I had called Terry requesting a last minute clean up of a residence I just vacated . I had called other local mom and pop services leaving messages of the same urgency as the new owners were to move in the next day. ( None of the other 3 agencies returned my call.) My request was if she had availability ASAP or the next day. She said shed check her schedule and call back. She called back and stated shed have her crew out there in the afternoon. She did a walk through assessment and I told her of the square footage and that it should be fairly easy cleaning.She saved me!The new owners had seen the left in empty condition BEFORE her crew came and the condition AFTER Terrys crew came. Unfortunately I didnt see the after condition but the new owners had alot of exclamation marks and were ecstatic and the cleanliness to say the least.I would use her services if I were to live in the area again. Reasonably priced and easy transaction.Thank you Terry and your crew!!!

We asked for a simple wall and floor clean and was charged a high quote compared to other cleaning services. Due to others being booked we used this service and were not pleased with the results. I’m not even sure what was actually cleaned, I do not recommend. The condition of the home was fine, in fact one of the maids asked how much the rent was currently. We did receive 90% of our security deposit back, so Im not sure what Dump youre referring to. We asked to simply clean the walls and floor because all the other areas we were already going to clean ourselves. I made this as simple as possible, there were zero hazards in the house and zero need for protective equipment. The fact a professional company replies using that language and with several lies and exaggerations is all you need to know about their service. The plant box was not rotten, and recently taken out of the house. I had two easily instructions, and they werent met. I sent photos post to the dispatcher with my displeasure. Im an honest member of the military, if the service was even slightly underpar you woudnt hear a complaint. The house hadnt been occupied for a month and nothing was not filthy, the walls were dirty, the windows, and floor needed to be cleaned. I asked for two simple things. This is laughable, and trust me to avoid a headache or clearly unprofessional service do not use!

Its basically as if you did the work yourself, but didnt actually do it.
