Jorge and his coworker recently cleaned tile floors in our new rental home. He was able to get us an appointment within a week, explained the process, and provided a fair estimate. The grout and floors were very dirty, and they now look like new! He was on time, completed the work in the amount of time estimated and made sure everything was clean and dry before he left. I had my carpets cleaned by another company but the wear marks from everyday walking did not come out. I called JC Carpet Cleaning and Jorge and Ryan were able to get the wear marks out. So I had really really dirty carpets in one of my rental houses. I used JC Carpet & Upholstery.. . I am very happy now. I dont think anyone could have gotten them cleaner! I contacted JC Carpet & Upholstery and the owner returned my call efficiently. I spoke to him about what I needed done and he let me know what could be and what couldnt be done. I scheduled the appointment and Uriel showed up at my resident on time. I showed him my carpets and he was honest with me, and told me hed be able to get out 80-90% of what was in the carpet. His assessment was spot on! He was able to get out most of the stuff (spilled juice, food and dirty spots dragged in from shoes). Once he was done, we did a walk-thru and I was surprised at what an awesome job he did. My carpets looked fantastic and felt fluffy like they were brand again. I will definitely be hiring these guys more often for carpet maintenance.

Last month I was determined to get past my depressive state of mind. My carpets desperately needed cleaning. My depression showed in the carpet. My dog had a tumor that grew and bleed all over my pale colored carpet. I tried cleaning the spots myself but nothing worked. I waited a year and half to make this call. I had a death every 3 months after my Dog passed away to deal with and cleaning spots on the carpet kept getting farther on my list of to dos. I had J.C. carpets cleaning service come out. He suggested the deep cleaning process. (I probably should have had that done) but I chose just a regular cleaning. That man used everything possible to clean spots without doing the deep cleaning. When he finished my carpets, they looked SO GOOD!!!!!!! The darker spots still remained but were a lot lighter and the carpet looked refresh and almost new. This company will give you their ALL and do it at a decent price! I cant say enough good things. They also treat their customers with loving care and kind hearts. I want to thank the guy that has a red nose pit (hes the one that cleaned my carpet). You listened with a kind heart and did a wonderful job on my carpet. THANK YOU!

My mom got her carpet cleaned in her entire home. Anytime my wife and I visited we always noticed the entryway was always pretty dirty. When there was a slight problem with how the edge along the wall turned out the first time, the owner Jorge came over and restretched the carpet a little and cleaned up the edge. I have used JC Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Cleaning twice now. The first time was to eliminate dog urine from a new puppy we added to our family. A few months later, we got another puppy and I did not hesitate to call Jorge back to clean my carpets again. I purchased my furniture 14 years ago and had never had it professionally cleaned. Got an apt. very quickly after calling. The day of they called to say they we going to be few minutes late which I greatly appreciated, and it was just a few minutes. They were here for a couple of hours working on one set as it was really bad. I was considering buying new, but now it looks and smells great and will get us by for a few more years before we have to buy. I need to have the carpets cleaned next, I will for sure call them first.

I appreciated the truth and they did an excellent job. That is why I had them come back to clean my carpets. They suggested some restoration cleaning on the paths that we use most in the house and the carpet looks brand new. He also moved furniture that I thought they would just go around but he noticed the carpet was a little dirty so he moved everything so he could get it cleaned. They care very much and it shows. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
