Third time I used Geek squad, twice to transfer data from olderPC to new purchase PC and to upgrade processor rams & speed,once to repair defective power supply on an older PC.Cost of service extremely reasonable and has not changed inover 5 years!Each time the work was completed before estimated time of completion.Work was done as promised and everything done and how to usewas explained thoroughly in both technical and laymen terms at time of delivery.The team is very experienced, knowledgeable, Tech/IT savy,courteous and stays up to date on latest technologies and onwhat new ones are coming out.Their work is very reliable and everything they did for me performedflawlessly.I highly recommend their service for anything electronic.Also, they delivered, installed, set up my 65 Ultra 4K/3D HDTV andfully explained and demonstrated how to use all the functions.

I received letter for my order complete but in store nobody knows where my laptop. And manager say me need waiting more two weeks. Horrible service.
