Best gym I have ever been to!! I have tried them all. Staff is amazing. Lighting is cool. Equipment and locker room are the best!

This place is great. Nice and new equipment. Only 1 tanning bed though. But, its stand up and hot so you dont need to be in there nearly as long. They also have 2 massage chairs and red light therapy. The sauna is coed, located in between the mens and womens locker rooms. It is busier than the van mall location but newer equipment. Either way, its a great place and I will definitely be back.

I waited for this location to open for a good while now and its finally open!! The gym is beautiful. Very spacious with all the equipment you can ask for. Tanning is perfect. The massage chairs are perfect. The staff is so friendly and amazing that I look forward to their faces every day walking through the door. Shout out to Nicole!! Shes hard working and keeping Golds the best gym ever.

Excellent equipment & amazing amenities!! The sauna is amazing post-workout.Very clean & well-kept, I recommend to anyone looking for a gym in the Vancouver area!My only wish would having it be open 24/7. But still work every penny.

Great gym with plenty of weights, benches, and machines so you never have to wait long to do a workout.

I find the staff helpful and friendly. If you have any questions about the exercise or machine, the personal trainers are always willing to help. They have a great assortment of free and machine weights to select from. The specialized rooms also have equipmemt and offer a bit more privacy if needed. The sauna is set at a cool 160-180 degrees and the massage chairs are a great way to help in recovery after your workout. I come here 3 days a week and everyday is a joy to be at golds.

Excellent facility, friendly staff. Only one massage chair though.. Kind of a bummer.

As for corona, following all guidelines... everything gets wiped down, and you carry a cleaner bottle with you so they dont have to close down to wipe everything. Good selection of machines and weights, and great workers. Always so nice whenever I come in.

As always the weekday team is amazing. They learned my name after only a couple visits in and they greet me excitedly every time I walk in. Thanks team!

The staff are friendly and helpful. The equipments are brand new and there’s quite a variety of them for most fitness needs. Masks however are not really mandatory, even though there’s a sign. So that’s a good thing or a bad thing depends on how you see things I guess.It can get pretty busy but it’s so massive that you can work around other people without much trouble.

I believe its the best gym in the area! Pretty much have everything you would ever need in a gym AND the sauna is open... forget about it!! I joined on friday!!

Super clean, lots of equipment, and the front desk people are always very friendly. Nicole and Kaitlyn are absolutely incredible - they extremely friendly and their customer service skills are top notch.

Signed up online and was sent an email with a free day pass to try out the gym before committing to a membership for this new gym location. I got ready to exercise, drove to the gym, only to be told that my FREE DAY PASS was actually NOT VALID! They refused to honor the FREE DAY PASS clearly labeled for only the NEW HAZEL DELL location. They then pressured me into signing up for a membership, stating thats the only way Im able to try the gym is by committing to a month, which on the day of opening cost a total of over $100 out of pocket and 46$ per month. When I was very polite and asked if there was any way I could possibly work out for even just an hour, the head area coach manager in charge denied me. I would have most likely signed up if I was able to simply try things out briefly that afternoon. I find it very unprofessional and problematic for them to be issuing these free day trial passes, only to not honor them. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES plain and simple. I definitely understand CAPITALISM, but this brand has genuinely lost any interest from me based on this very unprofessional and careless practice they use to obtain potential members personal information for their own personal benefits. This should be illegal and I didnt appreciate my gas and time being wasted for absolutely nothing. #goldsgym you dropped the ball majorly and when I mentioned this issue with the Head Manager, his response was that if I had given them my current phone number, I would have received a text message to my phone stating that they apologize but the day pass they just emailed me is not valid. When asked why the day pass was invalid, he responded we just dont do day passes anymore, but we would be happy to get you signed up with a membership. I have a simple request, STOP sending FAKE day passes to potential members when you DONT ALLOW THEM TO BE USED! FIGURE IT OUT!
