We were traveling when the truck had a egr valve failure. We just happened to pull over in their parking lot. With the help of Napa, (they allowed me to leave my trailer) they fixed the valve. Even though they specialize in high performance upgrades. Real professional. VERY helpful and accommodating.

Short version: I had to schedule to drop off my car with them almost 2 months in advance, my car was in the shop for a month for a service that could be done in 1 day and they didnt even touch the car. I had to call every week to check progress and opted to pick up the car after they were unable to commit to completing the service in the next 2 weeks after the 1 month anniversary.Very dissatisfied with the experience I had with them. First impression was good when I called them and they acknowledged that they would be able to install a new set of camshafts for my ND2 Miata, and were able to give me a quote for the service. I called them the day before I drove from Seattle to drop-off the car and they confirmed that they were ready when I got there and asked for an estimate on when I should arrange to pick-up the car, they told me that they could not guarantee that it would be ready that week because they also service cars from a partner dealership and these cars have priority on their queue. Every week I called them to check if I would be able to pick up the car, with different excuses each time. Last time I called, when it was about to complete a month that the car was with them without any service done on it, they told me that they were not able to work on my car because another one that had arrived before my car for a bolt in kit, was taking longer than expected due to issues with the kit. Can they only work at one car at a time and only have one person that can do this? I attempted to get a commitment from them to deliver the car in the next 1-2 weeks but they were not willing to commit to any date, so I had enough and opted to get the car back and look for someplace more serious to do business.On top of the pain points of not having my (only) car for a full month, I had the expense of driving it back and forth and 2 train tickets to pick up the dirty car that was probably kept a good amount of time out in the weather.Please read other negative reviews that touch this point, I saw this before and opted to focus on the more positive reviews instead, perhaps when they actually do their work the quality is good. If you can live for a few months without your car an have sufficient patience to wait for when they can find time to work on it might still be a valid choice.

Im giving this place 4 stars and havent even been there but I did call them and asked about getting a performance tune the guy told me they could do it but it wasnt what was going to get me what I wanted he actually discouraged me from doing it and wasting money he then took the time to tell me what I needed to do I want to thank him for being honest and I will be using their service after doing a few things thanks man

I have taken two very different vehicles to Fast Specialties multiple times. I have always received very good service, very good results. The works is high quality and the time to complete has been what they estimated.

Been having issues with my car for a few years, I tried to adjust out best I could with little tools I had.had a friend recommend FAST SPECIALTIES.Called and talked to Anthony VIA the phone. Took my little 1975 Ford Pinto into shop dropped it off after explaining issues with the car.was given a call approx two days later telling me car was done. when I arrived I had asked to speak with mechanic who worked and corrected my little Pinto issues, BUT.... apparently he thought his knowledge was to important to share? He would not speak with me to give me feedback about what was causing my issues to help me understand his findings and what it was he had fixed, I agree the repair was excellent and car is still running well, been about a little over a month,BUT for the actions of the Mechanic and blowing me off and acting as though I was the little people below him to meet me about what he did to my car that cost me $600.00 bucks.....do not expect any extra service from this guy other than a smile and taking your money!!!I will not be using this service again just for the fact of the treatment I was given, even Though the work was done and corrected my issues, I will not be back. there are other repair shops out there thatI will be taking my cars to and I will recommend that family and friends not give their business here. Happy with the work so far, no complaints BUT customer service sucked.so reflects the three star rating for this place.

Fast Specialties is a company that is as honest as you can get. I had a problem with my 2012 Avenger leaking water in the trunk, Ken was able to diagnose the problem over the phone (because of their vast car knowledge) and was able to provide a temporary fix until I was able to get it into the service at Dodge (warranty covered). I have had a few different times that I have dealt with Fast Specialties and every time was a positive experience. I also know they sponsored the American Cancer Societies Relay for Life and are involved with Shriner.. Love a company that supports their community. They will always be my first call for any car issues.

Ken really worked hard in getting the right part for my mustang. They did not have it in stock, so he searched high and low including the swap meet to get my part at a reasonable price. I am very impressed. Issues with my credit card payment were also resolved swiftly by Kai. I highly reccomend this shop for your specialized car!

Great communication... Did what was discussed at time of drop off and I even received a clean Truck upon pick up. Later that day i received a follow up call asking if everything was repaired. Would recommend them to anyone.

These guys go above and beyond every single time I go there! Ive brought my vehicles to a lot of places over the years, but Ive never had a place I had to go back to... and now I do! I started with my hubbys 2013 Avenger and was told by another shop Id need all this stuff done, went to them and got the oil changed and afterwards they went over what was done, I asked about these other things, which were mainly brakes and alignment, they said I didnt need an alignment but would eventually need brakes... this was a year and a half ago and I just got them re- done, and it had just now needed to be done... makes me wonder about all the irene stuff Ive paid for way ahead of needing to. In the mean time Ive taken my 2017 Nissan Rogue there, and they took care of my daughters 2007 Chevy Impala, until she was in an accident last month, and theyll be where we take her 2017 Kia Rio too! Most people usually never give reviews for great service, just the bad ones... so in talking with a family member about where they should go, I got to thinking about how awesome this place is and wanted to give them a shout out! Thank you guys, its nice to have a place you can trust, this will be where my family always goes and where Ill recommend to everyone!!

Fast Specialties is the only shop I trust to dyno and tune my cars. Professional approach, and so much experience, makes for consistently exceptional results. Have taken several cars to them with different engine management systems (Wolf, Link, Megasquirt) and Travis has tuned them all. Seeing some of the other projects coming out of the shop while I was there, very impressed with their fabrication and quality of their work.

Fast specialties did a awesome job on my 2010 srt challenger, got me more hp than the diablosportt predator and it runs so much smoother and a better response. I had bad luck at another place I went back and it was worse, so I put back the hand held tuner back in. Im glad my buddy told me about this place, its a drive but worth every mile.

Made an appointment to put my truck on the dyno to achieve a baseline for transmission build. Truck is a dually wouldnt fit. Suggested removing outer dually wheel and tire and tech just responded im not that guy. So what does that mean is he lazy? does he not know how to remove a lugnut? I drove 1.5 hours one way for this appointment and they made zero effort to make this work. I think the management needs to have a talk to this tech about customer service. On the flipside the service writers were very proffessional and courteous its unfortunate one arrogant guy in the shop will keep me from ever coming back and I will share my experience with many others in the automobile performance world. Something were heavily involved in.

There only response was if it’s easy then why don’t you do it yourself.... ok jackAss because I don’t have a Dyno that’s why. so now I need to spend a Nother $390 to have it towed back home. Keep in mind this is a 2017 mustang GT 350 with a supercharger, Full exhaust,wideband 02 and A water methanol injection.. what do you mean you can’t tune my car??? or are you throwing a hissy fit because I didn’t want the tuner you had in stock. I would strongly recommend people to stay far away from the shop. Basically they screwed me out of two full days of work a nd $780 bill for towing. This is what happens when a small business sales to a large corporation.. you stop caring about your job and you’re there just to get a paycheck..
