GREAT JOB. My A/C went out on Thursday night. Was referred to Alan by a friend of a friend. I called and left a voicemail at 7pm. Alan was at my house at 7am the next morning. He diagnosed the problem in 30 minutes (condenser fan motor) got the part and had it blowing cold air by Friday afternoon. In morning I had asked for an estimate of the cost and he gave me what I considered to be a fair estimate. Actual charge at the end of the day was UNDER the estimate. How often does that happen? I will definitely use him again.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE! It has been a nightmare dealing him, very dishonest. He wants to get paid but doest want to do the work and does not care if the customer is happy or not. We had a brand new AC installed and right away, we knew something wasnt right. We called and were told he would be on vacation for 2 weeks, leaving us without air conditioning, with 2 young kids. A month later, he shows up wanting his money and we point out again, the AC is still not working properly, and other companies confirming this. He said its fine, nothing is wrong with it, give me reports to prove me wrong.. I now have to start all over again and but another one.

Scam Artist.... Was more worried about being paid than actually doing any work.Quoted $55 to diagnose then changed it to $65. Did NOTHING to diagnose or correct the problem.Remember, if you hire them and get burned You Were Warned!!
