Had a demo by LBF yesterday. She was very up beat and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the product and didnt pressure me into anything. She shampooed my carpet and gave me a free gift. Very professional and well dressed.

Do not buy from this company. Not only do theyd use aggressive sale tactics to buy a Kirby, they tell you this is a one time offer and basically refuse to leave your house unless you buy one. They were at my house last 11pm and they only way I could get them to leave was to buy the Kirby. I went out of town the next day and wasnt able to return the product. Got back and the cooling off period had passed. I tried to use the vacuum but it just didnt work for my house. Tried to sell them back the not even used Kirby for half of what he sold it to me and he refused and actually laughed at me. Do not let these people even in your door. They dont care if the product wont work for your house they will convince you it will.

Hate this company. I have a kirby that someone sold us. Saying it was new when it was not. I have been trying to get ahold of so many people about it and nothing. Its been so long now since purchasing nothing can be done. I will be talking to my credit company about this now. I will not pay $93 a month for something that smells burnt and will not vacuum right.
