Since moving from Jacksonville, I was trying to find a place like Charles and Georges. I was hesitant to come here but had a great experience. My car was cleaned inside and out and they did a great job. The gentleman who vacuumed my car were very nice, professional and detailed. They made sure my car was clean to my satisfaction before I left. The strawberry air freshener smelled amazing.They have my business and I will definitely be back.

Express is the right word quick and clean service either doing the interiors your self or pay alittle more and get them to do a quick detail.

Unless you enjoy spraying your car off with a water hose after paying for wash I would avoid this place. My vehicle and multiple others had to wait turns after going through the automatic wash to use a water hose so we could get the rest of the soap suds off. I’m not talking about a little bit of soap at the bottom I mean half the tailgate, passenger side, hood and so on covered in suds.Did any of the staff members care? Not really, but they did offer one guy a complimentary spray and hand dry but not to anyone else. I don’t know what that was about but I had to drive down to a self-service car wash and finish the job. I am ready for the competitions location on the Northside of town. Needless to say I would not recommend this location

Friendly customer service. The pre-wash and wash are decent, the rinse not so much. The past several times have left blue soap and suds dripping down my car. Vacuums work nicely and they provide paper towels to clean your windows.

Terrible experience, gentleman did not explain I was being tricked into signing up for some type of club membership that would cost me 40.00 a month.This was terrible customer service. Will possible find another car wash if this is not straighten out .Really liked them until this.

Customer service was good but my car still looked the same after about 30min. The spots that I wanted gone were still there and the soap dropped down my car and didn’t fully dry so there’s that too.

Paid for the ultimate full-service wash and they didn’t wash a single window inside. The outside still had bugs and dirt on the windshield. The new car air freshener smells so bad it gave the whole car a massive headache. We did not get the advertised service we paid for. Highly disappointed.

This is the best car wash I have ever used. Excellent customer service every time I bring my van here! The gentlemen who clean and service my vehicle are kind, professional and work very hard to please the customer. I love this place and I will return here many times!

Great customer service but the wash did not get my car clean.

Because we paid 35.00 for wash and full interior detail... The wash left bugs.on the bumper and the ones detailing didnt clean the glass it was so smudged and nasty. The only thing they really did was vacuum the floors without removing the floor mats and sprayed air freshener.... It was horrible.... Want it done right do it yourself..

I love how good of a quality the vacuums are here as well as the car wash. However, what I am not happy with is getting my car detailed and having the change taken from all compartments. So ladies and gentlemen if youre getting your car detailed here make sure to take everything valuable out even though they start while you are trying to remove things🤦🏼‍♀️

Great job...but it did cost a bundle, for a full service wash. They priced me out ofbeing able to come very often.

Take my boyfriends huge truck there and do the full service all the time! It’s amazing I love going there! the truck is always super clean and smells amazing! Having kids it saves me so much time! The truck was covered in mud on one occasion and they did such an amazing job! Don’t skimp definitely get the full service trust me as a mom it’s worth it! I will be taking all of our vehicles there from now on!

Did a full service wash and was very satisfied with the results. I must admit, I’m very particular to details. Waiting area was comfy and had a clean restroom and refreshments available. I’m 8 months pregnant, and felt relieved my car was cleaned properly, thoroughly, and I like the smells of the cleaners that were used. I highly recommend coming here. I purchased the gift card also, which gave me a $10 bonus to use towards another full service wash! Great job guys! I’ll be back!

Awesome job. A little more $ than I usually pay but they did a fine job. $30 I think. Automatic wash. Then a lot of young people dry and vacuum the car.

You get in and out better. They could do a better job of drying the car, Overall a good experience.

Had to do the $35.00,Express derail twice. They didnt wash the inside windowed dash. Second go around got out in sun and still windows smudged up. Got home and had to clean them myself. Want pay for detailing again.

I just recently started using this carwash and so far the clean is wonderful, my car comes out spic and span! They even clean the bugs off the grill and windshield before pulling into the actual wash! Im not a big fan of the included air freshener though... Wish they let you choose a scent, the one they give you doesnt smell that pleasant.

Today was my first visit. After spending $18, I go to vacuum my car and there are still suds all over it. I was told there is a hose for ME to rinse it off. Why should that be necessary? Isnt that the machines job? Plus, the blowers dried my car as it came out so now Im expected to wet it again? Lots of soap residue spots on my vehicle even in spots I thought were rinsed clean. Also, there was mud in some of the vaccumm areas. Very disappointed.

I came through the car wash today and paid for full service. I get around to the full service area and they are closed. No one knew what to do about the situation. So I stand here watching them continue to wash cars. No one ever offers to assist.

I didnt like the pushy guy trying to upsell me when I pulled into the building to select my wash . Felt like I was being hustled.its very easy to get in and out I thought some of the staff did a really good job. If you dont feel like the wash did a good job and youre not satisfied they dont have a problem running your vehicle back through. I like that customer service policy that they have.

I have heard so many great things about goo goo, so we decided to go. The first time we got the basic wash, and my car did not get clean AT ALL. The staff, however, is friendly for the most part. I decided to try again for a second time and got one of the medium packages - again, my car did not get clean. I love the vacuum service, because thats the only part that gets clean is when I do it myself. I wont be back, because I can wash and vacuum my car for cheaper than that and it will get clean.

This car wash has the best customer service out of the car washes in VALDOSTA, GA. They have great wash prices that start at $8 to $35. They also have the new POLY PRO WAX which is the closest thing to a hand WAX thats only $21! Everyone needs to come check them out!

Great place for a dirty car! Friendly service and the cart was does an awesome job. Love the slots where you can pull in, park, vacuum and clean the inside of your car. Nice place!

The $30 car wash is completely worth it. They do an AMAZING job. I live on a dirt road, so my car stays gross on the outside due to all of the dust/red Georgia clay, and they always have it looking brand new afterwards. Even the inside, which is no small feat given that I have 3 kids who are constantly tracking/spilling something in there.

It was just an ok job. The interior was not as clean as it could have been....the outside still had places they missed. The attendant was very excited about working 😂. Not sure I will go back.

The workers there are very friendly although it ripped a piece of my car off I have a 2004 Mercedes Benz with no body damage whatsoever but now I do I filled out a report and I have not heard anything back from them it also left soap on my car

Normally a good place to go. Today the guy scratched my car with the brush and banged up my trunk and the wash did not do what it normally does. I think I want to cry after this visit. Ill wash my car myself from here on out.

Great car wash with free vacuums. Easy in out and gets our vehicles red mud off every time.

Had to re-rinse my truck every single time I took it which was 2-3 times a week for the month long plan. This was the second time I tried their plans, but this time was promised the rinse was fixed...its not and I honestly dont think it can be.

Great job guys. If they dont get it clean they will redo it free. What a great concept. Management is training good and the employees reflect it.

I went through the wash, unfortunately my car wasnt cleaned and the associate allowed me to go through again. Still, didnt get the car cleaned. I inquired about an air hose and wondered why they werent located at the vacuum station like other car washes. I received some sort of BS from the guy in the white shirt which confused me more. No drying cloths available, they had bottles of glass cleaner but most were about empty. I probably wont be back but I wish others the best of luck.

Good working machine and quick people, we like the vacuum/interior cleaning area thats included with the wash. They offer full service as well.

Clean waiting area, but service is not so good. Asked for full service, but the back was not cleaned and the doors were still dirty. The boy that helped me in the full service area was more interested in socializing than actually cleaning. Very disappointed. I ended up vacuuming out the back myself and wiping the doors down myself. I would have taken it back, but I had to leave early for a trip.

Used to be a great place now not so much............. Just recently they took a gas can out and did not put it back

The vacuum I used broke and the other had something stuck in it. The wash was mediocre. Will not return.

Wow! They did an awesome job on my car. They were quick amd smiling throught. The express car wash was kind of fun. The colors they use inside brightened my day. Great place to take kids to.

Clean waiting area but full service is not worth it. They finished in 5 minutes, I immediately knew they did not do a good job. Water was still leaking everywhere, I had to point out all the places I noticed they missed right away. I asked for no shine on the tires, they did the passenger side by accident and didnt have the courtesy to tell me about it. Left one side shined and the other not till I pointed out. After getting home and really looking at it they miss so much stuff, I have to take it back. never again.

Very unhappy with the full service. I paid $35 and they didn’t even clean out the trash or vacuum the areas that had crumbs in my cup holder.
