The Fix fixed my iPhone Xs.I had a broken back glass and front screen.The back screen was replaced and looks perfect. The front screen was replaced but had a bit of an issue.The next day I went back and the front screen was replaced.They get the job done even though it was a minor inconvenience to go back.

I dropped and shattered my daughter’s iPhone screen. I needed to get it fixed like ASAP. I called and explained the broken screen and how the screen was different colors. He gave me a diagnostic and price over the phone. He told me just to come in and give him about a half an hour to replace the screen. Their competition nearby had longer wait time with higher rates. The Fix saved me time and money!! He even gave me a free screen protector!! I would definitely recommend this place

EDIT:3 months after this repair LCD screen is defective. The technician admits cheap Chinese parts were used. and that the risk I take for doing cheap repair.Take your money to UbreakIfix down the street... this guy is cheaper due to substandard sourced parts

I had a cracked screen on my iPhone Xr, and I came to the Hawthorn mall looking for a good place to fix my phone at. I found a store called The Fix, and they fixed it in under 30 minutes. It was the best costumer service I’ve had received in a long time. Thank you, and I’ll definitely come back to him for any more issues with my phone.

I recently went to go fix my iPhone 8+ because the screen had cracked. I’ve been here 3-4 times before because they had done service in the past maybe about a year ago and they were good. This time we went in, and instead of paying usually the 75$ we had payed before they charged $110 and we got it fixed and payed the bill. First off, they didn’t even give us a receipt, but when we had got it fixed they said they would give us a 2 week warranty just in case. The screen was fine at first, but then it had started to get small cracks, making the screen look cheap. After there had been more little cracks we went to get it fixed and they said they can’t do anything about it and they had horrible service. Definitely do not recommend because they gave me a cheap screen and horrible service now. DO NOT PAY FOR SERVICE FROM HERE

My I Phone charger broke off inside the phone, on a Sunday afternoon. My wife Googled “phone repairs nearby” and she found “The Fix”. Although the mall was closed, the owner drove from his home (30 minutes away), Met me on a Sunday night, got into his store, spent 1.5 hours working on it, and got it back to me on the same night. Came to the mall and dropped my phone in the bathroom sink, my phone got wet and cracked a bit and the screen wasnt turning on, went to go get it fixed and paid $200 only to get it back the same way i found it. He changed the screen but it was cheap as i could see the green tint of the screen in the sunlight. CHEAP AND A SCAM!!!!

This place was amazing. The speaker in my I Phone was defective and I could not hear anyone over the phone and no one could hear me. I was told at the Apple Phone that there was no way for this to be fixed and that I would have to order a new phone. I took the phone to the Fix it store and she was able to re-place the speaker and fix my phone within 1/2 an hour for under $25.00. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

My iphone got ran over by a car in the rain and was bent and all broken and wet. I didnt even think of fixing it, def looked unrepairable, it was that bad until I ran into TheFix at the mall. He replaced the screen, the battery, motherboard, front and back camera, speaker, flashlight. Price was reasonable and the most important is I got to keep all my photos, contacts and my phone is working like new. Would recommend!

Be aware that timing of the work done can be changed for their needs. I left my device and was promised up to 4 hrs, maybe next day maximum. After this I havent received any note, but when I called in next day then was told that itll take 2 more days lolThats how you go for a trip without your phone lolJust sign agreement if you need the device on time, bullish thing. Next time I would just go directly to apple. At least you know when its done.Didnt even wait to review the quality of work. Its just a way you approach your customers lol.Please, just make a good job.

Came in to repair my ipad, and have the screen repaired. Picked up same day. Was told the screen needs more time to dry, so I left it alone and did not touch till we made it to our vacation next week. My mistake for not testing right away. When tried using and the home button did not work and screen became unresponsive. Brought back after vacation, was told they will change me for part only and fix it. Fyi, I already paid $100, and they asked $70 for part only. Stay away.

Never go to these guys. I never post reviews but the guy at the stand really pissed me off. I came in because my phone cracked earlier that day and the the guy said itll be no problem, give me 15 minutes I came back 15 minutes later and he was finishing up my phone and it was working. After another 3 minutes of work. The phone wouldnt turn on and the home button wasnt reacting. He tried telling me that the home button was working when I gave it to him, which I immediately tore down because I knew he was lying. He then offered me a screen protector for another $5. I said no and he finally finished the phone, after which he ended up giving me the screen protector for free since I caught him in his lie. Everything seemed fine then 15 minutes later my screen just randomly starting clicking everywhere and it wont stop. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS
