This is a free for all with most of the things you see on ANW -- there are LOTS of open gym times and its about half the price of the gymnastics places around town. There are areas for all ages and skill levels. But -- you really are on your own -- no coaching and very little cleaning

We had a birthday party there tonight! The kids had a blast- we had space to eat and set up our cake/presents. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I called earlier in the week to ask some questions and was treated very kindly on the phone as well. Everyone played hard and had lots of smiles at the end!

Amazing! Alisha and the other young woman were extremely helpful. They were there to answer questions, accommodate us anyway we needed! I can not say enough positive things about this place!!Keep up the good work, and give these gals a wonderful and well deserved promotion ☺️☺️

Very unorganized. Had the birthday party set up and paid for, but when we showed up they had no record of it. The back room which they call Premium room is just a gated area thats special by any means and is an extra 50$. There was not enough people there to run the rock wall and they could not locate the person. They showed up finally 1.5 hours into the party. They only had 5 plates for a party of 14 and no cups. This place was very disappointing to say the least they tried to give us 6-1 hour passes. I dont care to ever come here again... the photo is the premium roomUpdate reguarding response: The 300$ in free passes that you stated that can be bought on Groupon for 12$? Your not fooling anyone it was less than impressive and false advertising the other room or gated area that was right next to it is exactly the same size and honestly didnt know it was two different spaces because there was no one around to help us. God forbid you would have actually been there to help when we initially arrived it wasnt until later that you showed up. Am I supposed to be upset at the two 16 year olds you have working there it is not their fault that you poorly run a business. You also shouldnt tell customers about your personal life trying to justify why you cant speak clearly to them or park directly in front of your business in a space designated for emergency services..with new management this could be a cool place. BUYER BEWARE!

Good place overall for kids. My kids just love variety of different things to do 10,7,5. Could use a pick me up on parent seating and aesthetics but overall fun. Would love to see a monthly membership for unlimited fun :) hour per day kind of thing.

Great party experience today! The staff were so helpful! The ultimate room worked out great for our large party size and also the rockwall the kids loved!! Would highly recommend! We signed up for the $20 a month unlimited membership option as well. How cool!!

Dingy and shoddy. Kid had a decent time but not a very nice place. They mistakenly (supposedly) charged us for a monthly membership after we cancelled and agreed to refund. After several calls and emails they never refunded. Communicated with owner and employee.

Worst birthday party experience ever!! Would absolutely NOT recommend. Our party was not in the schedule. They had a table set up for 10 kids but we had reserved and paid for 14. The set up was one white table cloth and no decorations as promised. They were out of plates. They gave us napkins for the cake. We also paid 50.00 extra for the private area which wasnt private and the rock wall had no attendant working at it. When we asked the Manger for even a partial refund he said well the kids had fun didnt they? And gave us passes to the gym which we wont use. Do NOT book a party here.

Celebrated my daughter’s 11 birthday at Kid’s Warrior Gym. We had the entire place to ourselves for 2 hours! It was a blast!! We were able to bring in food, cake and decorations. The staff was amazing! Booking it again for my other daughter’s birthday!

Worst party experience ever! We celebrated my sons 5th birthday here.The website falsely advertises; we did not get what we were expecting. I would advise anyone looking at this place for a party, to go elsewhere! Do not waste your time or money. The employees offer little assistance, even after their party package states we would have a dedicated party assistant. We had to continously leave our party, to ask for things; which was extremely irritating! The party area was not ready when we arrived; another party was still going on. When we asked when we could get into the room, we were advised we technically only got the party room (fenced in area) for the last 30 minutes of the party. Which makes absolutely no sense, considering we purchased the upgrade and assumed our area was to be private. Where do they expect you to put all your party stuff? After confronting them about it via email, they told me their website does NOT advertise it as private. When I sent a photo of the proof from their website, I received no more communication from them. Overall, the entire experience was terrible. Book your party here, at your own risk!

Their phone number listed is not correct as it is a teenage girl. No replies on Facebook messenger either. Trying to confirm a booked party since other reviews state they showed up and employees have no record of the booked party.Edit: they were switching phone companies and Facebook notifications had gotten turned out. They did contact and make it right!

We had the monthly membership for my daughter and we cancelled back at the beginning of August. After multiple calls and promises of the membership being cancelled and refunds for the months I shouldn’t have been charged we still can’t get a resolution. This is just poor business ethics and practices. Be careful of signing up for any reoccurring memberships from here.

This is a fun indoor obstacle course gym specifically for kids under 10. Everything is built for their size and strength.I saw the comments that the equipment was old. To me it looked safe; for what it was (slack line, and climbing stuff). If anything it was a little dirty just from the kids using it and having kid clean little hands and bodies.Less than $15 for an hour of energy release. Well worth it. Not sure i would spend the extra for the ultimate room unless they beef that up with more big items.

Awesome place and reasonable pricing.

I love this place in that it provides my kids with a unique and rich way to gain exercise and confidence. They love it. However, the restrooms aren’t clean, there are small holes in the walls, and it’s a bit dirty, in general. For the price, that’s tough to let slide. I dont expect perfection at all, but if the management had higher standards for upkeep, I’d be here much more often.

My son just turned four and Im very glad we discovered this place. Its an excellent opportunity for them to be active and practice coordination and strength at different levels.

This has to be the worst party experience I had. We celebrated my sons 7th birthday and weren’t given a timeline of how things would be handled. We didn’t get the pizza on time and were practically rushed out of the room when it was 8 pm. I understand that our booking was to end at 8pm but if the delay wasn’t due to our gym time. Then I would expect the employees to let us have more time in the party room. Also,I literally had to ask for more plates and forks because they had only provided about 7 plates. I paid for the golden package and it was not worth it. The pizza was from Pizza Hut and never got the drinks that are supposedly in the package. I wouldn’t recommend parties to be done here. Sadly. Wish it was better.

The gym is super fun and good for a range of ages. Even adults would love it if they were allowed!The monthly membership is a good deal... something well probably take advantage of each winter. (Although I am irked that when I bought the membership, the manager told me it was truly unlimited - but sometimes when I come, they tell me we can only stay an hour. The employees are not all on the same page about it, nor do they seem to care.)BUT...The restrooms need to be cleaned more often.THE AIR FRESHENERS IN THE LOBBY ARE SO STRONG they give me a headache. Id rather smell sweat than those nauseating and overpowering artificial scents.Bring your own water bottle because there is no water fountain.Bonus: I appreciate that theres a small play area for kids who are too young to go in the actual gym. The play area is in the lobby and has lots of foam blocks to build with and climb. Theres no charge for that. There is a large window in the lobby looking into the gym so you can sit with your small children in the lobby and watch the big ones in the warrior gym.

My kid had a lot of fun and its a reasonable price. Wish it would smell a little better but uts a gym, I get it. Maybe some air fresheners. Would still come back.

Pros: Gym area was great. Kids had a great time.Cons: Young male and female employees working at the front desk were more interested in their phones than greeting or helping customers. The employees need customer service training.Womens bathroom had garbage on the floor and mens bathroom had a lingering urine odor.

My daughter enjoyed her time here, but they definitely need to update the equipment. It looks a little old and worn.

My grandkids loved it (they are 11, 10 and 10) The price was reasonable for an hour of fun. I appreciated that they have a seating area for parents to watch (cant really see much). It isnt a really big space so I hope as they get more popular they can expand.

We’ve been here many times since they opened and even hosted a very big birthday party here. Sadly, the equipment is run down/broken now and staff could care less. Pieces are literally falling off, one edge fell on my son’s head and gave him a big goose egg. This place had potential but clearly is not a priority for out of town owners.

Im rating the birthday party experience we had for my sons 5th birthday.The gym is great, but there was little to no supervision from the employees. We were lead into the gym the kids were given some rules shown the warped wall, & that was it. The employees didnt even stick around to enforce their rules, it was left up to the parents. Since no one was supervising when it was time for us to go have cake we had to go ask what they would like us to do.The gym was fun & the kids had a good time, but from a parents point of view there were a few things lacking. We will be back to play, but we will have to think about having another bday party here.
