Not super happy with how they rushed through it. Did a decent job but werent willing to try to save my nails. Cut them shorter than I wanted without being willing to dip them or even offer an alternative. The third girl to do Mani, was rough, didnt care what shape I wanted my nails, and could care less if it hurt to remove polish with her nail, instead of polish remover with a brush. I miss my D nails. Wish they were open on Mondays.

Great atmosphere and very personable. Took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was a perfectionist with every last detail and nailed it. Ill be a returning customer from now on. What a fantastic experience for the first time here.I recieved a NEW acrylic full set. 💗

I normally dont request a certain technician but this time I requested jenny (because mom lives going to either Jenny or Tammy) and Jenny did amazing! I was so beyond sad to have to get them done after a few weeks! I had people at work asked to get a picture of my nails as a reference picture

The ladies working there were super sweet and helpful to find me the exact color I wanted to paint my nails! I got Tammy to do my nails and she did them great! She handled my nails with complete care and respect. Only giving the review a 4 because this isn’t my regular nail place, I came here for the first time because my nail lady was booked :)

Well... initially I had a good experience, and thought I found my new nail salon. As I kept returning as a regular. The quality of service diminished. One girl did my shellac set. They chipped, and cracked in two days. I had to go back. Then had my shellac removed, and a regular manicure done. Two of my nails chipped already! Sorry to say they lost a good customer‼

Staff is very talented, this location seems very busy. Accidentally charged me for another persons service but fixed the issue swiftly. I feel as though it is a bit pricier than anticipated compared to most shops.

This is a vary nice place to get your nails done. Mary was so good to me she was professional and super friendly and she shaped my nails perfectly! She definitely delivered on what I asked for. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing too. I’ll be back!

Really impressed with the techs here. This was the first time getting my nails done in several years and Im over the moon in love with them. As you can see I have big, clunky hands and getting acrylic has always been a nightmare because every other tech Ive been to makes them chunky, crooked and awkward looking. I explained my concerns to the lady doing my nails and she took extra care to make them look lovely and even, she got the shape just right. I wont go anywhere else after this experience.

Dip nails with Heidi.Four stars for Fast nail service, wide variety of colors, cleanliness of salon, and price.Minus star because there wasnt any hand massage, just put lotion on my arms... maybe 2 minutes? If you dont mind that, this is a great place!Personally this was my 1st dip experience and it reminds me a lot of acrylic nails. They use the electronic file to remove a layer of the natural nail to adhere the dip better, put on multiple layers of dip, then file off the excess. Add color, UV lamp a few times then ready to go!

Lee is amazing! I’m pretty picky and she nailed it. This is my second time with her and both times she was quick and precise. I also pretty much six year old and the staff are amazing with her. Super friendly.

I came to this place 3 times in 1.5 months. The 3rd time I came in to remove my acrylics and the lady made me soak my nails in a hot bowl of acetone when I had cracks in my skin around my fingers (near the nails & all over because I have a dry skin condition) as soon as I put my hand in it burned like crazy and hurt and I told her that it was painful but she just told me to put my hand back in. Both my hands were in pain and I should’ve just walked out and removed them myself at home. Will never come back and do not recommend this location.

Had my nails done and brows waxed by Mary on 1/11 and she did great! She was very pleasant, funny, and the salon had a nice atmosphere/was very clean. Definitely recommend!

I specifically asked him not to file my nails shorter and he did it anyway.I specifically said I didn’t want him to square them off and he did.If I could post the pictures you would see one hand very short and square and one long and round. Im not big on painting any of my nails, but this summer I got a pedicure from Nice. I had spent a week camping, I walk around barefoot at camp in full relaxation mode. They had no problem scrubbing the dirt and dead skin off my feet and making them so soft and beautiful. I got a white toe color and it lasted me from August to October. Amazing experience. The hot oil mixture was too hot and the girl servicing me made sure to massage my feet with it to get the temperature just right. Good price for the service, and a nice relaxing experience.

The first time they did my nails I was very unhappy. I called and explained what was going on and the owner had me come back in and she re-did my entire set herself. They are BEAUTIFUL, exactly what I wanted. She was very kind and gentle, paid close attention to detail and Im 110% happy with the craftsmanship and service I received. I reccomend you give them a try, BEAUTIFUL work, very nice, caring technicians!

Seriously the cleanest and most modern nail salon I’ve been to in Washington.

So I wasn’t satisfied with the full set work they did, it looked very bulky and un-natural! I called them and they said I can go back, that they will fix it without any charge! I went, their lady boss comes and all of a sudden decide that they look fine. Beside that I had changed the color so she goes like, I will charge you for the color change,”First of, its up the the costumer to decide if the nails look fine or not, it’s up to our satisfaction, not yours. Secondly, if you are going to take the color off to drill the nail for a softer look, then you will have to redone the color anyways, so what if it is a different color, it’s the same amount of work... their boss is very unprofessional!!! All she cares about is making money on customers and not about making a customer their ongoing client!!! She doesn’t know how to run a business!!! I am sad for your small mind...:..

I love this place everyone is super friendly and accommodating, its very clean no chemical smell prices are competitive for the area and they always have plenty of people working so the wait isnt ever long!

I went to get my nails done with my boyfriends sister and her best friend. They charged extra for my boyfriends sister nails because they used Solar powder without asking me and kept trying to up my bill from the second we walked in. The guy that did her best friends nails was very confused how she was here considering she’s not white even though she was born here. The lady that did mine didn’t even fully coat my nails so the top layer is a weird darkened teal and the layer under it is actually teal and you can see where she didn’t coat. They’re also already lifting heavily and it’s been a week. Will not go back.

Extremely overpriced for what you get. My polish started chipping off a few days after. Ive spent way less and my polish would last for weeks. And it was just regular polish. Disappointed I paid $35 for this. Everyone was nice, but I dont recommend going here. And I wont be returning.

I love them here! My sisters and I go often, and the nail techs are all so nice and friendly. My nails are always great after Ive been here and I get all sorts of compliments. Their prices are awesome, especially for the high quality of work that they do. On average I pay $25 dollars or so for a shellac manicure, and then add a tip. Highly recommend trying them out if you havent already!

My experience was wonderful. I was offered a drink during my brief wait. They were able to get myself and 2 teens in very quickly. They did a great job on all 3 manicures and both pedicures. The scrub they used smelled wonderful and made my skin soft. The hot rock massage was very relaxing. It is great they offer stamp cards and discounts for students. I will continue to go to Nice Nails for my nails. My next trip I will get eyebrows done also.

This was my go to salon for a year. I told a lot of friends about it who, for the same reason as me, will no longer go. Its sad, because its 1 person who has driven so many away.The guy who works in the middle section at the back is TERRIBLE. The entire time he is working on your nails he treats you as if you are a complete inconvenience. The first time, I got dip nails done and I thought..maybe hes having a bad day and gave him the benefit. During, he didnt ask me what I wanted..and when I said quietly I would like my nails shorter please he ROLLED his eyes. He also video chatted with his daghter almost all of the time. He did a terrible job, and they broke after 2 days.I recently went back to treat my mom and he was the only person available to help me (I wasnt about to have him do my moms nails). He, again, treated me like an inconvenience..and was actually down right mean. He also, did a horrible job on my gel manicure. Again, after 2 days 3 of my nails chipped. I went in to get it fixed and he was the one to fix it..It was very uncomfortable, and he didnt redeem himself.All the other people who work here are great, but this guy has ruined it for me. I am not difficult, and have never been treated like that at a nail salon. I dont understand how someone can get away with treating people the way he does AND not doing good work and still have a job.Update: The nails that chipped that he fixed already chipped again. This guy is absolutely atrocious at doing nails. I also forgot to mention how much he cut me during all of the services. Seriously, lots of cuticle damage and blood.

Nice Nails in Vancouver WA is the best nail salon in the area... I would know!! All the techs are excellent but ask for Henry, Jay or Daniel.., those guys are artists of the industry. They are fast, the cheapest that I found and they do whatever you ask. One additional bonus is they use a punch card (like at coffee shops), and it gives you a discount when you spend a certain amount of money! I recommend them highly, I’m not going anywhere else! I got cut twice when having my nails done. When I pulled my hand away the gut just laughed.

First time I was in a rush, they worked on my feet and hands at the same time and I was very pleased.Second time I took my 2 girls, Tia helped one of them and she was GREAT! Will be asking for her from now on. The lady that helped my other girl did a good job but was more serious and too focused on the job, coyld have made my daughter feel a little more comfortable but I blame it on the language barrier.Both times I noticed people getting punches on their cards, I wasnt offered one, would have been nice and would probably make me go more often.

I really love this nail salon. I never feel like they are in a rush unlike most salons they take their time and really make sure you are happy with your nails. I’ve recently switched to dip powder and they do such a great job and have great colors to choose from!

My husband and I go here for our pedicures! The shellac stays on the longest I’ve ever had out of any place... and I’ve tried alot of them!!

Had my manicure done today at Nice Nails, in Vancouver, WA. This is my fourth time having them dipped here and I will never go back to another method or another salon. I’ve been here before and they were awesome. Sadly my experience there last Friday was horrible. I had an appointment for 3:00 and I showed up at 2:55 and proceeded to wait until 3:40-3:45 before I was taken for my nails. I wanted a full set of ombré nails, coffin nails and medium length. She cut them to almost stilettos and way to short then filed them even shorter. I asked her to change it and she just told me that this is what I asked for when Indeed it was not. Then who I assume was the manager came over and made sure everything was getting across correctly which it did and she did exactly what I wanted on the first nail and cut all the other ones differently. Then she cut me multiple times with the Dremel. The ombré looks great but the acrylic is bubbly and the top clear coat is not on all of the nails and my thumbs look terrible. They are usually super good with everything so this was a disappointment.

Expensive, but who isnt. Dont go in near closing time, they start to rush and mess up.

Very bed job, my nails chipped in couple hours after it was done. I went back on same day, she fixed it, but three days later it chipped again, I paid $37 plus tips for solar fill and shellac polish . Very disappointed.UPDATE:I contacted them after they responded to my review, they were very apologetic, and willing to fix the problem .

I’ve been coming here for a few years and I really liked it at first! But since I’ve come back from college the prices went up and my acrylic nails keep breaking. My nails have broken 3 times in a span of 2 months and one of them was a brand new set. I used to love it here but I’m getting tired of having to keep getting my nails fixed. The last time I went in all of my nails broke so I went in to get a new set and they still charged me to take my old set off (that was already taken off considering they all broke off). So I get a new acrylic set (also in which the guy doing my nails made my cuticles bleed from cutting them too short and filed my nails so hard that my fingers were super sore for 2 days after, on top of that didn’t apologize or stop after I told him that it was hurting me, and made me wait for 30 min while he went to eat and talk to coworkers) and two weeks later my nails broke again. I’m getting pretty annoyed that I have to pay to go in every week to get them fixed. Usually they are super nice and I LOVE the owner of the shop, Jay, but am really tired of spending all of my pay check to get my nails fixed every week.

I recently walked into get a mani-pedi and a facial wax. I was really pleased to see a very nice, comfortable, and clean space. They have many chairs, however, the space was not crowded or noisy. It was really easy to relax. The family who owns the business was very accommodating, offering me water, and making sure I was very comfortable every step of the way. I will go back for sure, and would love to see this business succeed. :)

Came in soon as they opened there was only one lady there that couldnt speak English so it was incredibly hard to communicate, and she was the only one there. She painted a glitter ombre on my nails with out asking then said You like when I said yes its pretty she told me $7 and I said no I dont want to pay extra she took off the nail polish and had to start over. Then her hand massage litteraly lasted 3 minutes. My gel manicure didnt last long cause she only did one coat and I was the only one there and my gel manicure lasted a total of 20 mins. I was vastly disappointed cause this place is tight down the street from me and I was really hoping to make it my nail place :(

Not a very good paint job, left a lot of paint around my toes, on my cuticles and on one of my friends fingers. They also Argued when asked to cut nails shorter. Another thing was the paint was splotchy and needed another coat but just ignored it. Needles to say I wont be returning.

Horrible. First they speed.through putting the wax on your face then pinch you with the tweezers and I go to get up and the paper rips off and sticks to my pants because they spilt wax and so not only will I not go back, they should pay for my ruins jeans.
