Itd be much better if there is a way to replace the screen without surrendering all the info in the phone

Finally decided to get my old NIMH Niterider battery rebuilt and gave bateries plus a try. I was leaving town for the week for business so but was told it would be done within that week and I can pick it up on when I got back. That however wasnt the case. It took an extra couple days and that was after the fact that I came by to try and pick it up thinking they had several more days than what they originally told me. So after it was finally done, I paid my $70 and came home excited thinking that I had my bike light back but to no avail. I wasnt geting any voltage out of the main leads. Not wanting to wait another several days, I decided to break out my multi-meter and found that I had not 1 but 2 battery tabs on 2 different battery cells in the cluster that werent fully spot welded. And yes, I work with electronics for a living so I repaired those spots myself. But I figured a battery specialist would do a much better job. Sadly I was wrong. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Made an appointment to fix my son’s phone screen. The gentleman who took care of us was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He ensured that the phone was able to be repaired before even moving forward. Explained it would take an hour to repair and sure enough, done when expected. And the best part is the phone works great. Highly recommend. Fast and professional service. A life saver!!

I went there to have my battery replaced in my iPhone, as they told me that was a service they performed. After it was replaced, I went to work. When I tried to use my phone, I could not “swipe” it on, I could not get certain letters & characters, could not access a number of things. I called the store the next morning, set up an appointment. The girl was very rude to me & said it may take 5 days to fix, but she would look st it. While I stood there waiting for her to even look at it, she answered calls ahead of taking care of me, as well as helping 4 customers who came in after me. After standing there a half hour, she said she was very busy but would try to look at it. Apparently it was a connection they messed up when replacing the battery. I have never been treated so poorly, it seems if you are not there to spend more money, there is no interest in helping. They messed up my phone.

I spoke with a young female clerk and also the store manager. Both were extremely accommodating, friendly,and knowledgeable. I went to the store on a friend’s recommendation for an iPhone battery replacement and wont hesitate to use their services again👍

I purchased a new-to-me iPhone 6 Plus from eBay. The seller stated that the battery may need to be replaced but I held out forever until it got too frustrating. Had I known it would only cost $39.99 (with their coupon) to buy a new one with installation included I would have done this months ago! The young man taking care of me knew his stuff and completed the job sooner than promised. If I ever need a new cell phone battery again I’m coming here. And if ever need a specialty bulb (of which they have many) I’m checking here first. So happy with this and their service.

When I called, the woman I spoke with was very helpful and informative.They were very thorough to check my phone functions before and after the battery was replaced.I would definitely recommend them.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and needed a professional to swap out the battery. While they did better than I would have, I am disappointed with my experience.Dropped off the phone with absolutely nothing wrong with it, even documented as such on the intake paperwork. Because I didnt get reception in the store, they did document the speaker was not functioning but there was and still is nothing wrong with my speaker.Quick turnaround, had the battery completed in 1.5 hours, awesome! Until I picked it up and quickly noticed something was wrong with the screen. I understand things happen, but what irks me STILL is the fact they argued with me on the condition of my phone! They claimed the spot was there when I dropped it off and it wasnt, nor was it documented. After Sierra called Jason (who did the intake) they stated it must have been the glare from the sun when he looked at it. BS! I had a $10 coupon from scheduling this online and her remedy was to give an additional $10 off. I am not sure what happened, but it ended up as $20 off for the inconvenience and her remark, its your lucky day, it took more off in an attitude.... and as I replied, its my lucky day as long as my phone continues to work after all of this.....Sierra stated they would order a new screen and have it replaced at no charge, along with a new screen protector. Great, but that required ANOTHER trip and 1.5 hours of work.So today Jason and Sierra were extremely friendly and replaced the screen. BUT! My phone is a dark blue.... they ordered a BLACK screen. Yet ANOTHER mistake by these people... they didnt bother to call and let me know, they told me this little tid bit as I was walking out of the store with my phone!Another thing that is an issue, I realized AFTER I LEFT.... the home key is stuck and cannot be pressed down anymore. Thankfully it still functions and I will have to get used to the way it is now- I REFUSE TO GO BACK THERE!!As Jason stated today Sorry for the hassle.... sorry is just what youre supposed to say.... thanks for the additional credit because all of this trouble wasnt worth the $40! Cant wait to see what malfunctions come about from this mess....
