This place is dirty. Starts in the parking lot. Trash everywhere. Is nobody assigned to pick it up? No trash can outside so everyone just leaves their old masks, drinks, paper towels on the ground. Inside nobody wipes down the machines. Equipment is always broken. Locker rooms are disgusting. It’s just a gross place.
Been going to 24 Hour Fitness for over 20 years. Put up a large sum at the time for 3 years but got locked into a very low yearly rate for the rest of my life. The cost has been very low because of it.Theyve always been respectful and polite.Great equipment and machines. I wish there was one built on the west side of town or up by Battle Ground or Salmon Creek. But overall my experience has been nothing but great!!
HOW CAN YOU CALL YOUR SELF 24 HOUR FITNESS??? 5-9? More like 16 hour fitness. I wanted to sign up for this gym, but I refuse to until they extend the hours. I work late and I work out late too. Sad. I miss this gym. Hopefully they will bring back 24 hours soon? XOXO all my love
Great Gym and Exercise Facilities! Also the management and reception assistance is very helpful and the best in the Northwest! The Manager Tim was a big help to us as a Military Veteran Family, he has helped us to adjust to civilian life and really provided a warm welcome to Vancouver! Also the receptionist Rebecca was very helpful as well. Military Families like us really appreciate help and friendly assistance and flexibility from this 24 hour staff, they are all helpful but Tim the Manager is a real hero to us! LS, US Army Afghanistan War Veteran + Family
Big thank you to Jessica and Tim the general manager for going above and beyond in helping me today. I will definitely recommend people to this gym.
The best 24fitness gym in the area thats my opinion. I been to all of them since I have super sports access. The layout is spacious, has a nice basketball court, I wish the sauna and steam rooms are open. By far my favorite gyms are Palms, Hollywood & Clackamas 24fitness locations.
Very welcoming. Early morning is the best. Thank you.
I work here. I might have a little bias but I pick up after members all day and keep the place in decent order. All of our PT staff are proffesional, clean, honest, and friendly. Our member services staff is always friendly as well. We do our dambdest but the human element is always going to be a factor at the gym. Its seriously a decent place to work out and we DO HAVE BUMPER Plates and a power lifting area.... Dont know what that guy was talking about on the other review thread. Proof is in the pudding I suppose, check it for yourself.
I really enjoy the atmosphere inside this gym. Sarah is such a sweet and genuine girl, your gym wouldn’t be the same without her working there, she lights the place up. Shetia is very sweet and has a cheerful presence and is so nice! I just wish we didn’t have to wear masks the whole time. And I wish the gym would stop shutting down every 90 minutes, it honestly incentivizes ppl like me who workout for extended periods of time to consider other gym options. Thank you all for taking such good care of us!
I joined temporarily as my other gym has been closed for almost a year now. The gym was clean, felt safe, the staff was friendly, and the hours to sign up for workouts were convenient. Tim (or jim?) helped me this morning cancel my membership now that my other gym is opening and it was quick and painless! Thanks 🙏🏼
Always a great, relaxing time in the pool. My happy place🤩And good times in gym as well.
Jessica was amazing ...🙏 We were confused about hiw
**Update**Another increase without any added amenities. $52 a month plus annual fees. Theyve taken away towels decreased kids club hours. There are typically several machines broken. This place is garbage! This leg press machine has been broken for a while. If you look at the last decent review for this place, that person even said a couple things were broken. They increase rates without telling you, theyve eliminated towel service, increased kids club price as well decreased hours. I used to love this place because of their amenities and competitive price. All of that is gone. My wife and I are actively looking for another 24 hour gym.
They need to be open 24 hours a day, I exercised after work
I’ve been coming here for 12 years and within the last year, it’s gone downhill quick. Dirty, broken machines, hot tub is ALWAYS down. Sauna doesn’t get very hot, every time I use the steam room, I get sick. Hardcore barbell gym in Vancouver is where it’s at! No masks, no appt needed, clean, friendly, exceptional. They even have tanning. They will match what you pay at this location. Open 24 hrs a day! Owner is super chill.
No more towel service. No longer cleaned properly. Large portion of equipment broken and unmaintained. Bathrooms and equipment not sanitary. Basketball court is dusty to the point of too dangerous to play on. No good basketballs provided. Pool is dirty constantly. Sauna and Jacuzzi always either dirty or closed. No proper climate control.I have been a valued member of 24 for over 10 years. This location used to be the best gym in the entire area (including the greater Portland area) and now its a dump. Top it off they have the audacity to raise their prices. Save your money, even planet fitness is a better option at this point.
Lots of equipment, but some desperately needs to be repaired or replaced.
I canceled my membership and they gave me a refund receipt for Costco that did not include the time I was unable to use the gym for COVID, effectively stealing 5 months from me! I called and called, they just keep telling me I have to wait for 21 days to get the time credited back to use the gym. 24 hour fitness is a joke at this point.
The staff does not enforce mask guidelines set by the Washington Department of Health. Due to my job, I have to interact with elderly and disabled people on a daily basis, and I cant put myself at an unnecessary risk to become a carrier of covid-19. Other clubs can enforce mask mandates, I dont know why they dont enforce them here. Also, a few machines were broken. I mainly use free weights, so I was able to get through my workout without trouble. It is frustrating paying $600 a year for a club that cant keep their equipment working.
One of my favorite gyms! The staff is so nice and helpful, the pool is clean and not crowded, and theres a very good range of equipment to use
Gym is back and running do check time slots and availability. Its well maintained and cleaned. Always whipe your equipments and wear a mask.
Attempted to cancel membership which wasnt under contract, and was told by the front desk that they couldnt do it at the gym and had to call membership services. Called membership services and was told they could and it shouldve been processed there. The GM at this location refused to waive the outstanding balance that had accumulated in a period which I had used the gym ZERO times after requesting to cancel membership, because I didnt have proof that I had requested my membership to be cancelled. I will not consider starting membership again at 24, EVER due to this poor experience
Gone way downhill. New management or something happened. Ive been coming here for years. They took away the towel service, effectively making it a Sport gym rather than Super Sport. When talking with staff about this, they say the Premium is for the location and amount of machines. Okay... Well more than 1/2 of the machines are barely working and the location is known for horrible gridlock. The sauna, hot tub, and steam room are ALWAYS out of service. Your shower will always be ice cold. Not only that, they have no idea what Climate Control or Air Conditioning means. I did a trial at LA and even Planet freaking Fitness which had much better service, climate control, and all at a much cheaper price. This place cant even keep their equipment clean... Needless to say I wont be renewing.
Enjoy working out at the club. Hate the worthless masks we have to wear. Try using the cardio equipment with only a partial supply of air! And the staff will come after you if you dont comply with the rules.
Good covid-19 awareness. Great equipment and staff.
Good system during covid to workout
First of all let me start by saying that I have been a member with other gyms in the past and this one is by far the best. My husband and I have joined a few months back and so far we have had only positive experience. If you are new to the whole gym and workout routine, I would recommend signing up as well with one of their personal trainers to kick start your workout regiment, the trainer will work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals, teach you how to use the equipment and weights properly and safely, and explain how to adhere to the gym Etiquette, i. e. Don’t wait until the end of your workout; you should be cleaning up as you go along! Not sure where something goes? Ask the staff! By the way my trainer is Eddy and I highly recommend him because of his attention to detail, professional approach and experience. Thank you.
For a membership of $600+, they should be able to maintain basketballs. If they go bad, they should be replaced in a timely manner. It has now been 2 months since management said they have “ordered” new balls. They have not replaced them still. There are now only 2 balls on the court, both deformed to the point where they do not dribble. Please get new basketballs. If theft is a problem, have a check out station at the front.
In the last few months it has gone down hill. Equipment is constantly dirty, I have to clean it to use it and than after myself, Employees sitting around in locker room for periods of time, locker rooms are not as clean as before, front desk staff is constantly changing. It used to have a welcome feeling with familiar faces now I want to go to another location. Only reason I havent yet is because the ladies in the daycare are awesome.
Thieves, they froze all accounts at the beginning of the pandemic and now that they are almost bankrupt they are reactivating memberships with no prior warnings and charging first and last months payments. This is extremely deceitful, their process to cancel membership states on their website that you have to go into a location but they were all closed and their help center is closed also. I will never use another 24hrs fitness ever again there are plenty of gyms around they dont need to seal from their customers.
Great to have gyms back open
I have paid for this place for 13 years. They no longer offer towels. HUGE DOWNFALL considering the price. Cleanliness is no longer an option. Absolutely disgusting 😷. Do not sign up if you dont want a bacterial infection
Awful gym. Always closed, you book a class and yet they are full. Terrible communication between the app and the actual gym. Stick with a cheaper gym - this place isn’t worth it.
Being a member for years before finally just joining the staff as a manager, I must say our club is fantastic. We are quick to fix broken equipment, we have highly skilled and educated trainers, our membership staff is phenomenal and the management absolutely does a lot. We are a super sport club, which means we see nearly 10,000 workouts a week but are so big, that you never feel crowded! Come try us out for a free week guaranteed youll love us!
I just want to give a shout out to Jodi! she was a sub in a lot of classes last week. Something about these classes is completely inspiring and I love all the instructors. Tammy is awesome and a huge motivator too!!! Thank you to all the instructors for helping change my body!!
It’s ok. Thought it’d be better. Less than friendly staff and smaller selection of equipment than some of the other 24 hour
This place is most enjoyable when its empty. I love the gym atmosphere and they keep the machines working well. I just dont like having people who are on their phones using weights or designated area Id like to workout in. Leave your phone in the car people. Or lock it in your locker.
I was signed up with 24 Hour Fitness for far too long. I tried to work with them to get help with my account but the lack of communication between manager and employee is astounding. The only reason the star rating is more than one is because the gym is kept very clean and the amount of equipment they have is vast. The pool is excellent and placed perfectly.
I enjoy the heck out of this place. Can get a workout in any time of day which is nice with my job. Lot of people just sitting at machines I want to use, which gets frustrating, but other than that I always enjoy myself here. Staff is friendly and inviting, sometimes Ill chill at the front counter and chat them up a little bit.
Worst and most expensive gym in Vancouver. First they took away towel service, which is why I chose super sport over sport. A lot of the electronic equipment doesn’t work, the hot tub never works, and now the showers don’t work. This place sucks.
Turned into a planet fitness. Save your money wish I did
Girls at the front desk.... The Worst.
This location sucks, the salesmen are worse. I signed up at this location because 24hr fitness is everywhere. This location is by far the worst of all the locations in the Portland/Vancouver area. They dont clean anything and the toilets overflow into the locker rooms on a weekly basis. Towels often have brown stains after being washed. On top of that, I told them I dont want any personally training sessions when I signed up. I have now received 7 phone calls from them, each time me telling them to stop calling me. Its getting to the point Im about to file a lawsuit for harassment.
Treadmills consistently or not operating correctly. Been going on for over a year now. You would think being a higher-end gym that they would have their Machines working properly.
They are stealing my money. I had to cancel my subscription here because I don’t live in this city anymore (I was an exchange student) so I went to the gym on my last week there and after talking to the guy at the main desk I was told and confirmed that my subscription was canceled. Then for the next two months they have been doing the monthly payment of the subscription even though I cancel it. I’ve been trying to contact them to cancel it and have my money back but they are not answering my emails. I had people go there to cancel it for me (because, as I said, I don’t live in Vancouver) and they are telling them they can’t do it for me and I need to be the one to do it or someone from my family. So basically they are taking my money and I’m trying to stop it but they are ignoring me. I don’t recommend this place at all.
Been going here for a long time! Great vibez while working out
I paid for a year membership upfront and they cancelled the towel service, which is the ONLY reason I was willing to pay more than the other gyms around. Their garbage excuse about being environmentally friendly and not wanting to wash towels after one use is absolutely ridiculous. Yeah Im going to put a used wet towel in with smelly gym clothes and reuse it the next time I go to the gym. This has to be illegal, but at the very least its scandalous, I will never do business with 24 again.
Great gym for working out. Lots of equipment to do whatever type of workout you want. Also, lots of dumbbells and benches so you can actually get a workout done without having to wait around.
Great equipment! They have Olympic lifting area and the price is over half of what youd pay at a crossfit gym! Trainers are great and the staff are super helpful!
Ive been a member for 3 years now and only have one issue. Some people need to find another spot!! Peak hours are a little rough. Other than that, It has a kids zone, lap pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, basketball court, bike room, a gym area with lots of classes to keep you fit, and all the regular work out machines and weights. Ive also used the trainers and they will listen and then kick your butt in gear. The staff in pleasant as well. Keep it guys.
It would be nice to update or maintain the equipment more, but other wise a nice place to work out. I go there often and get no recognition from the staff, so if you like to go unnoticed, its great.
Closed 45 minutes before posted time on new years eve. We had called to confirm hours before waisting our time driving in there. When we walked in the door the staff yelled from halfway across the gym that they were closed and he didnt care what the door said, or what we had been told when we CALLED 30 minutes prior. Extremely rude! Wouldnt even let my husband use the bathroom really quick and there were still people WORKING OUT!!!
Clean workout areas at first glance, but my main concern is the state of the locker room.1st of all a woman is cleaning the locker room for over 4 hrs. The posted sign says 10pm to 2am, and its 0230, she is still in there.2nd of all, taking a hose to the entire bathroom and leaving dirty water everywhere is not clean. Now when I need to use the restroom my shorts get contaminated in dirty water, which now gets transferred to the workout area. To clarify what I mean, the walls are wet, the toilet is wet, and the floors are covered in puddles. All in all it just feels like most of the staff puts in no effort and lowers the sanitation of what should be one of the more outstanding gyms. If I pay the super sport premium I expect better.
I will like to show my appreciation for the warm welcome that 24 hours Club give to me recently(may 24th).When I walk to the club I was feeling sad and over helmet; but Chris change my day with his wonderful welcome.During the last few days I has been exercising, took a free swimming session that Chris give to me in his lunch time; took a Yoga class. Today I will have my first session with a personal training...Feeling very excited!!!.Thank you 24 hours, Thank you Chris for you patient and dedication.
I bought a lifetime membership, moved out of the area, not close enough to a 24 hr fitness to utilize my membership, so after 5 years I moved back and wanted to return to use my Life Time membership and was told I couldnt because I hadnt been there in 5 years. I asked when I made this expensive purchase of any loop holes, they said I would always have a membership and nothing would get in the way of that, not to worry, just right the check!!!! Well I ask 3 times if I could speak to a manager and each time they were busy but they would call me right back.... right I never heard back from anyone because they ripped me off and they dont care. I wouldnt give them one star but I had to put something. Beware these guys have high turn over and they are worse than a cheesy car salesman ( not all car saleman are cheesy, just some)BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS
Great customer service. Clean gym to work out, sauna, hot tub and Olympic size swimming pool, everything you could possibly need for a great experience.
Not impressed at all. This so called “Super Sport” is a mediocre upgrade from any other “normal” 24 hour fitness around. It’s not much bigger at all. There’s not even bumper weights or a pad to do power cleans or any power workouts. Not worth the extra $10 they charge. It’s sad because it’s the closest to my house
The only good thing to say about this place anymore is that it is open 24/7 and the classes are free.USED to be amazing. Now over priced, often has a LOT of issues with double charging, annual fees, steam room often broken, same with hot tub. Once the steam room was down for almost 3 months.Staff has gotten very rude and unhelpful.I was with them for almost 10 years and just finally got sick of how they have gotten.
Absolutely disgusted with the facility! Me and my fiancé went to the 24 hour fitness on andresen and are disgusted with the filth! There were bugs in the locker rooms, equipment was old and dysfunctional and dont even get me started in the spa area. When we came to management to address our concerns, the manager tried to address our needs by letting us know that they are in the process of getting a new cleaning crew. So we told them we were leaving and upgrading to the Super sport. Well, lets just say, your paying 15 dollars more for a nicer gym and the issues have not been addressed. Half the equipments are not working properly, we found mold in the cracks of the wet area, blood on the floor, everything is just filthy. Im not a happy customer. I wouldnt recommend this gym to anyone. I will say this, they should be rated five-star for the lousiest gym. This shouldnt go on like this.
High school Hangout! This place has become a joke. Its FLOODED with high school kids and eastern Europeans who abuse the equipment, dont rack their weights, patrol around making pathetic and harassing passes at the females, and stand around hogging equipment talking. You can regularly hear machine weights slamming down with neglect.I saw a girl yesterday who was NO older than 12, even wearing an orchards Elementary shirt. There was boys in the locker room selling dabs (hash oil) to other boys. The sauna has been off on several occasions when Ive visited (not on the Wednesday scheduled maintenance day). Many of the machines have weights that stick together and you have to get someone to lift them so you can separate them and wipe them out risking your fingers being smashed. Theres kids in the basketball court hurling basketballs at the walls, hoops, and each other like a dodgeball court. And the parking lot is ALWAYS covered with trash.Who monitors this place, seriously? At $45 per month, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
Out of the three 24 clubs in Vancouver, this is the best one. Its a super sport so they have complimentary towels for members and a new TRX Suspension training set-up that trainers are helping members to use! Everything is nicely spaced out and roomy, so you dont feel as cramped as you do at the other two. Also, there are plenty of machines to go around so I never have to alter my planned work out.
Seriously my favorite gym in america. Has all equipment needed and a sauna. Seriously the best gym.
The Palms 24 hour fitness is open and airy to work out anytime of day.
I have read the reviews and I am confused. I came back from active duty military with an injury that landed me in physical rehab for a year. I am just now able to go workout and build up the strength I lost.I went and got a membership with 24. I brought my friend along for morale support. The Manager of the gym came out to greet me as he was active military as well. We had a great chat and he hooked us up with a deal signing on as well as pointed out the best personal trainer to help me with the goals I had for myself. He really helped me feel comfortable, welcome, and accepted. When I came back, I saw him (The Manager) handing out towels to all us sweat bodies. A manager, humbling himself to hand out towels. Helping us out. I respect that.I had a great talk with one of the personal trainers and he helped me understand the gym, set up a plan, figure out exercises, and even opened himself up to any questions any time, offering his knowledge free of charge if I ever needed help with an exercise.I have not seen any bugs in the locker room, nor have I been threated by any of the members here. I accidentally bumped into a body builder as he was exercising and he apologized before I had a chance to speak.I dont think this gym deserves a bad rating. They have been nothing but helpful and I intend to pass that on. If anyone needs help, a workout partner, or anything, I will be here everyday except Tuesdays, so feel free to come find me when Im there. I will do my best to show the same comradery, assistance, and positive attitude the staff here showed me.
Cleanest facility, largest, and newer clean equipment!
I am enjoy when come to the fitness, clean pool and jacuzzi, very nice sauna and steam room, lot of fitness equipments.
Another cool 24 hours gym. Although always ask if hot water is running if you plan to use the showers
Possibly, the rudest customer representative. Kristi did absolutely nothing to try and get us signed up for the gym. She did point to the cardio section though. Seriously, if you can do something for a potential customer, why not do it? Its definitely not a liability issue either...Stay away from this gym.
Talk to Jeff at the 4th Plain location. He is so nice and professional. They have so many options for members in regard to services and prices. Thank you Jeff for your help after I had to cancel my membership at LA Fitness for their unethical practices and rude employees. I would recommend 24 hour fitness to anyone who does not want to be locked into long contracts and a lot of red tape.
Go all the time, really clean, friendly staff and a pool. And weights and treadmills and stuff. Clean parking lot too
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The management is incredibly rude. And they fail to train their staff properly.
My favorite 24. Clean, spacious and the members here pick up after themselves, cant ask for more.
My regular gym. Always clean and they have great classes
Wonderful stuff always ready to answer questions and greeting you with a smile
Updating my review. Everytime I have been here in the last 6 months the bathrooms are always beyond disgusting. There is urine literally on the walls, the floor and, with the exception of the overnight cleaning crew, I have never once seen anyone clean it. Clean your locker rooms.
It is the perfect place to go late at night and has everything I need
Best in the Couve. Grest service from the staff. It is kept very clean. A bit crowded during peak hours, but if you like to work out late as I do its perfect.
Great gym I love it here.
I have been a member of this club since it opened. This club is very nice and set up very well, but I am increasingly frustrated that things dont get fixed when they break. Treadmills slip, equipment breaks and isnt repaired, and the microphones in the aerobics and spinning rooms are often not working. A few weeks ago, the main fan in the spinning room broke and we were told it wouldnt be replaced because people arent complaining about it - so they dont think its needed. It is very frustrating to hear that only when people are complaining, things need to be fixed. Seriously - fix it. Im complaining, and so are others.
I cancel my membership last year. Today I find out they charge me 54 dollars for some year fee even tho I have not been a member. Also, very expensive, just go to Crunch Fitness is 10 dollars a month.
Good gym, clean equipment, plenty of workout machines, fun classes and a friendly staff
Nice and clean environment. Not so crowded either...👍
This picture was taken a month ago and it’s still closed. Beware they don’t have a sign at the entrance that hot tub is closed
Towel service and quality equipment. Ive noticed them cleaning and sterilizing the benches and equipment.
Very nice 24 hour fitness. No complaints.
I went to a 24 hours fitness a couple years ago and didnt like it because it wasnt cleaned properly. Tonight i decided to give it another try since this place looked cleaner. No we cant take your pass because only the sales people can give you that and unfortunately they left for the day. However we can give you a pass for $25 ( how pathetic) i wont come here ever again. Last time i came to a 24 hours location they took my pass i got online later during the night. I only wanted to try it before buying a 2 year membership from costco. Any other gym will let you go for free if they hear your thinking of getting a membership with them.
The facilities are awful the staff unfriendly. The Spa is a joke and looks like they dont clean the equipment.
Only because I cant give it zero stars. Lets start with the trainers, some serious levels of amateur going on there. They are all very polite and have carefully coordinated exercise clothing but honestly just dont think they know what they are doing when it comes to teaching exercise or even just the basic technique of the lifts that they try to teach. Its worth noting that they are low compared to other 24 hour fitness clubs in the area too. Secondly, they have made it unquestionably clear that their only concern is getting you into personal training or one of their group classes. I say this because they are more than willing to take over large portions of the gym for classes which means you cant use it (and that is kind of understandable) but the real problem is that THEY ARENT USING IT EITHER! quite literally not a single person was using the equipment that they were all standing around whoo hooing. Congratulations, but this gym has over the course of 6 months gone from mediocre to god awful. The management is friendly and polite but get absolutely nothing done so dont even try. Hey, do you want to add a member to your plan or buy a drink after your workout?
This 24 Hour Fitness Club at 131st Avenue and 4th Plain has both a Police and LGBT gay grapevine working in it, near invisibly. After a few weeks of coming here, another Club Member, likely with police-supporter affiliation said that I trespassed in the TRX workout area. I asked that “member” to explain himself to the management. As we approached the front desk, he walked out. This Club Member was serious about doing something about me over something petty. Another member said in the shower area, “Don’t let it happen again if you intend to be a member of this Club.”On another occasion weeks later, I overheard another male Member say, Get some complaints [on him], meaning on me. As I keep to myself, that might be hard to do--to generate complaints--though police can and do generate ill-will easily. Theyll just say you looked at someone--or you rode your bike in a given neighborhood, as if prowling--even if in your own neighborhood. They tend to use their women- supporters or spouses or attractive stand-ins for that. They usually want multiple complaints along any line--to consensus-build.More than once at this Club locale, two different Manager men would stand at the front desk, hovering, eating grapes as I came in (to signal sour grapes or grapes of wrath) to note if you were unduly impatient if the front desk clerk could not find your name in the computer, after showing your ID or saying your name. For some reason, my name was hard to find. The irksome part is that a male Manager would note your demeanor if your name was not found quickly, expecting impatience, to consensus-build on your seemingly crude nature (decades of subtle electric shock can ruin lives.) Two female clerks did well on this, having had a meeting on me, but male Club Members or male Managers with local police or local security affiliation could frustrate the best attempts at the great PR that was effected by two front desk women who could sense what was really happening. It was low-key browbeating of another kind by male Members/Manager(s), with police affiliation. Two gay men noted any birthmarks on my person as I changed in the locker room. The only thing missing was a cell-phone picture of them. Privacy? At another branch of this Club, a male Member was asked for a sponsorship in the locker room by another male Visitor. That Club Member with police or security affiliation around town said he could not sponsor--but who volunteered me as I was walked to my locker as if at random. This was done to raise expectations that I would help with monetary aid to another Visitor to this Club. This became unnerving as a man is standing over you as you change in the locker room--expecting money--who you do not know who is speaking with a foreign accent. I reported that older Club Member to the front desk, likely a police supporter or low-key provocateur, treating this Fitness Club as a police front, depending on who walked in, and for volunteering my face to someone I did not know. This was done to make adversaries for me and to annoy. At the Columbia Tech branch of this Club in E. Vancouver, perhaps to extend an Olive Branch after these several exchanges, I overheard a Club Member wearing a CERT shirt [Community Emergency Response Team] with police affiliation telling another Member, He helped with WMDs [re: Iraq] when they were not found...until further notice. As if THAT is how I would be played in the grapevine before too much happened, but that could change until further notice. As if this was not true if someone decided it was not true.More than once, I was shocked remotely in the VC parking lot(s) of these (branch) Club(s), as I drove off. After careful consideration, I ended my membership here, as Club management or Club Members with Police or LGBT affiliation, perhaps as Hooverites, spread me around--and to nit-pick--in ways that were not predictable--or comforting. I am an honorably discharged U.S. Armed Forces Veteran. What shock? Write the Attorney General. --S.J.
Very nice place, very helpful people, very clean and organized.
Help was extremely rude. Refused to close our account when asked. Became confrontational when I asked why they could not close the account. Worst customer experience I have ever received, and I will never come back here or to any 24 hour fitness ever.
Love training in the studio here after classes end
I went in to ask about membership prices and a very rude manger came out and was very rude due to me asking for prices in person and not over the internet and was very upset about me wasting his time I understand he needs to make new members on commsuion but there is no need to be rude to potentially new customer I went and joined plant fitness instead
Hmnnn ok, lot of people just chilln...
Always a good environment to workout in
Canceled my account, they still charged me a month later and did not even apologize when I called to figure out what was going on. They sounded more annoyed that I was angry about getting charged again. After hassling with the manager, they supposedly issued me a refund and said it would likely take up to 5 days for me to see it back in my account. It has been almost three weeks.
LOUD gym. You can do better.
