Best staff awesome trampolines and very comfortable environment

We will be returning!!!!!!!! Such fun for the kids!!!! Parents, Grandparents etc. Can rest some; an enjoy wanting them play! Run,jump,climb that energy off! Have a Blast doing so!! Buy the socks!! So worth the couple bucks!! Clean restrooms! Good prices ! On vending machines! bring $1.00 bills or debt card.

This place is a great place to let the kids just let loose. Its not as big as the trampoline parks where we just moved from, but it was enought to keep them entertained and they had a blast.. It was nice to have them jumping around somewhere other than my house! The wait in line wasnt that long and I even got a discount for checking in on social media, which I was probably gonna do anyway. Love the fact that I could sign the waiver online before I got there, which made checking in a lot faster. The workers were very nice and professional. Everything was clean as far as I could see and the leather couches made for a comfortable kick back while the kids played. I will definitely return.

So very overpriced and unprofessional. Upon having concerns with pricing, they decided that I’m no longer allowed to post to their page. Laser tag is $1 a minute ( $8 for one 8 minute game) AND it takes away from your jumping time. I never said what it costs to build, but I got told it costs as much here to build as it does in big cities by their page. This is true, however people in big cities get paid more and this can spend more. They have no comprehension of differing economies. It really doesn’t matter if people can’t afford it 🤷🏻‍♀️ shoulda built it in one of those big cities where people have fatter wallets. That’s kinda on them for putting too much money into it in a small town and expecting big city prices. Laser tag isn’t as exclusive as their page tried to tell me it is ( you won’t find it within 3 hours any direction they told me 😂). Greed will only come back and bite you in the a$$. Guess they will find that out soon 🤷🏻‍♀️

Im a therapist at a clinic for autistic children and since theyre very energetic we decided to take them to Recoil on a field trip. This place has a great atmosphere for kids. The lighting, the music, and the staff dressed in referee outfits is a nice touch. The equipment itself entertained my group of kids, 5, who range in age from 5 to 11. Adults can hang out near the kids and keep a line of sight without going on the equipment, but the trampolines can handle adults, too. Our group had one adult, (me,) bounce around with the kids while the others watched from comfy couches. We were there for two hours- and it was enough to wear these kids out, which was an added bonus! Calm, happy, tuckered out autistic kids and a grateful staff of therapists guarantees well be back!

This was a fun place to go. The kids really enjoyed it. Lots of stuff to do. We jumped for two hours and it felt like 5. The kids are already asking when are we coming back. It was worth the 80 mile trip.

I had my daughter & son birthday party here. The staff was super fun. They played with the kids and we had a magnificent time.

We took my son for his birthday, not a party, just three of us. It was my first time there and I was impressed. The staff was nice, the check-in process was easy, and theres a a good variety of trampolines, basketball, and an obstacle course.

Great place to let the kids have fun. Clean bathrooms and plenty of vending machines.

Good start but needs work. This place is a great alternative to places like Urban Air in Tallahassee. It may be less than half the size but its real nice that its here in town. Recoil has plenty to keep the kids entertained on a rainy day and is perfect for birthday parties. The downside is that some of the park isnt built well or even finished. The pads on the trampolines arent securely fastened and are constantly moving into the jump space. The trapeze swing needs to be rethought. A height limit needs to be enforced or the bar needs to be raised. Either way, the employee thats present needs to offer a bit of instruction to the user if needed. The last issue is the lack of proper padding around the foam pits. Most areas have no covers or pads and even the areas that are covered are done so with flimsy foam pieces that appear to be haphazardly stapled to the edge. These are tearing away with every use. Behind the foam (and now mostly exposed) is the rough wooden framing that supports the whole activity floor. (see pics) The metal frame, to which the foam pit net is attached, isnt covered at all. This protrudes a couple of inches and has a gap that could easily catch fingers and toes. (see pics).Again, this place is good and I am not trashing them. Id just like to see it completed and brought up to par. Well be back.UPDATE: Spoke with manager, Will. I was informed that pads were on order for all areas. He also said that he would speak with his staff regarding their attentiveness to the station to which they are assigned.

It’s a very positive environment.comfy couches they also have massage chairs.staff interacts great with everyone..clean areas and bathrooms ...They except military discount ..you have to use the recoil socks for safety reasons....you could sign your waiver online before you come...birthday cake and food of your choice are allowed...your kids are safe here ..This place is really for the people .A little story..I lost my key fob there and they were so nice and helpful they did everything they could immediately ..I asked a staff member and he quickly alerted the management they helped me look for it (staff:Jackson ).we searched the whole play area by pulling out as many play cubes as we could one by one ..couldn’t find it and wanted to have the children that were there to finish their play and they told me to come back the next day which is today to look in the ninja area (other play area) ...management was here early Just to Help me look..just a few minutes in The play area and there was my key fob 😌😌😌🙏🏾🙏🏾☺️..Staff:JACKSON &&& Manager:WILL ARE THE BIGGEST LIFE SAVERS !!!! I have been recently developed knee problems which i assume comes with the age but I would like to say what a great experience this establishment gave me. Your workers prove to constantly be caring and inquisitive. One of the workers, he was blonde and quite tall, was extremely helpful. He helped me get up the stair there and i even got on the trampolines, i wasnt afraid of injury because i hoped that the cute blonde boy would help me if i fell. I might be coming back soon to see if hes there again. Overall it was an amazing experience and would 100% recommend to others.

This is one of the best places in Valdosta, GA. Despite me being 18 years old I still love visiting the park and jumping my heart away. Me and my friends love going to the place to really let loose and have fun. My favorite part when visiting is seeing my favorite employee Owen Anderson, hes such a blast and always a hoot. He sucks at dodgeball though ;). I love recoil and Im going to be jumping on those trampolines till I cant jump no more.

I got there and my glasses broke within 5 minutes.. so heed my advice, and take off your glasses before you land on your face!Other than that, this place is really fun. Whether youre a kid or a parent, you could still find something to do.

Our cross country team had its end of the season party here. It is a very clean and very organized place with tons of space to spread out away from people. The staff is very kind and welcoming and always look like they are having a great time as well. Try it out for your next evemt. You wont be disappointed!

Awesome place for kids! Well spaced out, lots of room for everyone. I just wish the monitors would have walked around and checked to see what was going on, one kid about 10 -12 years old was trying to overtake everything he got on, the other kids couldnt enjoy what they were doing. Overall it was good.

Absolutely loved it. So nice, spacious, and clean. The employees are very kid friendly. And the bathrooms are exceptionally clean. It has numerous obstacles for the kids and they even let the adults play and bounce along with their kids. They have several party rooms to the side for private parties, and numerous vending machines filled with snacks. My kids and wife had a blast and we will definitely be returning.

The kids just loved it. Saw friends there that they knew. The staff was Ultra friendly. Just another fun thing for our youngsters to do in this town. Be prepared when you go in for the first time to fill out the waiver on the little tablet directly in front of you when you walk in. Also might want to keep track of those socks as they are $3 a pop. All in all everybody loves it winner winner chicken dinner

Great place! Nice and spacious. Would have given 5 stars but every trampoline was missing about half of the springs so the bounce was spongy. Also, the little caucasian girl that worked there accused my party of stealing her phone. Her co-workers were playing a little racist prank on her. She had the phone in her pocket and amped the little one and her friend up to confront us in the parking lot.

Parents night out for $30 with socks, tshirt, juice and water.My son had a great time.Check in was a little chaotic as some people that were checking in were not with the parents night out. But we figured it outThey did have the kids stop jumping at 8:45 and sit down in one of the birthday rooms until we picked them up.I was already there and didnt know that was what they were doing as I figured they would be able to jump until 9. So I thought they were maybe giving them drinks but no.Now that I know the procedures, I will know what to do.They have a frequent jumper card and $1 off if you check in on FB. I had prepaid though.

My son always wanted for there to be a trampoline park in Valdosta and his wish came true. My son loves trampolines. My son says his favorite thing is the foam pit where you jump off from the trampoline. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Overall I loved the place and the employees were super friendly. Unfortunately the second time I went I heard three different songs that had inappropriate content for children. I was very disappointed to hear these songs played in a family place.

My kids and I attended a birthday party for my friends 4 year old granddaughter. Overall the party was nice but when our party time was up, my friend was rudely rushed out of the party room by several employees and an older man, maybe the owner who spoke to her in a very rude tone rushing her out despite the fact she had to wait 10 mins before entering the party room due to another party being in the room and there was no rush for that party to exit the room. She expressed several times she was waiting on a cart so she could pack up the party items but that wasnt good enough. She did not know the car was in the room until one nice employee came in to help. While we were cleaning, a lady in a grey sweater came in very rudely and snatched the crate of socks as if we were stealing the socks when no one was near the box of socks. I wanted to have my sons 12th birthday party here but after todays experience, we will gladly go to Urban air and we will not return to this establishment

BEST PLACE EVER!

Recoil is definitely a good way to spend an hour or so of your time, but its not much engaging after that.Id argue that there are several safety issues that need to be addressed, such as lack of padding in areas that really need it. The jump zones also could use more attention with regards to cleaning and sanitation. Certain areas just seemed dirty.I would also like the addition of something such as footballs or a volleyball arena. I felt like there wasnt much to be offered other than a lackluster parkour zone and a basketball zone which is often inaccessible due to a lack of general order paired with many eager children/adults.Pricing needs to reflect the quality of the service offered.I will return, but it will be some time before I do and I hope that I can update my rating because this place has potential.
