Was quick when I first inquired but nonresponsive when trying to schedule time to talk.Contacted me several days after with no reason for the delay. I will try contacting thier office directly as this may just be one unprofessional employee.
I highly recommend working with Aerotek! I am a former employee and I have also used their services to find continued work in my career. Aerotek always comes though with interviews for me! Most recently Zoe Black got me an interview with my dream job/ company! She was great to work with and matched my skills and interests perfectly! I completed my assignment and was hired on direct! I wouldn’t have been able to make this connection without Aerotek. I appreciate everything they have done for me as a company.
My experience started off great, however there was serious delays in communication. Interviews would sound promising and made to sound like they would be scheduled, but their slow communication probably lead the employer to find alternatives. Please be aware of Aerotek and read their reviews first before going with a recruiter. Their recruiters seem to be poor intern quality and seem to lack any motivation to help people. I’m not sure what they even do. I had one interview go well which lead me to believe this would be a great service, however the HR manager was on vacation and decided they didn’t need to hire anyone. It was a massive waste of time. In order to get in touch with anyone at Aerotek, you would have to call over and over, email, and/or message to get a response. Do not rely on them to help you. You are better off doing your own employment searches and scheduling interviews. While waiting for Aerotek to get their stuff together, I made several interviews on my own searches and had 3 job offers before they could get me the possibility of an interview. Most of their jobs listed also are very low pay. Beware!!
Had an interview and did not get it. Said they would work with me to find something else and then ghosted next. Tried talking to 3 different recruiters with no luck. If you do not get the first job you interview for, they do not care about you.
My first experience was great. They really work hard to find employment for you. However, my assignment ended and I called my recruiter to ask for another assignment. He told me of another assignment that I can try for. I’ve called a few times and left a few messages. I have not heard from him in several weeks. It would be nice to receive a phone call to let me know the status of my employment.
I went to this recruiter while I had a part-time (stable) job, looking for entry opportunities to get into a new company. My recruiter helped me find a job relatively quickly, and said it would be a 90 day contract with the possibility of being hired full-time after my contract was up. This was a great opportunity and exactly what I was looking for.Except, the company I was contracted to work for only needed me for less than 2 weeks, and they said they made that very clear to Aerotek. They didn’t explicitly tell me that when I started working for the company, but they did make it seem like there wasn’t a lot of work to do. Now I’m out of a job due to Aerotek not being honest in their hiring process. I feel I was lied to about the terms of my contract by being told it was for a set amount of time with the potential for full-time work. Aerotek also kept pressuring me into leaving my old job before my full 2 weeks were up. That could have been an extra paycheck for me, and it’s clear the company didn’t need me to start immediately due to the lack of work they had for me. When I contacted Tal about them not needing me after only a week and a half, even he was slightly surprised, but came back and said that they could end the contract for any reason — including not having work for me.Be very careful about signing a contract with this company. Their wording is extremely vague and provides no guarantees in terms of the actual time you will work, nor the length the contract will actually be. Instead they sign you up for a “maximum” term in your contract of a set number of days that you could possibly work.
Aerotek was an absolute pleasure. I felt so taken care of and had nothing to worry about. I’ve worked with a few other companies in the past but nothing like Aerotek. Lily made the experience that much more pleasurable and kept me in the loop every step of the way. She made sure that I had everything I needed to be successful. I’ll be referring others here so they can have the experience that I did. Truly 10 out of 10 if that was a possible rating. Thank you, Aerotek and thank you even more to Lily!
Aerotek is a great place to work with if you are looking for employment. My recruiter, Zoe Black, was able to find me a position within a few weeks despite the limitations I have. Also, she was enthusiastic, friendly, and professional every time I met with her.
Aerotek is amazing! Zack Ivans was a tremendous help in finding the perfect job for me! Hes professional, and you could tell he genuinely wanted to help me, where most other staffing places just kind of shove you into whatever job they have available. He was patient and took his time helping me. I felt heard and understood, please thank him for me! I will definitely recommend him to all my friends who are looking for jobs. Thank you Zack!
My experience with Zoe Black of Aerotek was professional. Zoe was helpful and a pleasure to work with. Good Job Zoe! Would definitely recommend you to my family and friends for job placement. Thank-You!
Condescending vibe. If you have a college degree and over a decade of experience in your field of expertise, they will just look at you like a deer in headlights. They say they have professional jobs available, but they dont. Its all low-skill low-wage jobs. Their idea of professional is anything thats not hardcore labor like a mailroom sorter.....which makes you wonder if they even understand what the word professional even means.
Aerotek is a great placement agencyZoe Black, my recruiter was a pleasure to work with. She is professional and personal and seems to really care. The one suggestion I would recommend is have a better acsess for employees to the time and expense spreadsheet.I had some issues logging on and entering my time for the first week but it was fixed .
Great employer, have a ton of long term career options for me. They cover pretty much every skill set (skilled trades, warehouse, customer service, office, health care). Great company, you can always walk in and ask to talk to someone, there is always someone there!
Aerotek is great! Zoe Black was my recruiter, and she was very professional, and a pleasure to work with. Her communication was always punctual, and she managed to find me a great job within a short period of time.
Been speaking / working through Trevor Dye and on occasion Sam. I have been very impressed with how closely they have worked with me. They got me an interview and I find out this afternoon if Ill be hired at company X. Trevor and Sam...Thank you for everything you have done. Youve gone above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend you to anyone !
Recruiters didnt care about employees. Bad jobs. And wont stand up for their employees when something goes wrong.
Worst agency ive been with.Doesnt follow up on calls and will be rude to you if you decline work.If I dont see a job that seems fit for me or will work for me why try to scold me on it?Never coming back here again. If you want to have your calls ignored and get talked down upon by a recruiter because you refuse a job that wont fit your preference, by all means go for it.
Aerotek is the best placement agency around!!! Lily Liu, my recruiter manager works in the Vancouver, WA office branch. She is very professional and have placed me in many good contract jobs. Thank you Lily for all that you do and I appreciate you!!!
I would like to take the time out and thank my recruiter; he as was able to work with me from beginning stage (application) to end-stage (offer and acceptance of a permanent position). I was quite stunned by the speed in which all of this transpired (but happy nonetheless). The professionalism exhibited by the recruiters here is exceptional and I highly recommend this agency
I got a call to come and interview for a job. I walked in Aerotek and was passed around from person to person, like hot cakes. When I finally got someone to give me an interview, they told me they would call me. Never called, I called back 5 times since. I worked for Aerotek in another state, they are more aware. Where they just trying to make thier black man quota list? Thats what they made me feel like.
Nice people, slow to get things done. No answer at front desk; it is best to call the recruiter directly. Advertises temp to hire, but often these are just temp jobs, and any employer can decide whether to hire you.
My experience with Aerotek has been nothing less than amazing! The staff is very professional and genuinely caring. Carmello Baviera, my recruiter has been extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with and has made my job placement an absolute breeze. Thank you so much!! I definitely will be recommending this agency to friends.
I have been working with Aerotek only about 2 months. I was in need of work, and turned to Aerotek first, because they are an International leader in the staffing industry since 1983, and have continued to build stellar partnerships with both clients and employees. They are experts in matching not only your skill set, but personality and job or career goals with the right company. My personal experience has been with Krti and Harper at the Vancouver, WA office. I found a job of interest to me, called the office and had an in person interview the next day; my resume was sent to the client immediately after my interview, and the following day I had an interview with the client. I was hired on the spot and started work within three days. My assignment is a three month contract, and I am currently working with Krti and Harper proactively to have another opportunity lined up prior to my current assignment ending. It is a continuing partnership. They really work for you, are responsive, and you really feel cared about. I highly recommend Aerotek; They can help you achieve your goals, and many companys work exclusively with Aerotek. Check out their website and see what they can do for you!!!!!!!!!
Just found out that aerotek outsources to call centers in India be very very careful using aerotek because if people in a foreign country have your information it opens you up to identity theft
An office that truly cares about my success. Specifically, thank you to Justin for providing a great opportunity!
Aerotek is a great agency. A recruiter named Lily Liu has found me two contract positions at two great companies super quickly. The people are friendly there, Aerotek is a wonderful resource. If you are looking for a good position definitely contact Lily Liu or another recruiter there.
This was my first experience with a staffing agency. I had high hopes of employment opportunities but was left with nothing from the staff members of aerotek Vancouver. They are very nice in person but thats as far as their professionalism reaches. I never received calls back after I met with one of their hiring agents and filled out an application. I remained proactive with calls twice a week but was met with unanswered phones and was given excuses that my contact was on vacation. I finally gave up a month later and went to GLISS and was working in 3 days with my cdl license.Save yourself the anxiety of going to this location because they dont know how to do their job.
Nice folks, very helpful. It took a while but they came through. If you’re looking for work...you could certainly do worse than Arotek.
Pathetic, inept. If you are middle aged or qualified, youre left to fend for yourself. The Vancouver and Happy Valley are smoke and mirrors folks. All rah-rah the first meeting; then you get shelved with no communication. I sense they cater to low-pay workers required by clients. If you have any experience, a degree, or are over qualified,,, run. Youre better off at WorkSource or hiring a head-hunter.Apparently pervasive thru the network. Generation Z workers that couldnt lead their way out of a one-walled honey bucket. But gosh, they sure can hold a file folder.
This is a great resource for anyone seeking long term opportunities in the Vancouver area.
The lack of communication back is maddening, looking at these reviews, this isnt just me. Michael is very difficult to work with and very rude.
Why cant Google ever get closing and opening times correct? Im here at 4:20 and theyre supposed to close at 5. Screw that, they arent open
