So grateful for Keith and the guys at the Muffler Store. We are from out of town and were on our way out of town and had issues with our battery. A kind woman gave us a jump and recommended this shop and they fit us right in. Keith was so kind to my grandma and visited with her while we waited for the battery. Highly recommend this shop!

This shop is open on Saturdays! Thats a huge Plus for me... The employees take tremendous pride in their work.... The prices are very fair. I Would give this shop 10 Stars if I could.... We have been bringing our cars here for a few years now, for non muffler related work. Jim and his staff have exceeded our expectations each and every time. They are an HONEST shop that stands by their work. Definitely a one in a million. We highly recommend them to all of our friends and family.

On a recent trip out of town, the exhaust on my old truck started getting louder and louder. I was a mechanic once upon a time so I took a look. Two out of three of the studs between the catalytic converter and muffler were broken and the gasket was leaking. No matter how hard I tried, I could not get the broken studs out. Gave Jim a call and he told me how they could help and provided me with a quote. He said I could bring it down that day or the next. I brought it down the next morning and they looked at it while I waited. Keith and Sean came up with another repair idea that I liked and in less than an hour, it was all fixed. I was very pleased and Jim did the job for his original quote. I was very pleased and would recommend this repair shop. The staff were friendly and kept me informed of their progress.

This was my first time at “The Muffler Store” to have work done on my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500–after being referred to by Vacaville Dodge—and this place is amazing! I had my stock exhaust replaced with a Carven Exhaust Progressive Series Direct Replacement Muffler with 5” Ceramic Black Tips and not only does it present a look of coolness, but the meaty, rumbling sound of the exhaust is intimidating.Jim and his staff are the most helpful and courteous, down to earth, group of dudes who not only treat you with respect, but ensure your needs are done effectively, professionally and expeditiously. I even paid far less than what was quoted which was a “high-five” type of moment.Thanks Jim and Go Giants!!!

These guys are great. They said come in same day I called. Waited about 10 minutes to get my car on the lift. Great welding work and didnt charge much. Super happy about the result. Im glad I went to them and I recommend them for anyone else.

Probably the only honest repair shop in town. They looked at my car and took them 30 mins to diagnos the problem. I needed a new catalytic converter and Jim immediately got on the phone and started making calls. Turns out after speaking with the dealership my car was under warranty and they would be able to replace the catalytic converter for FREE! I immediately made an appointment with the dealership and Jim absolutely refused to charge me for the technicians time or for his time calling around. Without a doubt I will be returning!

This shop is the best auto repair shop on the planet! They dont just do muffler work, in fact I can take my car there for just about any problem. The owner Jim is the best and hires only the best in the business. Keith Nate and Ken are exceptional at their job and know the answer to any car problem that exists. If they dont they research and get it. Jim s prices are more than fair and this man runs a most honest honorable trustworthy place that Ive ever seen. He never overcharges, finds best prices for parts and treats his customers like they are his family whether he knows you or not. Id reccomend this place to anyone knowing they are in excellent hands. The Muffler Store Is truly a hidden treasure until you find them and asset to its Community! I cant thank them enough for everything they have done for me and my family. I will take my car no where else!

Took care of my needs very professional and curtious

After a few calls to these guys about the route I should I go in my new exhaust I went in today to finally have the work completed. I was initially going to have a new catalytic converter ordered and they convinced me not to and even checked mine and said it was fine. They could have taken the opportunity during these trying times to make a few extra dollars but chose to be honest. I had them do a complete cat-back exhaust with the muffler I supplied (Black Widow Performance), they advised I go up in pipe diameter to help the truck out and ran it all the way back with new tips. Highly highly suggest this family ran business! I showed up at 8 a.m., began working on it around 8:30 and was on my way home by 11. Thats fast and good quality work. Ive been in several exhaust shops across the country and this is one of my favorites.

Traveling out of town when the exhaust on my truck broke. I Googled an exhaust shop and they were the first that opened in the morning so I took my truck to them. Turned out that the truck also needed a fuel pump and some distributor work done they were awesome got to work done in the truck runs great now so thanks a lot to Keith jim, and his crew

Not the best customer service, they installed my new mufflers left a huge gap and 2 hangar screws got lose. When back for repair and the owner wanted to charge me.

I was making my trip from Washington State to Texas when about halfway through my front drive shaft on my 97 Jeep TJ was beginning to fail and needed to be removed. Emergency-no-appointment-situation, Keith removed the drive shaft for only $50 in a half hour and I got back on the road and made it home in one piece. As an added bonus, Keith dropped a lot of knowledge about the functions and mechanics of the drive shaft that I am grateful for, these guys are heroes!

Awesome place.... Got a new 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie with the eTorque 5.7 Hemi engine. I asked what they recommended and they said to get the Flowmaster super 44 exhaust. This is the same exact muffler I put on my old 2010 ram 1500 and it sounded great. I put this on my 2019 Ram and yup sounded louder than stock and not to loud to piss off the neighbors. Sounds great outside and inside in cab. They got me right in without an appointment and took like 40 or so mins to install. I highly recommend them. And for the price it was cheaper than going with a bolt on exhaust only that was 310+ bucks. I got the super 44s installed for under $250.

Just a very wholesome and good natured people, very reasonable price compared to some other mechanics who will try to cheat you if youre not paying attention. It took 20 minutes to get my converter changed, now thats great service!

Do not go here! Went in for check engine light. They told me i needed to replace 3 cats so i had them do it. In the end, they put in the wrong ones and welded a cat for a ford in my audi and i still had the same engine code which they said they then said they could not fix. Waste of money i spent about $2000 and they completely mangled my car which will cost thousands to repair.

By far the best muffler shop in all of solano county and trust me I have been to most of em.

I had catalytic converters replaced with this store. His cost was not high ( it seemd good at first), but neither his quality. The store owner Jim was emotionally unreliable and irrational to discuss with. I would never do any business with him.
