Today was my first visit; I just moved to Valdosta and live down the street so I thought it made sense to make this my car wash place. The young man at the entrance was friendly enough, but way too much time spent on selling me on their multi-use plan. When I was starting to go into the car wash a man came up and removed my antenna; didnt say anything, just removed it. When I asked about it he says its necessary on all Jeeps and with a little attitude says I dont want to pay for your broken antenna. Ive been through hundreds of car washes during the length of time Ive owned the car, no one has ever removed the antenna. At the very least he could have mentioned it before taking it off. I get to the full service interior cleaning and I made reference to a registration decal from another state on the inside of the windshield and asked them to please remove that as they did their work. It was ignored until they waved me over to signal they were done and I could take my car. I pointed it out and the lady tried but said to me I cant get it off. I also pointed out that no one had re-attached my antenna and another lady came out and put it back on. She also pointed out that they didnt do a great job of cleaning the front end of my car and said I could go back to the entrance and tell them she said it needed a re-wash but there were a couple of cars in line and I couldnt wait so I didnt do it. Needless to say, with so many other car wash options in Valdosta, I will not be back.

Really liked this place. Was first time there with new car. They did a really nice job and the girl at the beginning was so friendly. She explained there packages and was very knowledgeable!!

After the car wash, I went to the full service station. I have a SUV with 3rd row seat. I had the 3rd row seats down so the backs could be vacuumed, but they didn’t vacuum them. Some of the interior was not wiped down.Friendly staff! I joined the Car Wash Club, and the attendant was very helpful and explained it all to me.

They got my SUV looking right..This place take care of me like the Queen I am and Royalty..(thats my SUV name)..5 star service.People that work there do a great job.

When we went we had friendly service, also the employees were nice, but the wash didnt clean my car that great.

Needs 2 sets of dryers as 1 isnt enough to dry the car. I think the back wrap also needs some additional time. Vacuums are pretty underpowered and the vacuum attachments are regularly clogged with trash (meanwhile the attendants mostly stand/sit around unless its busy and then they only focus on the line/payments). Its not a terrible wash, just needs a few improvements and it could be good.

They give free rewash. My car was very bad. The attendant was great.

Ive been going to Goo Goo for a very long time. I have never had a problem with the wash, the detailing nor the staff. I am very funny about my vehicle. Every inch of my vehicle has to be perfect and Ive never had a problem with Goo Goo. They do have new soap and absolutely love it. I wont go anywhere else. I love the Valdosta location. Great job guys!!!

Loved my visit the young man with the bowtie worked so hard he was amazing!Make him co-manager!I was just passing through Valdosta Georgia for the day but if I go back I will get my car wash just to tip him again! I felt he was working harder then his pay.

Great, but its starting to show its age. The lighting in the wash tunnel doesnt work as it did when it was new and it doesnt rinse as good as it should. The people here are great and helpful and they do a nice job on the full service wash.

This car wash leaves soap all over your car. I have to go home and rinse my vehicle off and clean the windows. The dryer at the end is not long enough. I paid for the monthly membership. I want to cancel it but I can NEVER get anyone on the phone to cancel. I am on the phone with my credit card company now so I can block their charges. Sad!! The staff is lazy. I got a free detail with membership. They “hand dried” my vehicle and it was still wet when I left. Pathetic.

Most thorough car wash in Valdosta my car Trunk had stuff from trees all over it and it got most of it off in One pass in this car wash. Ive been to two other car wash and it didnt even touch the stuff on the trunk of my car this one got most of the junk off

Unlimited car washes that is a fantastic deal. A good way to keep your vehicle clean and shiny and waxed and thats what you need to protect the paint from all weather elements. Of course except hail. Great staff friendly and courteous.

Car wash is good but vacuum system did not work well, poor suction! Floor mat cleaners don’t work!

Some of the vacuums were turned off but the gentleman who washed the car were amazing! Great customer service

The guy was too busy dancing to help wash the car, he was just sending them through the machine. When we asked about why they didn’t scrub the wheels (which we paid for) we were told it all happens in the tunnel and to not hold up the line. They were busy, and he didn’t want to take the time to do the job right. Been here a lot of times before and they’ve done a better job, but if it had been my first visit I wouldn’t be going back.

Decent car wash but a bit high.

I have the monthly membershipand always have great service. Today JC cleaned the inside of my car which was a mess and was very kind and even though I told him everything was trash inside he took the time to notice a picture of my grandparents had been left and gave it to me and didnt just throw it away. I truly appreciate how kind and friendly he is and what a wonderful job was done. Thank you

Not as good as it use to be. Vacuums were all with very low suction and wash never gets off all the soap

I bought the monthly club, was told detailing went with it, been going there about every 2 weeks for the past 3 months, and never was asked for a receipt till today after all the soap that did not wash off now its dried. Workers are very polite. They do a good job on detailing. Except they dont wash the front and back windshields inside your vehicle.

Shifty job by your full service crew. Windows were worse off after they cleaned them. Water spots all over. 2 star s÷rvice!

Not worth the money. dog hair was left on floor mats, they didnt clean interior of the doors at all, seats still had dirt in the creases. Dash wasn’t cleaned. I’m not even sure what they did other than move my belongings into a pile on my passenger seat. Very dissatisfied. Just take your car to a dealership for a professional detail.

Did a very poor job i got full service took them less then 5 minutes the windows were never washed there was still dirt and hair all over the place did not look like they hardly even vacuumed it I will never pay for full service again or recommend it to anyone total waste of money

Unless you enjoy spraying your car off with a water hose after paying for an auto wash I would avoid this place. My vehicle and multiple others had to wait turns after going through the automatic wash to use a water hose so we could get the rest of the soap suds off. I’m not talking about a little bit of soap at the bottom I mean half the tailgate, passenger side, hood and so on covered in suds.Did any of the staff members care? Not really, but they did offer one guy a complimentary spray and hand dry but not to anyone else. I don’t know what that was about but I had to drive down to a self-service car wash and finish the job. I am ready for the competitions location on the Northside of town. Needless to say I would not recommend this location.

I bought the unlimited monthly. I have a black BMW and it left soap, lake city location.

For a clean car you need to use this car wash.

Meh. $35 for full service... Holy mary mother of God... Had to wash it twice to get bugs off. Ive had a better wash by homeless at a red light

Too much soap ..not enough water to rinse your vehicle. Sad because its convenient but a lousy wash!

It was just a basic carwash. They did what was expected.

What a great place!! Everyone was very highly trained and professional. We didn’t get his name but a nice guy in a bow tie and red hat gave us an air freshener. Tyler helped out too. When the line suddenly got long even the manager got out there and helped. Highly recommend!

I love that they scrub the vehicle prior to rolling through the wash. I just wish the water rinse lasted 30 seconds longer so I wouldnt have streaks of colored soap drying on my vehicle

Went today, 29 Feb 20, the person washing the drivers side windshield and hood before you go into the wash scratched my car really bad. Tried to contact them, no answer. Scratches are not superficial and will not come out. Awaiting response.

Was not happy with the service for the amount that I paid. The two guy that Pre washed my vehicle, did not do a decent job in the front of my vehicle and nor did the mechanical washer caught some of the midst wash areas. Thanks

Used this business in Valdosta to get my truck washed and the GM failed to have his team remove my antenna causing damaged to my vehicle estimated at $400 to repair. The GM asked that I get an estimate from the dealership which I did then when I returned with the estimate he said he needed to get approval from his boss and he’d get back to me in 2-3 days. Well a week went by so I returned to ask about the status of my claim and I was then told I needed to get a second estimate. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, he became very rude and unprofessional. I will be consulting with the Better Business Bureau and possibly seeking legal compensation for this experience.
