Darrin cleaned my carpets and my sectional sofa. He was on time, worked efficiently and finished in a reasonable amount of time. He did an excellent service, and I will continue to use Bells for all of my cleaning needs. My carpets were dry in 2 hours. Additionally, the office assistant, Tara, is very professional and efficient. She is an asset to this company. One week later, I had Bells at my sisters home to clean her carpets and sofa. Brandon did this work, and he, too, did an outstanding job. The carpets had stains and pet urine. He was able to lift the problem spots and did a thorough job. Peace of mind achieved from clean carpets and furniture is a relief. Thank you, Bells Chem-Dry. You are outstanding.

Bells has cleaned my carpets once a year for several years. Professional, friendly, on time, fast, reasonable rates, great people work for them in the office and the ones that show up at the door. I just bought a new home a couple weeks ago and Darrin & Brandon at Bells came out to clean & seal all my living room & Bathroom grout. They cleaned my upstairs carpet and made it smell so fresh It looks amazing. Rachel in the front office was so friendly. Ive been using Bells Chem Dry in Davis to clean my carpets for years and they always do a great job. I have three cats and occasional accidents happen but youd never know it after Darrin and crew finish up. They are always prompt and courteous and their prices are reasonable. I had some couches in storage and when I needed them again they were definitely in need of a deep cleaning. The gentlemen that came did a great job with the cleaning. They were quick but thorough. Even asked me to look the couches over to make sure I was satisfied with the cleaning. I have been working with Bells Chem-Dry for over 20 years. They are always prompt, professional, and leave the carpets looking fresh. They have been able to remove everything from spaghetti sauce, pesto, muddy dog prints and tar that was tracked in down the entire hallway. They took their time in cleaning and removed it all.We purchased a model home with near white carpets, and the model home company had used Bells Chem-Dry to keep the carpets in perfect condition. After putting new tile in years ago I made the mistake of not sealing the grout and finally had this done by Bells Chem Dry. Now that it is done, I wish I would have done it long ago!They came out and did a great job cleaning and sealing the tile and grout. All I have to say is Fantastic!! Bells Chem-Dry is one of our main vendors here at Lynwood Knolls Apts. I had a vacant unit, that need a urgent help on their carpet but needed to be on the market that Friday as my deadline. The carpet had an awful stench and dark black stain and red stain that could come out. The Janitorial company who cleans my unit mention they clean carpet twice, but it was not worth saving and smell will not come out. Even though they are my janitorial cleaners, my concern was a professional advise from our vendors we use who specialize in this field. I called Rachel Monday morning 4/15/19 immediately told her my rush and my situation. She mention they will Guarantee to get the smell out get the job done ! Brandon came Tuesday 4/16/19 early got done by 11am, as anticipated as I was already, ran to check before he drove up to the office. Amazing! was like if new carpet was put in and it didnt have an awful sent opening door they cured a carpet that was still Good and I didnt need to replace it! I called Rachel immediately! She was glad to hear that it all worked out! They are reliable honest and great on time efficiency! Booking another unit for Thursday! Thank you Again!

Not only personable, she is knowledgeable about the products they use professionally as well as those available for purchase.Personally, I had an area rug that my dogs and cat had used as a potty room. Then that rug went into storage, where the stains and odors were allowed to permeate for several months. I love my rug. Brought to Bells. They deep cleaned and protected it from further incidents.But what really impressed me was the “ Roll Around” quality assurance test. Yes you heard me right. The staff rolls around on the now dry carpet to check and see if any hint of odor is still present. When they are satisfied that it smells new... then, and only then, are they satisfied.BONUS-Their prices are very reasonable and worth every penny.I even brought a brand new area rug to them for a “protection “ service. (Like a super duper superior Scotch Guard)The truth is, I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Try them out and you’ll see what I mean ...
