Broke down on the way home from work. Called Vacaville Tow and they were there quick. Jose was very friendly and made the depressing ride home enjoyable. They also gave me a military discount that I did not expect. Call Vacaville Tow when your in trouble!

If the police department agreed to waive fees you should show a little compassion towards the low income and homeless sector, especially during these trying times

Their customer service is pretty unaware of the needs of their customers. Not only slow but they refused to provide me with a phone number of the lien service they use on their sales.

Sunday I had a situation where I had to leave my car on I-80 due to unforeseen circumstances. I called Vacaville tow Monday morning to see if my car was towed. It was and so when I got there I paid to get my car out and the lady even gave me a discount. My problem was when I went to grab my charger out of my car before towing my car to a dealership, I walk up and notice that my window is smashed in. Almost EVERYTHING was stolen out my car. My wiring in my car that leads to my battery was also cut.Now I’m not saying the towing company is to blame at all. My problem was with the fact that whoever towed the truck did not relay the information letting me know or the staff know that my car had a smashed window. This was very noticeable because glass happened to be all around and in the seat . It would have been nice to know ahead of time to prepare. This situation could have been handled a lot better and more professionally Because there was little to no care or concern.Lesson learned: Don’t leave your car on I-80 alone because no one will care including the people who tow it

Had occasion to need my RV towed late one afternoon/evening in October. Called Vacaville Tow and was warmly greeted over the phone. They were extremely accommodating and able to dispatch a driver to my location almost immediately after my phone call. The driver was very professional and well presented. His work was efficient and before too long were were on our way in their large and clean tow truck. No problems getting us to our shop of choice and unhooked right were we needed to be.Definitely recommend Vacaville Tow to anyone who needs a truck/RV town in the vicinity of Vacaville.

Just wanted to say a few words about Vacaville Towing. We broke down on 505 on super bowl Sunday in the middle of nowhere. We are 100 miles from home and I take a shot in the dark calling a tow truck.i think after the call I hope I don’t get Chester in the old burnt out Chevy with a wheel lift and no dollies. Much to my surprise after less than 30 minutes waiting a brand new flatbed with a very knowledgeable driver shows up and saves our day!!! To the owner, thank you for a beautiful CLEAN bow truck with an outstanding driver!!! He was amazing, he might need a raise. Take good care of him you don’t want a guy like that to get away!! Was driving 80 wb when a huge accident occurred. With in minutes vacaville tow was out and had the freeway cleared up and traffic moving smoothly again. Looking and acting very professional. Great job guys.

My wife and I were exiting Gold Hill road in Farifield, CA merging onto HWY 680 and it was a clear merge, I saw this tow truck coming from afar that it was safe for us to merge plus also given the short merging lane, I had to take the exit. Then suddenly this driver deliberately sped up to cut us and almost made us go beyond the shoulder ramp into the ditch. My wife and I could have been into a serious accident. We managed to catch up and took pictures (mind you they were taunting us in the pictures, wish I cold post it here) of the towing truck plate number 62260A1 and called in a complaint to their office but never heard back from a manager... This happened at 4:45PM on 28Feb2016.I just realized how it would suck to die in an accident in your home station caused by the people you serve and protect than being dying on a military deployment.

Vacaville Towing caused $1700 in damages to my car and refused to pay. Didnt even apologize. Admitted that their driver blew apart my brake caliper and let me know I could fix it myself. Said to call AAA and complain. Their driver was told not only that the brakes were disassembled and that there were no pads on, but also to just not use them. What did he do? Blew out the calipers. Had a car that needed pads and rotors and was left with a car that couldnt be touched until a claim was made and costly parts were ordered from audi. After creating a car length trail of brake fluid, Doug looked at the mechanic and said brakes have no pressure and hopped in his truck to run away. The owner Glen then told me Doug was told something completely different and yeah he caused the damage but they werent fixing it. What a bunch of scum. Well see you in court.

Nothing less then the Best!!

Had an unexpected flat. Thought I could change it myself then my lugnut wrench broke. Took less than ten minutes for the tow truck to show. The first gent tried but couldnt get the lug nuts off, so a second guy showed and it turns out I had weird nonstandard lugnuts so we ended up towing to a tire shop. Those two tow guys tried every which way to solve my lugnut dilemma before towing, which was very cool. Pricing is consistent with the service provided. Young woman on the phone was patient and understanding and definitely an asset to the company!Will use again (though hope I dont ever have to!)

Not negotiable. Very rude. Out in the boonies. Odd hours and they do not post or show you their basic towing and storing rates so they can charge whatever they want. Very bad business

UPDATE: The diatribe below falls firmly on the shoulders of NorCal AAA. They dropped the ball and didnt contact Vacaville Tow. VT did provide us with service the following day and then worked to determine where the breakdown in communication happened. Thanks to Vacaville Tows detective work, NorCal AAA is making changes to their training model so that this doesnt happen again.ORIGINAL POST (again, the fault was not Vacaville Tows, but NorCal AAAs):If I could give you negative stars, I would. You abandoned my daughter last night. Called for tow, multiple times, starting at 9:45 PM via AAA. YOU NEVER CAME!!! YOU DIDNT CALL BACK AS YOU SAID YOU WOULD AFTER HER LAST CALL TO YOU BEFORE MIDNIGHT!!! Unconscionable. Thank goodness the CHP came by and then stayed with her. You didnt even respond to them when they radioed in. Horrible, horrible customer service.
