The staff was always professional and accommodating, they fully explained the procedure or process, as well as provide you the total cost would be. I was in extreme pain and had gotten my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Riley! He was super informative. The procedure went very smoothly with minimal pain and discomfort. Although I was numb for weeks, Dr. Riley and his staffs were kind enough to keep in touch with me! Overall, great office and very friendly staff. They all made me feel welcomed and are very accommodating and straightforward with the whole process! Would definitely recommend! :-))

I had previously had a horrific oral surgery experience at another practice, so I came to Dr. Elder with a lot of fear about my procedure. He put me at ease immediately and both the procedure and the follow-up appointments were smooth and calm. The staff at this office are all excellent.

This morning I had an appointment with Dr, Elder to have 3 teeth extracted, the procedure went off without a hitch and I could not be happier with the professional care I received from Dr. Elder and everyone I had contact with. I highly recommend Dr. Elder if you need Oral Surgery,When I checked in at the front desk this morning and expressed my fear/anxiety over the surgery, the woman at the front desk immediately put my mind at ease. In addition when I requested substituting a tooth for extraction today, that was schedule for a future date, she looked into my request and I was able to make a sustitution. I really appreciated her going the extra mile, her empathetic demeanor and professionalism.Dr Elders assistant in the operating room,, or, was also a very kind person who also put my mind at ease and we had a nice chat while we waited for Dr. Elder to join us.When Dr. Elder entered the room I felt relaxed at thea point, He asked if I was nervous and I admitted I was. His tone and demeanor helped me to relax even more. Dr. Elder himself set up my IV and did so virtually painlessly, I had a couple of quick questions for him which he answered.The next thing I knew, I was awake and the extractions were done. I have no recollection of going to sleep or any of the actual surgery. It was like being in a time machine with no sense of the passage of time.I still have another tooth that needs to be extracted and will be seeing Dr Elder and his staff in the not too distant future. I am looking forward to my next appointment and I know I will be in good hands.It is refreshing in this busy world we live in to find a practice like this where everyone treats you with respect, kindness and empathy. In addition Dr. Elder is a great oral surgeon.

I’ve had a problem with my tooth for years. Out of fear I never wanted to get it fixed. But the problem got worst and the pain was unbearable. I made an appointment and was able to get in to see Dr. Elder. I’m still shocked how quick the procedure was to have my tooth extracted. Going on day 2 and I haven’t been in pain and the swelling is gone. I’m very impressed with my aftercare I really was expecting the worst.

I left my initial consultation with a great first off impression. The staff seemed pretty pleasant until it came time to the discussion about the procedure quote. I was initially advised that my insurance didnt cover extractions nor IV anesthesia unless it was 3 or more teeth getting extracted. I was told that I needed to pay nearly $800.00 upfront before having the procedure. I felt this was unethical and unprofessional. They do not put their patients first. They are all about the money. I called my insurance and had them place a conference call the dental practice to validate that I have a PPO plan and extractions and IV anesthesia are both covered procedures. Both are covered at 50%. Then the practice staff immediate response instead of an apology, she replied that she needed to recalculate the quote and that I would still be responsible for paying over $500.00 at the time of the procedure. They were not willing to perform the urgent procedure of extracting my wisdom teeth that Ive been in pain with for nearly two weeks until I pay upfront. I couldnt afford to do so and was forced to cancel the appointment.This was a very horrible and stressful experience and I wouldnt recommend no one to this practice. If youre financially established they are eager to help you but the less fortunate they treat you accordingly.I been working in health care for over 25 years and have never been subject to this type treatment. No compassion! To know that I put myself in the front lines as an essential worker everyday to be turn away care because I couldnt afford to pay upfront disturbing and leaves you feeling worthless.Sincerely,Angela

Dr. Elder worked on readying my mouth to replace a lost front tooth. When I came in I had a normal gum line; when I left I didnt. I had to have a HUGE tooth implanted to fill in lost gum. Terrible! Really bad dental surgery!

I was referred here by my primary dentist to take a look at an abscess that might require draining after a recent root canal. They scheduled me in the same day within hours of the referral, after my primary dentist couldnt see me. They did my intake process, they took a full Pano X-Ray, and Dr.Elder gave me a quick consultation and examination. After explaining everything that was going on me and my recent history, he concluded that he thought the Antibiotics I had already been prescribed seemed like they are started to do their job and were reducing the infection, and felt like the surgery to drain the abscess was probably not necessary. He wrote me script for a couple things and sent me on my way with ZERO charge!I cant speak to his surgery skills as I never got to that point, but I can speak to his financial ethics and his generosity. He certainly didnt try and give me any treatment I might not need, or try and run up a bill on me. I was fully prepared to at least pay him for his consultation, but they said it wasnt necessary. I would absolutely not hesitate to go there again should the need ever arise.

Dr. Elder is a brilliant, and caring physician. I’m thankful, and grateful that he performed both surgeries for me October, and December 2020. He and his staff were professional, and always helpful. This all made me feel at ease in their care.

My son and I was referred to this office. While discussing my son’s procedure a young lady name Gaby bulldozed her way in the room and interrupted my conversation and refused to apologize for her rude behavior. Totally unproductive!!!

I am very pleased with their service and I highly recommend this place. I got 3 of my wisdom teeth pulled here and the entire experience was a lot better than i expected. The doctor did an amazing job. I just finished my follow up visit and everything is healing properly. Everyone including the receptionists are very friendly. I am very sensitive to pain so for an experience considerd as scary for many it was surprisingly not bad at all.
