Began with a very helpful receptionist, Monica, then followed by other staff that took my X-ray and met Dr. Anthony Craig who is very competent in explaining the problem concerned my teeth. Liz, the accountant showed me the cost and making appointments and Josephina made the the casting for my gum treatment for a two hour visit! I am very happy with the friendly service I received today!

The staff are very caring. My Doctor was extremely kind. Explains everything what is good for my care.

I recently went in to Western Dental with a toothache so bad I felt like I was gonna explode! Jasmine a Dental assistant, was amazing, she was very patient very kind and made me feel very comfortable. She’s very professional, I listened to how she treated other patients and she deserves to be acknowledged for her professionalism. The Dentist Anthony Craig was amazing as well. He did a root canal and I didn’t feel a thing. He walked me through the entire procedure. They are a great team

First time paciant, for root and tooth extractions. The front staff was very professional and courteous. The x-ray technition was excellent and other staff in procedure areas are wonderful. The Dentist is highly skilled with the best personality, he made me feel comfortable and relaxed, I had no anxiety or pain during the oral surgery. Latter while at home the numbness faded away but the discomfort from the surgery was very lite. I highly recommend this dentist and am setting up appointments next week for my wife to have an exam. Pricing for services rendered also very competitive and I am 100% satisfied with cost and quality.

Sandeep is one of the best Dental assistants. I have been going to this office for over 20 years and Sandeep always remembers my name and treats me like family. I have trigeminal neuralgia and the whole staff treats me very gently and always makes sure that I am comfortable and free of pain. The dentist gives the best shots ever and goes very slow to keep me comfortable.

Western Dental has been my go to for years! I have had to have three teeth drilled, filled and capped. They have been able to get me in same day or next day every time.One time I had to leave work in tears because my tooth pain was so bad. I was pouring children’s Motrin on the tooth for some relief. I had ice in my mouth and couldn’t eat solid food. They told me to leave work and they would get me taken care of. I left pain free in an hour. They were a savior! When it came time to pay the bill, they allowed me to set up affordable payments. This was as much of a relief as the the tooth pain itselfSandeep is the best team member I have ever had. He is personable, quick and good at what he does.The front of office staff is friendly, responsive and helpful in EVERY way.I could not recommend them more. I have not had a bad experience in three years.

Im a college student so getting around to actually go to the dentist is pretty rough for me. Western Dental (Access Dental during my time in school) quickly accommodated me given my schedule. The front desk staff was very warm, and they greeted me very kindly, asking all sorts of questions about my school and work. Sandeep, the radiation technician, soon came and took my x-rays. What I appreciated most about this was that he was so willing to talk me through the process and give me information about what he was doing. I was then seated, and the dentist, Dr. Craig, came to talk to me about my x-rays and what we should expect to do in the coming months. He was very thoughtful as he thought about my school and work schedule and made many notes about own priorities. After that he did a quick teeth cleaning and answered the rest of my questions before letting me go. Honestly this office felt more like a family, and I look forward to my next visit because of it.

Wow wow wow best dentist office in Vallejo period. The staff are so friendly and treat you like family and actually make u want to visit the dentist more often. They are very informative and will help you with a any situation you got going on with your teeth. Highly recommended!!!!

Ive been coming here only for preventative care ie, x-rays and cleanings, thus far. Im fortunate to have very good teeth yet, I do put much effort in my dental hygiene twice daily; floss and brush. Never have I had such a great health care experience. I had not been to a dentist in 10 years after a particilarly bad experience at a different dental office, but I had been having pain in one of my molars and became concerned enough to go in. Every moment of my experience at Dental Acces was exceptional, beginning with the customer service at the front desk. The ladies running the front desk were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and got me in right away. The dentist and his assistant were amazing. Not only friendly, but genuine and funny, which allowed me to relax. They always checked to make sure I was comfortable and that I wasnt in any pain. I ended up having the tooth pulled, and despite 10 years of dental fears, I felt like I was in great hands and had no anxieties and everything went great. Thank you so much Dental Access, I really appreciate your top notch care !!!!
