We finally purchased the truck we wanted from Mazzei Chevrolet. It all started with the excellent customer service we received from Naomi in the service department who introduced us to Colton Stone, the sales manager, who went above and beyond to expedite getting our new truck from across country. Alex, who was our sales person was excellent as well as Corey in the finance department. This was such a smooth transaction from beginning to end, and not stressful at all. We highly recommend Mazzei Chevrolet to anyone who is looking for a class act dealership to deal with.Thank you guys …. You ROCK!

The overall experience amazing! The whole process was very smooth, the whole team had such a great attitude, very polite, friendly they made me and my son feel very welcomed. Hanna was the sales person helping us shes extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Never once that I felt pressured into making my purchase, she took the time time to explain everything in detail. Absolutely the best service I could of asked for. Kudos to the entire team

It was a decent purchase experience for me. They had the car I was looking for. The price was good but bit beyond my range. They did not agree to reduce the price. But I waited for few days. They brought down the price and I bought it immediately. I drove 80 miles from my place to buy car here.This is a no frills place. No unnecessary talking, pushing or smile or anything. Plain business. They give great price and no negotiations nothing.Tony is a good sales guys. He was not pushy, allowed me to test drive any amount of time.I am giving 4 stars for 1) They charged me $60 for home delivery 2) I paid by personal check (no loan). Still they ran my credit check (hard) without informing. 3) Interiors of car should have been cleaned up bit more.Otherwise this place is 5 stars.

As a first-time car buyer, I had many questions and decided to ask my dad to come with me. I found a car I liked listed for a fair price and contacted them via their website. I was matched with Hannah Lopez and my appointment was set for the next day. The treatment we received was cold, unhelpful, and overall confusing. While I understand were all humans and bad days happen, its one thing to relay that sentiment to a friend or co-worker, but another to do it to a client and potential buyer. I specifically recall having various questions for her, and all were answered in a vague and distant manner. Before signing for the car, she did let us know there was an issue with the car that was supposed to be taken care of by the dealer, so the car would not be ready for a day or two. When we asked what it was, again, no specific answer or interest in figuring it out to communicate with us. My dad did try to negotiate a lower price given it was missing a few interior parts (car handle cover, back cover, and didnt have the best tires), and was again met with cold communication. I purchased the car ignoring these red flags, and boy do I regret it. Within a month of purchasing it, I began getting LOW COOLANT markings that would come and go (never really noticed the coolant level dropping too badly) and during one of my drives to school it overheated severely out of no where. Im talking normal temp readings one second and the next it skyrocketed up and began smoking. I went to have it serviced (NOT at the same dealer) and they told me the radiator hose was damaged and probably had been for some time. This is just one of the many issues Ive had in the last six months since purchasing it. Ive invested so much in the car. As a college student, this is NOT something I was planning on having to invest in especially given the world were currently living in. I wish there would have been more transparency, more helpfulness, and more professionalism.Would NOT recommend buying from them, or at least working with Hannah. Spare yourself and take your business elsewhere; somewhere you are listened to or at the very least, feel like youre listened to.

This was the easiest car sale I’ve ever had in my life. I have purchased many vehicles but I was in and out of this place in less than two hours. The sales person I had Josh was amazing. Not pushy, really respectful and on point. Even signing the contract Corey was amazing. Never purchased here before but I will recommend these two all day long.

May, 2019 We bought a Chevy Colorado.June, 2019 We loaded up the truck with camping gear and coolers to take the truck on the first family adventure. 29 minutes out of town, the AC stopped working on a 100+ day. We called and were sent through the phone tree without much empathy from some of the employees. We finally were passed to Brian Holt (service advisor) who was kind and acknowledged our predicament. He met us upon our arrival to the dealership and got the AC up and running so that we could continue with our camping trip. Thank you, Brian for your professionalism and kindness.

Very good experience, sales people a bit pushy but to be expected and ours was young so new more than he did but still overall experience was great, the finance part took longer than expected and had to come back next day to complete it but he didnt try to push 20 different items on me, gap was important but an extender warranty that doesnt start working till the 3 year 36000 mile factory wannanty was more than adequate

I bought my truck there, sales service was great Michael Wallace was a very patient and polite sales guy.The issue was 5 months after when I tried to refinance my car, I was surprised: the car was not registered!!! DMV confirmed Mazzei did not pay a fee, informed them 3 months ago and they didn’t do anything about it.It seems they did pay a couple of weeks ago when I called them asking for it, but never told me what the real issue was, they said that it was DMV who are “behind” on paper work. Obviously after I talked to DMV I found they were lying, very unprofessional service... now I am reviewing all documents to see what else they “missed” during the paperwork.

Really, really bad customer service! Take your business elsewhere. Went in to look at a truck and the salesman was very pushy and didn’t seem to care about the questions I had regarding the truck. All he kept saying is we need you to run an application so we know you are serious about buying and then we can talk numbers. I took my business to another dealer and got a much better deal and was treated with respect. I should have read reviews on this place before going here.

Service was good but enrollment in carfax and already saying missing a Service that was done is annoying and un called for keep your carfax and tell the employees break is over because it seems like everyone is always on break especially at the customer service department who still hasnt called to let me know my part is in!

I’d strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere. These people are something else... very rude and unprofessional. I am soooo glad I didn’t purchase a used car from them. Dejah and Tony should not be allowed to conduct business that requires you handing them your personal information. I didn’t even think to check reviews before I started trying to work a deal with them. Seems like a pretty poorly rated dealer from what I see. I will be very vocal about not doing business here! Customers should pay close attention to what others have to say before they spend big money! BUYERS BEWARE!

Not once did the manager come out or even acknowledge my presence despite talking to him the week prior to setup my repair. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with attitude and disrespect. I’d give zero stars but it’s not an option!! Never going again!

Called service for a quote, Service advisor answered and gave me the labor but then passed me to a voice mail in parts to get the actual total. I was not aware that I had to be passed off to various departments to create my own total. This far below the level of service I receive with my import that I paid half as much for. Youd think if you paid $65k for a Tahoe that theyd actually care to have your business.

I had made an appointment to get my car serviced on a Saturday. I showed up 5 minutes early, and there were 4 people ahead of me. I waited 15 minutes and the only person working to check people in was still checking in the first person. If they cant staff the service department, why would I trust them with my car? I left, and will never come back.

Tried to get recalls done which other people I know got done at different dealerships in 3 hours they needed my truck for 2 days and they do t make appointments for recalls. Called another dealer made an appointment and said it would be done in about 3-4 hours. Avoid this dealership

It was a pleasant experience, dealt with a man named Tony who was a real nice and easy going guy. Wasnt hella pushy or at all rude. Allowed us to test drive how ever many vehicles we wanted with all kinds of trust given he handed us the keys and let us do our thing. Reason it wasnt a 5 stars is because even tho he left us alone to look on our own, it would been nice to have a little more information and possibly a lil pressure to buy would of made use ask more ?s which then would of gave us more much needed info for our crazy dream car purchase journey . But all in all a great place to purchase a vehicle and an awesome guy to deal with thanks again Tony

Not that thrilled with the product they sell used to be a good dependable truck not so much anymore. My 2996 Dodge has over 386k on it and has been in the shop a lot less infact its only been in the shop 2 times once for exhaust repairs and alignment

I went to check out a car i seen online and stumbled upon another car they had on the lot while walking around that was priced better and decided that suited me better and took a picture of it to show the salesman. When i decided to ask about that vehicle i was told it was $700 more than the price they have on the vehicles paperwork. So of course the picture i took came to mind and i showed him and he said theres no way that is correct but thats what they had it priced as on the paperwork on the vehicles windshield. The salesman name was alex and i have the picture of the vehicle price, after i showed him he told me there was no way and that theyre a no haggle dealership the price you see online is the best price you can get but their sticker price was less 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️.

Horrible sales and finance experience. Tony was rude, unresponsive and lacked interest in earning business. On my first visit, he turned around and walked away mid-conversation and I left. After re-communicating over email and text for a couple days, I decided that i still wanted the car. However, I had to wait 4 days because they needed to repair something that THEY damaged while driving the car. During this time, I never got a call to update me on the progress and availability of the car. I had to call him to find out.Eventually settled on the car at asking price because it had the trim and specs I was seeking, therefore was willing to pay for it. I go into finance office (with pre-approval from a bank in hand) and the conversation started good with cordial small talk, etc. At this point, I was at the dealer for awhile and knew that I didnt want anything extra so i kindly told the finance guy and he says oh ok, everyone thinks this is the part where they get screwed Well, if it wasnt true, why would people think that? Second, in order for you to offer me a lower interest, I need to buy an additional $4k worth of coverage? Why wouldnt you just give me the better interest, if you werent trying to screw me?? I ended up using the original bank that approved me, which Im happy with. He started using profanity and kept the talk to a minimum whilst handing me papers to sign without explaining what i was signing...In the end, I did buy the car because it was exactly what i was looking for with the desired options and amenities BUT to be clear, I wouldve purchased the car from a rock, tree, anything - the CAR SOLD ITSELF, NOT this place.The kicker? Car had a quarter tank of gas, I told Tony and he said used cars get that much while new cars get a full tank. This is false, used cars get a half tank but it wasnt worth the conversation anymore...I just bought a used car for $35k and the dealership couldnt even spare another quarter worth of gas? I ended up stopping by a gas station before driving home over an hour away.

Best experience ever!! I recently bought a chevy malibu from this dealership and they were awesome!! Ron kaell is the best sales person ive ever went through. These people here will work with you, and will try their best to find the best deal FOR YOU. Ive been to multiple dealerships and all of them were just so pushy and just wanted your money and didnt really give a **** about you. These people at this dealership were top notch excellent! Me and my family will definitely be coming back here when we need to purchase a vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership, especially if you’re a first- time buyer.

This is a review for the service department of this dealership only. I cannot speak firsthand for the sales department. I would think twice before delivering your vehicle for service at this location. Usually they cannot diagnose the problem, even when the manufacturer spells it out for them in crayon. Caution before wasting your hard earned money as they will work around finding ways for you to spend it with no end to your vehicle issues.

Tried to get my car serviced here. The service consultant who helped me, Nick Lagusis, was very rude when talking to me about my warranty and rushed me out of the door with excuses about why he couldn’t take my warranty because it was Saturday. When I called my original dealership to get a service number he said he’d need for when he COULD help during the week, I was told that I had an official Chrysler warranty that could just be looked up in the Chevrolet system. So I went and stood in a line a second time and explained this to Nick. He then said in a condescending tone that they weren’t an official Chrysler dealership, so he couldn’t look anything up for me, and that if I didn’t have an appointment today he couldn’t help me anyway. When I asked if I could make an appointment for later in the week, he said I couldn’t because it was first come first serve and that he had told me that earlier (even though he literally just told me I needed an appointment, and didn’t give me any details earlier except that he wouldn’t take my car.)I don’t know if the Chrysler dealership in Fairfield is just as rude and unprofessional as this guy was, but I do know I’m NEVER giving this dealership my car or my business in the future. NEVER. I’d much rather drive to another city, or use the Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealership down the road where the service techs actually know what customer service means.
