I reserved a uhaul 30 [redacted] days prior to my needs. They called me hours before my pick up, 28 days past my 30 days notice, to tell me they failed to secure the reservation I made. Wow. Thanks a lot guys.
Polite worker but after listening to the complaint from one of the other customers & not seeing a resolution, I knew my issue would not get resolved. The wrong card was charged & was told I could take care of it when I dropped off the uhaul. They said there is nothing they can do & was told to go to another site & call the general manager or speak to the manager at this new site. Just seemed like it was a polite oh well attitude, instead of trying to help the customers.
Awful Experience.Reserved a 17 foot truck then got switched to a 15 foot one without any notification. Called to switch it to another one and they sent me though 4 different people with no one solving my problem until they were sending me to the 5th person and the line hung up on me.Terrible.
It is a small one most of the time they dont have the trucks you need but they can look other branches and book it for you
