From the beginning, when I contacted GLISS in the hope of finding gainful employment. The staff have been most helpful in that endeavor. Michelle, has tried to find positions that match an individuals skills, benefiting the Employer as well. When you need help finding employment, I personally would not hesitate to reach out to the folks at GLISS.

I worked internally for this company and believe me when I say it was absolutely the most unprofessional environment that I have ever worked in. Upper management was manipulative and emotionally abusive. The owner and her district management posse (who are sisters by the way) breathe down your neck every chance they get. For example, there are cameras in the office (which are supposed to be for your security) but they use them to spy on the recruiters and listen in on any conversations that might be being had and will use anything said against them at any chance that they get. They over work all of their recruiters, sometimes having them come in at 9:30 AM and drive employees to job sites all the way until 9 PM. You have to work from your phone nearly 24 hours a day, and if you dont answer or miss a check in you are written up or get in trouble in some way. They figure that a monthly bonus compensates people for working this many hours. I think they have a found a loophole with their contract, but ethically and morally it is disgusting. My anxiety was so bad when working for this place that I completely ground one of my teeth down in my sleep and had to get dental work to fix it. They make you feel guilty for taking any needed time off to care of your child, etc. This company should be exposed for what they truly are. Ruthless and disgraceful.

My name is David and I was working out of the Milwaukee office. Coming out of a bad situation in this company found me work that was good for me. They didn’t judge my situation and they worked with me the whole way if I couldn’t do it that was OK all I had to do was let her know.Very professional and courteous staff very helpful and friendly.
