we called up Jim and he even tried to help walk us through it. Ultimately he and his crew came out to fix our mistakes and finish the job. They worked ALL day and finished in such a quick manner - it was top notch! 👌🏼

I’ve used Comfort Zone for the past 10 years. In addition to the qualities I’ve noted they have had remarkable consistency with their technicians. I’ve gotten to know a couple of them very well and, more importantly, they know me, my home and the quirks of my systems. They’ve been there every time when we’ve had an emergency even when I’m not there. I couldn’t be more pleased and would recommend them to everyone.

I first used this company for my A/C & Heating needs at my business location. They were so terrific that I used them at my home. Between the two buildings, they have pretty much done everything I could possibly need from an A/C & Heating company; starting with turning on the heat at my business (years after it was installed, mind you), to replacing our home AC, to maintenance like they did today. Super great, trustworthy company!

Ive tried several A/C companies over the years and most recently have had misdiagnosis of an issue. I had met Jim through his wife and sensed immediately his/their kindness, sincerity and love of family.My A/C was making a noise in the attic which, after several months got louder and louder and scarier. Company A came out and said it was something and would only get worse, so I waited. Finally, I called Comfort Zone A/C, Jim came out and immediately recognized the problem, ordered the big part and within 2 days no more loud rattling.I highly recommend this company...their knowledge is incredible

AC was making a loud noise, called Comfort Zone A/C and they sent Zack out that day. He came early and was very professional. He was able to explain to us what the problem was. We had a power surge. Also checked the air conditioner to be sure all was good. Thanks Zack.

We recently had to install a new HVAC system in our condo in Florida. Reached out to a few contractors but was so impressed with Comfort Zones quality of service and responsiveness that there was no doubt Jim and his team were going to do the best job. Trying to manage this remotely given the current Covid 19 travel restrictions was concerning to me. But Comfort Zones immediate communications, to include the photos and the constant and consistent flow of communications through out the project was outstanding. I felt like I was there through the entire process. Most important I know Comfort Zone and Jims staff will always be there for me for years to come. One of the most important contractor to any condo owner is to have a solid professional relationship with their HVAC person. Jims crew make that easy. Excellent work and I highly recommend you talk to Jim before you move forward with any HVAC projects.

Mr. Jim Smith and staff are the best ever!! We have lived in Vero Beach for 20 years and have dealt with 3 very popular airconditioning companies, as we have 2 units in our home. Jim and his staff were the most professional and knowledgeable we have ever encountered . Mr. Smith stayed at our home until 9 pm to be sure all the work was done and would not leave until all was to perfection!!

Dont bother. There are way better companies out there for your needs. Called for an estimate for my home in Florida and the customer service was quite rude and acted like i was bothering them.

Jim and his staff are awesome. They have staff on call over the weekend and even late up to 7pm maybe later.
