10 out of 10 I would recommend again. I received towing services from Muhammad and he was extremely professional, compassionate and displayed very good customer service. Not only was the customer service great, but they were also very quick, on-time and affordable.

Payless towing was the service provided through our insurance roadside assistance. First off I want to say how professional the driver was. He called to verify our info provided an ETA and showed up in the stated time. Once there he was the epitome of professionalism. Made what could have been a nightmare much easier for my elderly father. A few weeks back we had a very different experience with a company the driver was familiar with. They had left my dad stranded on the side of the road for 3+ hours. Fortunately I was close enough to assist my dad but it made me think how many other people do they do this too. Either way thank you payless towing for making a shitry situation a little bit more bearable! Im sorry I didnt get the drivers name to give credit where due.

On 9/28/2020, you company was contacted by our road service to tow my truck and trailer after I blew a hose and lost coolant.Your driver, Mohamed (please forgive me if I spelled his name wrong) came to where we were. He first loaded my truck up and took me to a shop in Fairfield to be fixed. When he saw that I was having a language problem, he stepped and facilitated getting me set and out of there in a short time.We then went back to my trailer and wife and he towed our trailer to an RV park in Vacaville. During all of this he was very courteous and concerned about our safety and getting us settled. He even waited till I got the trailer leveled and stabilized before he left us at the RV park.My wife and I want to thank you for his friendly and efficient service to us in our time of need. He did an excellent job and it was a joy to have him come to our aid.In Christ,Don & Sue Hurd

Great experience, 2 other towing companies refused to tow my truck because of weight. After wasting over 3 hours with these companies I got great service from Payless towing who came with a flatbed trailer and got the job done. The driver was very knowledgeable, courteous and safe. Very satisfied.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. Key word for this company is UNPROFESSIONAL the DRIVER SAID HE WOULD ARRIVE IN A HOUR AND TOOK TWO HOURS. SHOWED UP WITH THE WRONG TRUCK AFTER REPEATEDLY REASSURING ME THAT IT WAS THE RIGHT TRUCK THEN INSTEAD OF TELLING ME WHAT HE COULD DO TO HELP HE HOPS IN HIS TRUCK AND TAKES OFF... STOPPED ANSWERING CALLS AND LEFT MY 1MONTH OLD DAUGHTER, MY FIANCEE AND I STRANDED IN BRISBANE WHICH IS ABOUT 45 MIN FROM MY APARTMENT. ENDED UP WAITING ANOTHER HOUR FOR ANOTHER TOW TRUCK WITH EXTREMELY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. LOOK ELSEWHERE TO AVOID DRAMA PEOPLE. TRUST ME.

Our tow operator (Tariq Chaudhary) was very polite and conscientious. He towed our vehicle and dropped it off at our pre-arranged repair facility while we were at the airport. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism.

I had to wait 6 hours - all night - to be helped. The customer support was behaving as if I owe them something. This company was assigned to me by my insurer, otherwise I would never choose it. The tow-truck driver came at 5 am, set up my car ready...but then somebody called him - it was his boss, who told him that Ive written a bad review on Google and I needed to make it a positive one, otherwise they were going to leave me there. I guess it is Payless get Less.
