These guys are much better than the cross-town branch. They allow you to wait in your car and have impeccable customer service. The price is always a bit higher than Id like, but the speed and quality with which they do the work is top notch. They will try to upsell you like any of these places, but theyre not pushy after the first declination. They seem to like their jobs and thats nothing to sneeze at these days.

I had my oil changed there about 3 months and ago. I still had 2000 miles left before next oil change but Im fighting cancer and just didnt want to check and add oil myself. I stopped there and with no questions asked they checked my oil and added some with no charge since they serviced my car last. I then got in there car and there was a bright yellow carnations on my dash. Perfect way to add a smile after radiation treatment. Thank you Grease Monkey guys.

Very courteous and professional. Had an oil change and brake inspection. They were very honest letting me know the brakes were fine. They even left a carnation in the car which totally brightened my up until then, bad day. I will defeninatly have them do the brakes when needed

I was generally pleased with the service and the service tech was very personable. I made a choice to switch from conventional oil to a synthetic blend, and was told the price difference, as well as the additional benefits of upgrading. Standard oil was either $44.99 or $49.99 as I recall and the Synthetic blend was $64.99. Upon reviewing my receipt after I left, I see that I was charged an additional $8 on top of the $64.99, but no explanation why. I can only assume the $64.99 price was for up to 5 quarts, while my truck took 6.6 quarts according to the receipt. I think this needed to be better explained up front. The true cost of synth blend for my truck is apparently $72.99, not $64.99 as I was told. Please be aware and I hope they do a better job in the future of including all the details! Other than that, the service was quick, clean and friendly.

Went in for an oil change, that went fine, but they filled up my tires and that’s where things went wrong. The neglected to disconnect the air hose on my valve stem, and drove the car away. Ripped the whole thing out and broke my tire pressure sensor. Attempted to patch the tire on site, didn’t work, they took my tire down the street to get it fixed/replaced. Took over an hour, re installed my tire, but it was completely missing the tire pressure sensor. They told me the light would go off, after I had to drive to the tire place myself and get it recalibrated. But they didn’t even have a sensor on the tire anymore.Still had to pay the full price of the oil change, and on top of that they still left the obnoxious sticker in my window.Will not be returning to grease monkey, ever

Theyve never been pushy but they will inform you of anything that they see going on. The price is right. The employees are awesome. They are competent, knowledgeable, sweet and I officially will not go anywhere else!! As long as their doors are open for business I will recommend them and be a repeat customer.

Where do I start. My favorite spot closed down [Autumns Auto Lube] and this was my 3rd choice. Unfortunately, not the best choice. I paid $50 for the basic oil change including tax. Paper stated all items were full when they didnt even fill my windshield wiper fluid because my car still had the light on for it when I left. They also didnt vacuum & there was oil splattered on my engine. I called to complain when I arrived home after checking things out under the hood. The manager, David asked me to come back that day but I had other plans so I went back the following day and he said he would give take care of the oil change the next time around. Well yes, they did what they were supposed to be the first time but took 15 minutes to do so and in the end he gave me a card for a car wash out in Battle Ground and only $10 off my next oil change. Boo! I will be checking for some other places that are locally owned that actually give a $hit about keeping their clients or gaining new ones that actually pay attention and know better when theyre being screwed over. Never again. Honestly, I hate Jiffy Lube with a passion but they do a better, more consistent job than these guys any day.

Friendly and fast. My complaint would be cost of the flushing of fluids service. Being in the industry, I know how little work it takes but just didn’t want to do it myself. $79 for each fluid is a bit high. I feel around $40-$50 would be more fair. No complaints about the people though.

This was my first time, but my mother has been going here for years. They are so welcoming and keep you involved in any updates with your vehicle. Their waiting room has comfortable chairs, 2 TVs to watch and 1 with the time remaining for your wait, free coffee and water bottles. And the best part... when my oil change was done(in less than 20 minutes!) they left 2 flowers, candy and a fresh garbage bag in the nicely vacuumed vehicle. Excellent customer service, seriously made me smile after a long freaking day. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Been going here since Last year they are pretty reasonably priced do amazing work and are quick just wish they washed my window like they used to but that part doesn’t matter really to me. They always make sure customers are satisfied they let people know of other issues which is why I got my serpentine belt fixed and before got my air filter done so that’s nice. They have a time clock in the waiting area even to show how long they have been working on it. Everyone is so friendly also and always very thorough! I will always recommend them for my ford.

Take our cars there. Theyre decently priced and always really quick. Under new management and the guys that work there actually know their stuff! They reccomend things or suggest if theyre needed but dont force you or pressure you to get extra services. More of suggestions.

Staff is great. They did a front and rear differential service on my truck. I went home and received a call from the owner. Based on the paperwork that the tech completed he wanted to check the work that was done. I brought my truck back and they checked. The fluid was changed correctly but the fact that they wanted to make sure was amazing service. They also gave me a free oil change on my next service just for taking time out of my day to come back. I wish more shops were as trustworthy as this one.

Had been needing an oil change for 3 weeks. I tried Walmart, but they vary on wait time. I got right in and before I did they gave me a Choice Sheet where I could choose level of service.During the light check they found my plate light was out, and air filter was really dirty, so replaced them as I didnt care to do it. Paid and left. All in less than 30 min. Ill be coming back...Well, an update. Its been 6 months and frankly, Im not so happy to go here anymore. They now have you get out and they drive it in. No more interaction with the crew.I had one member come in carrying my air filter, but then told me its still good (why bring it in then??) And the next interaction was Time to pay I realize that its due to the demands of the insurance company, or so I was told.However, I suggest finding a new insurance company as I am looking for a new oil change place. I go where i feel valued and trusted. Not just as a cash dispenser.

Such a wonderful experience! I went there because I like to shop local when I can. I am so glad I did. The waiting area is clean and beautiful. Choice of coffees teas and water and a large selection of magazines. My windows were washed and my car was vacuumed. But the customer service was what put this over the top and truly I left there in a fantastic mood.The prices are a little less than the corporate team places and they do so much more! and you get to pet a puppy if you want.Please, if you need a oil change give these local guys a chance. Love this place. I get an appointment for an oil change and wiper blades (although you dont need one). No upselling. I walk out 10 mins. early with car running great and vacuumed clean. And even had a red carnation placed on my dash. How does an oil change get any better?

I just got a 98 Subaru Legacy Outback back from being stolen with a few issues I had no idea where to begin to solve. I started from what I knew and decided to get my oil changed since it needed to happen anyway. Guys at Grease Monkey were awesome, finding multiple sources of the issues I noticed, fixing most of them and recommending how to fix the rest, all while doing the oil change. They even only charged me for the oil change anyway. Fully would recommend these guys. They might not be the cheapest, but they arent there to nickle and dime you with cheap service.

THEY INSTALLED MY BRAND OF OIL WHICH THEY DID NOT CARRY AND WAS CHARGED $40+ WHICH I THOUGHT WAS A LITTLE BIT HIGH. BUT THE SERVICE WAS VERY SATISFACTORY.

I went there for the first time today. Really impressed with the service I received! No pressure to have extra, spendy repairs I didn’t need. Dave the manager is great to work with. I am a backyard mechanic with a recent purchase of a 2005 Prius and it has NO dip stick for trans fluid check. I checked al the other fluids. To change the fluid it is drain and refill with 4 qts of Toyota fluid NOT a hook up a machine and flush n fill. Called 3-4 places in Vancouver and was quoted as high as $250. Tried talking with them for just shop rate and none were willing to do it for less than $120. I would do it myself but hurt my back a few weeks ago. I bought the fluid for $28 and took it to them. They checked it and said it didn’t need changing. Didn’t charge me and sent me on my way. Dave realized My mechanical ability and treated me with respect. I will be back!!
