The facility manager is very helpful and honest. I love this place. I have 2 units and she helped me to get them both close to one another at a great price. The property is always very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend doing business with Storage Pro.

Do to logistics I had to look for a bigger unit. As soon as I got there, the lady at the station (Valery) was extremely serviceable and helpful as I was inquiring for options. She helped me to select the best of all with transparency and took care of the whole process. The customer service and the attention was outstanding and the units and location are on point. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facility was clean and secure. Unfortunately the opening of the unit was too narrow for my trailer due to the angle at which I had to enter, there was less than 6 inches on either side and I have a 22 foot trailer and a crew cab long bed…. Needless to say my rig is long and although the isles are wide I was still unable to come in at an angle that would allow me to safely enter the unit without jackknifing or scraping the sides of my food trailer. The manager was awesome and tried to contact another tenant that was in a larger unit to see if he wanted to downsize but was unable to get ahold of him. Thank you for all your effort to try to accommodate me.

Management is very professional... Melodey is great!!! Goes above and beyond to help you. Always smiling, and acknowledges you before you could even walk in the door. The facility is always clean and safe. And shes very well knowledgeable about her job and position and trains her employees well. You dont find people like this often who are very hard working!!! We finally located a large enough Storage Unit yesterday to accommodate the rest of our belongings that will stay behind (from house, yard, & garage) after our initial truckload made it to Texas. The young lady at StoragePRO in Vacaville was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, & cooperative! Couldnt ask for better service, especially in the trying times!

I chose Storage Pro from a friends recommendation & I’m glad I did. From being shown different sizes of units, which also gave me a tour around the facility, to being offered 1 of 2 promotions when filling out the contract, The customer service I received from Mackenzie was very genuine & made me feel this was a great decision! The office was clean as well as the storage units and the security of the location put me at ease. I highly recommend this place.

Let me just say how pleased I am with this place! I have used storage facilities in the past, but this one was like no other. The units are extremely clean as is the whole property itself. Another plus is that the unit’s ceilings are very high. It is also a very spacious property with so much room to load/unload and not have to worry about blocking the flow. But let me not forget about the customer service I received! From the initial confirmation phone call down to the regular interactions on the property. This place exceeds expectations!

Great big spaces and the girl who helped us was very nice BUT when we were told all about the prices and types of units it wasn’t until after we rented it that now you have to pay extra a month to use the outlet in our unit. Then we got a 15x48 unit yet we measured after renting it and the entry way door is only 12ft wide and the inside is only 14 feet wide. Feels like false advertisement to me to me. We even measured the things we needed inside and we got a 15 ft wide for a reason. Less space and more money for an outlet. Beware

Im very disappointed with Storage Pro, Walnut Ave., Vacaville. Signed up for first 3 months 50% off for a total of $39.00 per month. That was great! Then yesterday I was going to pay my 4th month rent which should have been $78 and when I went to hand the lady the money, she said I owed $164. I told her that was incorrect, that I had signed up for 3 months 50% off at $39 so my regular rate couldnt be $164. She said that they did not have that type of promotion and made no attempt to try to figure out a solution to this problem.I called the corporate office and was told I would get a call back today from the district manager for the area but did not get a call back. Im going to find my contract (if there was one) and contact the Better Business Bureau and perhaps they will be able to help me get this resolved.

Ashley and the 2 others that helped were great. I only remember Ashleys name because she was the first one to help us. she was very diligent and actually walked out on the property 2 shoot maybe 3 times to make sure we were getting the units we needed as close together as possible!!! Love her customer service love the kind upbeat energy and the go to attitude and just because Im horrible with names doesnt mean that the other 2 werent just as fabulous. Thanks ladies you have made this the best storage experience in all my 25 years of storage facilities!!! I will be applauding and recommending u to everyone!!

This place is new and still has brand new prices/move in deals. Reasonable hours, I like the fact that access hours extend past store hours, so no rushing to be done with your business before close of business.
