Debra is awesome. She was able to make since of my unique filing system, and gave me some tips for the future. I use to dread tax season, but not anymore. Debra is fast, professional and very easy to work with. I will recommend her to everyone.

Virginia the receptionist gets overwhelmed and rudely takes it out on the customers providing false advertising of deducting prep fees from return. There are advertisements ALL OVER the place and she told us we couldnt deduct it.Debra was going to take care of it, but I guess it didnt matter to her either. Virginia told us we had to pay upfront before filing. Would have recommended them to so many people, but not after this.
