I have been working for action since November, hands down the best company I have worked for. The staffing coordinators are prompt and always available for questions or updates on shifts. They work with your schedule and offer hours in a variety of settings and locations. I am currently a CNA but plan to get my LPN in next year. You can grow with this company as your career grows. I would recommend 100x to work for action!

The whole team busts their buns everyday and tonight was no exception. With it being News Years Eve night and my facility desperate for staff due to call ins for various reasons, Actriv and the entire team came thru for us. As the HR/Staffing Director of my nursing facility, I was in a position to where I was going to have to throw my tennis shoes on and go cover the floor staff thru the night in our covid positive unit, which would also mean that my office would then need to be packed and brought over as well so I could continue to work throughout the months ahead. BUUUUT, because they all rallied tonight and were able to find willing and reliable floor staff, I was able to go home after a 14hr day and spend the evening with my children. Their CNAs and nurses are always kind and positive and take care of our patients with kind and compassionate care. Their staffing coordinators and CEO are a blast to work with.Thank you for saving the day!

There are people working hard and if you work for a facility the staff is above standard. If you are looking for an internal position be warned Upper management is pretty negative and somewhat sporadic (they are making steps to improve but I can speak to my experience). The direct internal office is wonderful, but upper management has made questionable choices. Business wise I would recommend, people are smart and dedicated. But if you work in the office it is a bizarre work environment. It is a start up though so change can be implemented quickly.Edit: owner did respectfully reach out and hear all of my concerns so hopefully things will improve.

I started working for Action Healthcare Staffing toward the end of February,  this is my first agency job. I was introduced by a friend. She said if you really want a good and caring place to work go to Action you will never regret it words are powerful. I immediately cancelled my other scheduled   interview.   I have nothing to say but goodness, favor, amazing grace, committed staff member and caring. Amazing company to work for. I love this agency. I cannot describe how grateful and blessed I have been to have found them.

This has to be the most shadiest company I have ever worked for. The lady in payroll is ALWAYS messing up on peoples pay, making them miss hours on their checks and when you question them about it, they try to fight you on it when the evidence is in front of their face. The owner is never there because he is constantly making trips out of the country. They give there shifts to the laziest workers. They are always hiring people but never have shifts to give them, and they love to mess with the people who have worked with them for the longest. This company makes their sister company look bad. Dont even bother wasting your time, you are better off working somewhere else.

Best place to work hands down. The people are amazing, the place is superb, and the vibe makes Action Healthcare a special. I am Honored to be part of their mission and am delighted to work at Action Healthcare.
