I read the reviews. I was hopeful, finding a mechanic you can trust is honestly a harrowing experience. You feel vulnerable, fearful, and uncertain. Like me, youve been burned before and its a horrible experience. So we tried Recovery Auto and I immediately felt comfortable talking to Tim.But then comes the kicker! Several times he could have stuck us. We were expecting the worst case scenario and were preparing ourselves for bad news. And so far each time Tim has called and told us it wasnt nearly as bad as we thought. The prices were reasonable and the work was taken care of right away. He could easily have burned us and he didnt.I finally have a place where I can take my vehicles and dont have that sick feeling in the pit of my stomach.

I recently had to buy a new/used vehicle & Tim has been an amazing asset while doing so. He sent his guy out to MY location to look at my previous truck because it wasnt starting.Tim then met up with me to test drive a new car. He looked it over & let me know if it was worth the asking price. Which was amazing in itself because I was super afraid to buy a used car alone.After I bought the car, Tim got me in that same week to do the repairs. He did a lot of things in the little amount of time he had my vehicle.Tims communication was excellent. He kept me updated with before and after photos.Tim even gave me a ride home when I dropped the car off to him. I definitely will continue to utilize his shop & services.

Love these guys! Best mobile service around!!! They have good pricing and fantastic service. My car died on the way home from work. Tim came out, figured out that my water pump and radiator were trash, and got it fixed the same day! Ill definitely be using them again!

My car broke down the other day, had it towed to Recovery Road automotive my water pump was fried and I had it replaced also got my oil leak fixed, great job and great customer service would definitely recommend to friends and family who are having vehichle issues!
