Lets see. My phone replaced, repaired in two hours on two different occasions. They also successfully replaced a SSD for an old Laptop and ita faster now and extended its life. I highly recommend.

This review is more about the poor setup than employees performance.Learn from my experience, so you can beat the wonky system and not waste time!1. Double check store hours. I received an email for 9 am appointment time. Got there - turns out, store is not open until 10 am. Guess you cant trust the official emails and have to double check the hours online!2. Call ahead and confirm parts availability. Scheduling an appointment online means nothing. I arrived a second time at 10 am only to find out that they have neither the replacement screen nor the adhesives even though I specified which phone and what repair is needed. This appointment was made on Wed, which means they had two business days to get the parts. Better to call ahead and save yourself the trouble.

This is the first time I have broken a screen on a samsung screen ever. I was devastated as its my work phone where employees contact me. It happened on a Friday night after places closed. Lots of choice but on Saturday morning I found its a hard part to find. No one had it stock and UBreak was the only one that said they can get it in a week. They also happened to be $100 less than some of the competition.I understand supply chains are short and if you have insurance on your phone through your carrier its going to take a few days to get it shipped. You just must be under the expectation its going to take a week and be thrilled when it shows up early.The staff in the store was nice and professional. Bubbly people dont fix electronics. You use them for their knowledge.I picked up the phone and it works great. 90 day warranty. GREAT EXPERIENCE

I took my Xbox One X for a 1TB hard drive replacement. I was quoted $149.99 for the 1TB replacement. Upon turning on the Xbox on I realized I had Paid $155.06 for 365gb’s of storage. Essentially I feel robbed. Would not recommend and I will not being doing business here again.

I called on a Thursday with questions about their services for fixing a cracked screen. The gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable, but I was a little disappointed that they were completely booked until Monday. He also told me the website wasnt working for appointments so I gave him my info over the phone for the Monday appointment. When I arrived on Monday they had my appointment but none of the information I gave over the phone (my name, phone number, email). They had my phone fixed in the time quoted, and Im pleased to know they are certified by the manufacturer of my phone (Google). When I got my phone back I noticed a slight abrasion that wasnt there when I got my phone back. Im guessing this is from the removal of the old glass. I know it wasnt from me, but I wasnt going to make a big deal of it as it is covered by my phone case when I snapped that back on (but its worth noting in my review).Overall courteous staff, reasonable price, and quick work (once you get an appointment). Did not have good experience interacting with gentleman named Noah. When I took my Google Pixel 3 for screen repair, the lady behind the counter informed me that they do not have all the parts available and will have my phone ready the next day. When I did not receive any information next day, I called the store and got a rather rude response from Noah.

I arrived with my phone right around opening. Greeted from the back I will be right with you. I advised the person behind the counter Im going to file the claim to get my phone fixed. He says it takes about an hour or so for them to get the claim so he could contact me once they get it. I call file the claim hang around for an hour or so. I had not received a call from him so I went back. He advised he still had not gotten the claim. I decided to call again and spoke to another agent who said they did not see my claim. However he processed it and I hear a ding go off in the store while on the phone. I was upset that the ubreakIfix agent tells me it takes hours to get the claim and it actually only took a few seconds. Then he proceeds to tell me that he does not have the screen for my phone. if he would have asked in the first place he could have checked his inventory and I would have been done hours ago. He then lazily tells me the location of another store does not call them to ensure they have the part. I decide to call on my way there to the Niles location was told the part is there,but get there and its not. The Niles location calls to another location and ensures me my screen is there. I get to that location and they tell me they dont have any screens. But then I tell them that Niles called and theyre like oh yeah we have your screen.oh and I had already went to another store before and he told me that it took 3 hours to do the repair. I get to the Sherwood location and Lisa is an angel and tells me it only takes an hour and a half she actually got it done in an hour and 20 minutes. this company is great at fixing stuff but theyre c. if it wasnt for Lisa I would probably prefer to just shipping my phone and not having it for days versus going through this experience service is the absolute worst. I took my phone in at 10:30 and at 5:00 p.m. after driving 50 miles to several locations finally got my phone back.

I called and got in the same day. 2 hours later I had a new battery in my Nexus 6P! So happy cause I really like this phone! Everyone there were very nice and making sure that my phone checked out before saying they could work on it. So far with moderate use over 3 hours the battery is down to 81%. Before after 5 minutes I would be down to 91%. So I am grateful and very happy with the service!

In short this place is clean and professional. They are an authorized Samsung repair center meaning it doesnt void your warranty to get your phone or screen fixed here. They stand by their work - this is not one of those sketchy, handwritten sign having, credit card surcharging kind of places . Instead it is a nice clean environment and they make appointments. Fixing my screen was even $75 less than one of their local competitors wanted to charge (and days faster). I will go back here if I need another phone fix!

Two weeks in a row they forgot to order my part for my phone and they never called to tell me so Ive had to drive there twice for no reason. This was all for a part they replaced a couple months ago

Wasnt looking for same day service (I was a walk-in), but they had the parts in stock and were able to get right on it. Had a severely cracked screen replaced (with 90-day warranty!) in just about an hour. Fair prices, quick service, and friendly to boot. Not sure I could ask for anything more.

They provided a free diagnostic on my Google phone to inform me on what issues I was having. Their staff is very knowledgeable and they have fantastic customer service. I would definitely go here again!

My note 9 had just the screen cracked. No other repair place in the area would fix just the screen. But they were able to fix just the screen wich saves me money and theyre samsung certified so my phone was back to factory standards ! Great place!

Waste of time. Was told I would not have to wipe my phone. Come in with my phone and they requested unmonitored full access to my phone. Do you have sensitive data on your phone?. Why would you even ask this? EVERYONE has sensitive data on their phone.This all could have been avoided if they requested me to wipe it before coming in. This was for a screen repair.

Amazing place. Had my Samsung phone fixed there after 2h it was like new from the box. They work with Samsung warranty so I did not pay a dime. Pleasant staff, professional ...they work fast ....overall very happy with them.

Went in to get my ear speaker replaced and it didnt even fix the problem then I notice that my finger print sensor is broken and was not like that when I dropped it off. This place does not care for your phone when they have it. Terrible!

Stay away from this place.After first repar next component is broken same day 3 times.They do not know how to gently repair phone and not destroy other parts. Finaly they forget order correct part on appointment time. StuDo it on your own risk.

I spilled water on my Macbook Pro and immediately called uBreakiFix because they fixed the same Macbook about 2 years from a water spill. I advised Vito I would arrive right at their closing time of 7pm. He said I could still drop off my Macbook as long as I arrived at 7pm sharp. Although I made it at closing time Vito was understanding and checked me in and advised that it was great I brought Macbook in so quickly. He gave me a call the next day around 2pm advising that he was able to save my Macbook without having to replace any parts by putting it in a dehydrator and using hot air. And since no parts had to be replaced the service was FREE. I am extremely grateful to Vito of uBreakiFix for accommodating me last minute and staying later that night to open my laptop up to begin drying out the water that night!! He saved it from further damage. Thanks Vito!!

Stay away from this place if youre doing a warranty repair through Assurant, or the insurance you purchased with your Google phone. Horrible service. Shoddy repair work. Broke my screen, Assurant told me to go to this place to get it fixed. They schedule an appointment several days from the day I called them because they didnt have the part in stock. When I showed up to the appointment, was told the part is still not it...and I had to leave work early to get here because they need 2 hours to replace a screen. No one bothered to call to reschedule because the part didnt show up that day. Called next day. No part. Called the following day, no part. Finally on the 4th day was told the part is in and I could come in any time. When I came in they said they were short staffed and couldnt fix the phone that day. Finally, on day 5 I had the phone repaired. When I picked up the phone, the new screen was not straight and had a gap between the screen and the aluminum case. They kept saying its normal...maybe for someone like them... Go somewhere else!

I sent my PC to them due to a problem where it would overheat whenever I ran a game with a large file size and shut down. They diagnosed the problem and applied thermal paste. They charged me NOTHING! They even did a free clean up in my PC to get out some dust and fixed a problem to where my computer fans were too loud!10/10 experience, best repair shop EVER
