This guy Phil, really has some sort of problem with women. Very condescending. Was paid to fix my AC, its still not working. Has so many excuses when I called to ask him to fix it. Beware! Go elsewhere

This was the second visit by Advanced Air. (The first time our technician was Cory. He was OUTSTANDING!) But this second time it was the owner Phillip B. (Bill) that came over. Phil (Bill) was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional from the start. It started when he was on the phone asking my husband for help finding our address and continued throughout his visit.We were actually in shock of just how unprofessional and disrespectful he was. We felt we were dealing with a completely different company than the one that serviced our air a few weeks ago (when Cory was the technician). I told Phillip/Bill he needs to learn from Cory how to treat customers and he said Cory didnt know about business. Well, Cory is keeping his company afloat and knows about how to treat customers.Phillip/Bill called a few minutes after he left. He implied he had been rude because we hadn’t kept our distance and he was afraid of getting sick (he was not wearing a mask).When my husband tried to explain that he had been rude even on the phone (BEFORE getting out of his truck) he said we were ignorant and hung up. Wow! Phillip/Bill lacks the minimum understanding of customer service!First of all, we did keep our distance and take the virus and social distancing VERY seriously. Secondly, it was he who asked me to get closer to look at a part. And even if he felt he wanted even more distance, there are ways to address this without coming off rude and disrespectful to clients. If he’s so worried and doesn’t want to wear a mask, then don’t come out to fix air conditioners.Stay away from this company!! And to Cory, please find another employer. You are too good to work for this unprofessional person.

Called Advanced Air on Friday 2/21/2020 for a quote. Phillip said he could be here around 4:00 but was able to get here earlier. He was very nice and explained everything that would be done and gave us the quote. It was a better price than the three other quotes we had gotten from 5 ⭐️ Heating and air businesses!If we had let him know right then it could have been installed the next day but we waited until later Saturday to except the proposal. He scheduled for Monday at 10:00 am.Cory and Jay got here on time! They were very nice and courteous and promptly went to work.When install was complete everything was cleaned up the way they found it and they explained how everything worked!The inspector was here at 8: o’clock this morning and said they did a great job!I highly recommend Advanced Air!

John Harden came out for a regular maintenance on my ac unit as well as installing a uv light. Was prompt and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. He able to answer the questions I had. Prices are more than fair. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience replacing my 20 something year old AC. First, Advanced Air saved our butts by coming out quickly to get our compressor running again. Then as I did research to replace, I was offered a great price for a new handler and compressor unit installed. It was done the same week. So great not to have to worry about AC now. Thanks guys!

We were having a sudden and extreme hot spell. Our air conditioner quit. We called our longtime air conditioning service company only to have them show little or no concern for us. We have been with them for years with both purchasing our unit and carrying a maintenance agreement. The technician ignored us. Their office ignored us. We called Philip. He responded immediately . He sent Cory. Our unit was up and running within 3hrs. Cory made special effort to rescue us from our misery and we are forever grateful. The cost of repair was more than fair. They were 100% professional in not only the installation of the ac unit, but the care of our home. Cory was mindful of our pets and explained what he was doing as he went along. When my A/C condenser unit went on the fritz recently, I turned to Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating because (a) they were right down the street from my house, (b) their previous customers had given them rave reviews, and (c) the owner, Phil assured me he could have a technician to my house that same day.My experience with this contractor tracked pretty well with the results attested to by their previous customers. Phil was a pleasure to deal with and his techie, Corey showed up right on time that same afternoon. I was favorably impressed with Corey’s knowledge of the workings of my system, and with the sense of concern he exhibited for me as a customer with a problem. It was clear to me that both he and Phil were genuinely interested in providing good service.Anyhow, within two hours of Corey showing up, three systemic problems had been resolved:1. The defective capacitor that was causing my condenser unit to malfunction had been replaced;2. Three pounds of refrigerant had been added to my system (which was about 35% depleted at the time); and,3. The air dryer (the component from which my refrigerant had been leaking) had been removed from the system altogether.On the downside, I was less than impressed with the bottom line on my invoice. They charged me $118 for a $15 capacitor, and $96 for $15 worth of refrigerant. And while I certainly dont begrudge a business their pound of flesh, $214 for $30 worth of materials seems excessive by any reasonable measurement. They also charged me two hours labor (at $89 per hour) AND a $79 service charge on top of that. Ive dealt with many contractors in my four decades of home ownership, and dont recall ever having seen a service charge added to labor charges whenever I engaged a contractor to do the work that prompted the service call. I’d certainly understand the service charge if I’d decided NOT to hire them after they came out to diagnose the problem. But I DID hire them, so I have a bit of a problem with that - especially given the close proximity of their shop to my house (about 2.5 miles).At bottom, notwithstanding the somewhat exorbitant charges, I’m happy with the MANNER in which my A/C problems were addressed, and I’ll probably recommend Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating to family and friends going forward - with the caveat that they just might find a better deal elsewhere.

The service people at Advanced Air are courteous and professional. I learned of this company through a friend who highly recommended them. I see why. After a call to service my air conditioner, they showed up promptly when they said, and had the problem fixed in very little time. I was happy with their friendly and highly competent service. FIVE STARS for sure.
