Did a great job towing my custom lowered collectors car. The driver was very careful and pleasant.

Got to say the people are great, everything went smoothly, and one star thats not up there is due to something out of their control but I wish it could have a lot more shading

Just want to give Able Towing a shout out. I had to get my car towed to the shop and had scheduled a tow with another company a few days prior before my appointment with the mechanic. The other tow truck driver never showed up.My insurance helped me find Able Towing and they said they would be at my house in 45 minutes. As soon as I got off the phone with my insurance company, Able Towing called to see exactly what was wrong with my car, told me they would be sending someone asap.Well the driver got to my house about 20 minutes later, called me when he was outside. Driver was very professional, had a mask on and was quick with getting my car on the truck and to the mechanic!!Thanks so much for how quickly yall responded and for how professional yall were!!Definitely recommend!!

Great customer service. I was in need of a tow service and they were able to provide me with it. I did check with at least 4 other towing companies in the area and none could help me. The one thing I was requesting was to tow a motorcycle!Wow, I could not believe it. If Able towing would not help me I would of had to call some company completely out of Fairfield!!!Kudos for Able towing and great customer service at their phone answering.Definitely I will recommend to go with this company for any towing g needs around the area! Also they are charging the average amount of other companies but, Able will help you right away. Not like others that give excuses argumenting that they completely booked or that they have no drivers available.Good job Able towing!!

Great price, the driver was cool about me having to swing by the bank then getting lost to our destination lol. He helped me push the heavy audi up the driveway and out of all the broken down cars Ive owned Ive never had a tow truck driver offer that one. 5 stars and Ill use them again

I cannot believe how rude the woman on the phone was with me while Im already stressing because my car wont work and shes condescending me. All I can say is this is not a good place of business and I do not recommend themat all. I hope for the sake if thier business they hire someone who is understanding to the fact that the person on the otherside of the phone call is in need do to hardship of not having thier car work and needs to be towed. Having car issues is probably enough stress and I do not need added stress from a Pretensions employee. So being rude and Condescending to your future customer is the worst way to start a business Especially in a time where we can all give our opinion on social media like how wrong is this person to forget that we can now make a review not smart lady not smart at all trust and believe I will tell everyone that I know. I dont talk to people with out empathy when theyre going through a hard time.

Terrible service. Tow staff making us sign a waiver that if something happened while being towed they wont be responsible for it. Pretty much he doesnt know how to properly tow it. Or he does not have a proper equipment to tow my car. Terrible!

I can honestly say Ables Towing is solely in it for the money after my horrible experience with them tonight. My 11 month old son was locked in the car with the keys in the ignition after my dog accidentally pressed the lock button. I immediately called BMW Roadside Assistance to see if they could remote unlock my door for me. Unfortunately they were unable to, and they begin to reach out local towing companies. BMW called me back to let me know that they had no luck because all the towing companies were either closed or were unable to get onto Travis AFB. I then called Security Forces who assured me that if I gave them the company and drivers name that they would grant them access and escort them to my house. I called Ables Towing to relay this message, and the receptionist informed me that they were only responding to law enforcement for the night. I told the woman that Security Forces aka law enforcement specifically told me to call them so that they could assist, but her driver still refused to take the call. I literally begged and pleaded with the woman since at this time my son was locked in the car for over 45 minutes. Her only response was, well I dont know why youre on the phone with me then, you should be breaking your window. Right after I got off the phone with her, Security Forces arrived. Since they have a business relationship with Ables Towing, they called them on my behalf. However, this time they got the REAL reasoning behind why they refused to come and help me...they were not going to make that much money off of me, so the driver did not want to waste his time EVEN THOUGH a babys life was on the line. It had NOTHING to do with them not having military access to the base and had NOTHING to do with only responding to law enforcement, but it had EVERYTHING to do with what would get them biggest bang for their buck. As a first responder in the military, I am completely disgusted with their business ethic or lack of ethics. I would not recommend their services to anyone. I am so thankful for Security Forces, the Fire Department and the Paramedics at Travis AFB who went above and beyond to help me in one of the most frightening times in my life.

This was the worst experience of my life!! I called to have my sons car towed and they said they couldnt get a driver out for 4 hours then I decided to try to get the and my sons car was gone. The highway patrol said they picked it up and now made it so I had to pay triple what I called for!! They are shady and Im calling bbb!! Please do not trust this company!!
