I don’t usually leave reviews but this as a terrible service experience! They did not clean up my nails at all! They look the same as to when I came in to get them done, I asked my nail tech to use a pink tinted nail polish because I don’t like the clear that you can see through to your nails which is okay exactly what he used and charged me an extra $30 for a design, which yes I know design are extra but $30… for a little brush on design… do not recommend for the quality I left with and how much it was!

Thought we would try Spa Nails 3 for the first and last, time. Not the best pedicure job Ive ever had. No time to soak my feet - like, AT ALL - before the lady is telling me to put my feet on the towel to begin. Usually there is a comfort soak at the beginning and that didnt happen here. We opted for the wax dip and that was lovely. My technician then went to work on my nails, but didnt do a very good job of removing my cuticles. So she then just painted around them. Her painting skills were also lacking- I have lumps and grooves in my paint. My finished toes look splotchy and uneven. Will stick with Venus Spa Nails next time.

I have always chosen spa nails 3 over any other nail place around me, i’ve always gotten nice sets from there but yesterday i had gone and gotten my nails done and not even within 12 hours the matte cover on the nails has peeled off, as well as the guy who did my nails cut me on accident over 3 times having to put nail glue over my cuts to get them to stop bleeding so he could continue. I’ve always been very satisfied but yesterday i was very disappointing.

I have been coming to Spa Nails 3 for about a year. I always came in & told them what I wanted & sat down with whoever was free. Tracy was amazing the few times I had her. But, I need to give a personal shoutout to Mum. This girl is the reason I come and spend money here every two weeks! She is the best. Once we became familiar, she let me have her number so I could easily make appointments that way. (Which has been so nice because before I was calling to make sure she was there before coming in) I have been getting the same gel French tips for months so of course I don’t have to tell her what I want, she knows. But she only sees me twice a month so I’m still impressed. Besides great service, she’s also super friendly & always engages in conversation with me. Her & both of her sisters are very kind & I love my trips into Spa Nails because of them!** I also want to say that I have seen several reviews on here where people have said they normally have really good experiences, then one time they don’t, so they make a bad review in regard to that one bad experience. Not only is that not fair to the salon, but if I’ve ever had a problem (which is VERY rare & before I started seeing my regular girl) they have zero issues fixing it. If you don’t want the same person fixing it, have someone else. They’ll do it. They’d rather you be satisfied with the service you received than not! **

Absolutely horrible! Completely understood that they were busy so I patiently waited in the front for 20 minutes, after every other person who walked in the door was treated and explained to there was a 30 minute wait. To then be moved to two different chairs in the back and finally asked to move out of the second one for someone else and placed between a nail tech and customer. I finally just walked out after almost 45 minutes. Complete waste of my morning.

Lady was extremely rude. She tried arguing with me about how much a manicure and pedicure was. Right there I knew should have been a sign... I noticed they don’t sterilize any of their tools, they also reuse the same towels over again. The place is very unprofessional and very disgusting... not sure how they got the higher rating they have. Overall terrible place would never go again.

The BEST nail spot ever! I have very long natural nails and sometimes they crack on my nail bed so I have go get acrylic overlay to keep it from ripping off. This is the ONLY nail salon that did such a great job! It has been 3 weeks and the acrylic has not came off which always happens everywhere else I go! Also my nail still looks natural, cant tell there is acrylic on it. Will ALWAYS go here from now on.

Heard good things about this place so I drove 35 minutes to try it out. I had an appointment and got there right on time then waited an hour before they started on me while watching other big groups of people WITHOUT appointments go before me. Nails came out good! Just a few knicks around the edges.

Julie was great. A few of them dont cover my entire nail, which I dont like but other than that they are great!

Went in for a fill on my acrylics, the day after, pinky started peeling a bit. So I went back in, the guy just filed it off and said they’d be fine. Not even a day after that, this happens. I didn’t pick them off, they peeled off on their own. I paid extra for the non chip polish and this was the result.

Always a pleasure to get manicure and pedicure here. Even if all we get is a polish change, the staff seem happy to see us.

Ive been coming here for over a year now and they always do suck a beautiful job!!I used to get gel every two weeks but they suggested I try sns and now I get that! The price is really good too.

There might be others that work there that do a fantastic job. However, first impression for me was absolutely horrendous. I had to go to another salon to have my nails fixed. I won’t be going here again.

I tried treating my mother to a pedicure and manicure for her birthday. Spa Nails was very hard to deal with. I walked into the store to purchase their services a day in advance and i waited nearly 15 minutes just for someone to say hello. It felt that they were too busy for me and I didn’t want that experience for my mother. I ended up calling Venus Nails who did great. They were a little more pricey but much worth it. Spa Nails is cheap and you get what you pay for.

Love Jenny! She did a fantastic job doing my nails. I use dip powder and some technicians can make them look very thick, bumpy, and all around bad. Not Jenny. I will be going back to and asking for her!

Excellent and relaxing customer service! Another job well done by a Spa Nails branch! Very reasonable prices. I am an exceptionally picky about my nails. They not only filed them near perfect but also took care of my cuticles. The pedicure was very relaxing and well done. Great job with the polish! I love how they suggested a matching no chip. They were fun and very accommodating. I will definitely be back.

I ALWAYS have fantastic service here. My mails are always thin, but not fragile enough to break easy and Ive never been cut by a file here. Plus, they give the best pedicures!

Very rude staff. Waited for our appointment while several people went ahead. After asking twice, staff finally seated us. Minimal attention given to us and they overcharged us for the pedicures! $50 for a gel pedicure. No prices listed, no reciept given. Very disappointed. Gel nails completely chipped off on 3 nails after 5 days.

I took my daughter for a full set of gels for her first time. They got us in immediately and did an amazing job. They were very gentle with her and they were very friendly. I would definitely go back. Ill attach a picture of her nails. Shes really excited about them.

My SNS manicure by John was amazing! My nails are shaped perfectly. Unfortunately for me it has been almost one month since Ive been able to make it back to the nail salon due to my hectic schedule... however, my nails are still shiny and have not chipped, peeled, or lifted. They still look great, except they have grown out significantly. I cant wait to go back. Oh, my pedicure was awesome too!!

I rarely ever get pedicures but I decided to start getting them done at Spa Nails 3. After my second pedicure, I noticed peeling on my feet that I first thought was just dry skin...nope it was athletes foot. They are not clean and do not properly sanitize/disinfect their equipment. I’m lucky that I only got athletes foot, although it has been over 4 weeks and I am still struggling to get rid of it. I recommend you look up pictures of plantars warts, nail fungus, MRSA infections, and cellulitis because anyone who goes here could easily acquire any of those things due to their lack of sanitation. I will never be going back here again and suggest others avoid this place as well.

My favorite place to get my nails done in Valpo. Nina is the best. She cares about doing a great job every time. They listen to what you want and are all very friendly. Rarely do I have to wait and even when I do, its never for long. Reliable and efficient.

I have been getting my nails done for almost 10 years and this is one of the best places Ive ever been to in Valparaiso.I booked an appointment for a full set with nail art and was pleasantly surprised when it only took her an hour. Tracy was her name I believe. She was very friendly and knowledgeable in helping me figure out what exactly I wanted to do with my nails. I ended up getting some new gel nails that are very comfortable and required minimum drilling and dust. The polish and nail art is absolutely heavenlyCant wait to go back!

After reading reviews I thought I try this place because I’ve been looking for some where new and I went on Wednesday so it was dead I got a lady named Stella and she barely talk to me was on her phone which is very rude. All my nails are different shapes even after she spent a long time shaping them an unnecessary amount of time shaping them might I add. I just got A basic acrylic nail with gel polish and it was $47 one color. I think that’s crazy, anywhere else I go my total is no more than 40 for something very basic so I think they’re pricey. And the service isnt that great. Probably wont be back.

This nail salon is the best one Ive been to! I love to get my nails done everywhere I travel and many times end up disappointed. However, Spa Nails has not only a beautiful salon but also the best employees Ive met. The ladies and gentlemen are polite and accommodating. The brand new facility is also gorgeous. They were more than happy to accommodate myself and 6 friends on a Sunday afternoon.

I came by with a friend for a gel pedicure for myself and regular pedicure for my friend. My two month old son also came along for the ride. It was lunchtime on a weekday so we called in advance to see if they had time for us. They told us to come on in. As soon as we got into the salon they escorted is to our seats which was wonderful!The water was the perfect temperature and both of the nail artists were very attentive. My friend and I both thought we received the longest and best foot/calf massage with warm lotion compared to any other nail salon. They took care in shaping and designing our nails and the pedis turned out beautifully.I was also able to nurse my son comfortably and they were helpful when he had an explosive diaper! We will definitely be back.

I really enjoy coming here for a pedicure. They always get us in quickly and take good care of us. It has turned into a family event at times. Dads I highly recommended taking your wife or daughter.

I went this week to go get a fill in my nails. I usually get the gel acrylics. I went in and I picked my color and sat down. She started doing my nails. It took maybe 20 minutes top. She didn’t shape my nails, didn’t ask me what length I wanted them, and then before she was done and my nails were in the UV light she told me to put my other hand in one more time and then I was done. She left in the middle of doing my nails and had me finish them MYSELF. what kind of place does that? I can still see the color from my old nails on my new set. There is gel all over my fingers. They’re not the shape I want and they’re absolutely ugly. I don’t even want them on my hands they are that bad. I am highly disappointed and will not let anyone go here.

Wonderful atmosphere, clean and professional. They had a large selection of colors to choose from and the staff was all friendly and professional. There was no pressure to upgrade in a package or get more things done. They work quick but also get the job done right. Very happy with my experience there. Nails were done in gel/no chip in about 30 minutes. Will be back!

I came here to get my nails done for prom and Simon helped me out! I love this place, he was so sweet and he isnt your typical nail person. Hes so sweet and he will always try to make conversation with you. I was looking for a perfect nude pink color so he even made me a perfect shade! I was in a rush for a appointment and after he helped me file the fake nails he even let me go to my piano practice first! He said I could come back to get the coloring so he would have moretime to make it perfect. Thats the best kind of service! I came back after my lessons and he put the coloring and rhinestone. I will be back soon to get my nails done again, Simon is quite busy so make sure you call for him soon!

For the best pedicure, go and ask for Nina. Nina spent about 40-45 minutes making my feet look and feel brand new. She even whipped out the rolling sanding machine to file down the two claws I have for nails on my smaller toe. The actual place is super clean with great bright white lighting and some nice massage chairs. This was my first time visiting here but will not be my last. Definitely recommend this 5 star nail salon.

Great, long lasting pedicures. I work in a hospital and I am constantly using alcohol to clean my hands. The manicures have lasted very well against that kind of work abuse. Comfortable clean salon with pleasant staff. They dont rush through the appointment but they work efficiently enough so you can be on your way. This place is reasonably priced for the quality and I will definitely be coming back here in the future, consistently.

Hubby and I got pedicures here while on vacation. They did a great job and their prices were reasonable!

Their work is very sloppy and they charge extra for everything, length, shape and other things. Pedicures only take 10 minutes? Would not recommend. The staff is nice though.

My daughter and I had a appointment for 3pm and they brought us back to get our peddi done. Sat there with our feet in the water for over 30 min the water got coldNO one came back their. Like we were forgotten about. My massage chair is broke with the massage balls out so I can comfortably sit back without hard lumps. Very disappointed

I have found my new nail home! I lost my previous nail tech and was in search of a new place to try and I am glad I tried Spa Nails 3! I made an appointment for myself and my husband for two ultimate pedicures and I also ended up getting an SNS Full set by John and he did a fantastic job! He worked his magic to give me a beautiful coffin shaped ombre at the perfect length. They had great customer service and we loved being offered drinks and the massage chairs were wonderful! I will definitely be come back!

Before I found this place couldnt keep my nails looking nice for more than a day - now the dipping powder manicures at Spa Nails 3 have allowed me to grow my nails out and always look fabulous! I had John work on my pedicure. He did an amazing job! The massage was very nice. I cant even get my own bf to give a foot/leg massage. Lol. Definitely coming back!

Everyone who works there is beyond nice, they are so easy to get ahold of to make appointments, and they really go the extra mile to make sure youre comfortable and have a pleasant experience whether its providing a glass of wine or helping you find the perfect polish. racy is fantastic for a wax as well as a no chip mani, and Im so happy I have my one stop shop!@@

She took the time to fix my nails that were done at another shop and transformed them into a picture straight off of Pinterest! I have now found a permanent place to get my nails done!

I have been going to this salon since they first opened! I am SUPER particular about my nails, especially when it comes to how thorough the cuticles are cut and even more so with the application of the polish. I have been to tons of salons and more often than not when they know that Im Vietnamese, they slack off. This was definitely not the case with Spa Nails.

First time going. The wait was a little long. There were girls just sitting there doing nothing. Sorry but if you have folks waiting everyone should be busy doing nails. Paul did a good job on my nails. I could tell he has done nails for a while.

Me and my girlfriends went to this nail salon to get our fingernails done and our eyebrows waxed. Average/good nails... but this salon really upped its game when it came to waxing. My lady did an amazing job on my eyebrows and I have never been happier about them. I definitely would recommend this nail salon!
