Ive been a member for years. The support you get is like no other gym Ive ever been a member of.

Beware! Just like a car salesmen FXB will show you everything to get you to sign up then forget about you the next day. Once you question them they will jump right back on you putting blame on everything else.Corporate leaders wont consider valid issues a concern and talk down to you. FXB wants your money but they dont actually want you.

Farrells Urbandale is an absolutely wonderful place to workout!! It is truly a family-like atmosphere that makes working out fun! If you love to have fun and also reach your fitness goals at the same time I highly recommend Farrells! Ive been hear over a year now and I cannot believe the changes I have seen and I couldnt imagine myself doing anything else!! I love the people here and the workouts are even better!!

Been with Farrells for 11 years now. The friends I have made there have helped hold me accountable to my workouts. Im really glad we changed our resistance bands training. Its the right mix with the kickboxing.

This is a great place to workout, and the manager, Denise, is a rock star! I usually workout at noon and teach at 915am. The people I work with are focused AND friendly, which makes my time there really enjoyable.If youre skeptical on the great results that people get at Farrells, come try a class or two so you can see what we do!

This program has completely changed my life! It is a great workout/nutrition program but it is so more than that for me, it is my Farrells family, it’s self confidence, its strength and its AWESOME STRESS RELIEF!!! It has probably saved my life or at the very least my sanity. The coaches, instructors and other members are very supportive and motivational, they are my cheerleaders! Without them and this program I would not have accomplished the life changing things that I have.

Absolutely love this gym. They are so welcoming of new members and so willing and eager to help you reach your goals. Highly recommend.

Great family atmosphere

Farrells changed my life. I hated working out, I could never stick to any plan prior to joining. It was one of the best decisions I made for myself. Not I lost a lot of weight, I learned how to eat better - not to diet - I feel strong and I love the people.

Farrells helped me discover a new part of me. Never did I think Id be waking up anxious to work out! Ive lost 20+ lbs in the 1st five weeks and have been gaining A LOT of muscle. I was very surprised to find out how much I enjoy the group environment. Its been a lot of fun and I plan to continue in it if at all possible. The hard workouts really make it easy to WANT to eat better (so your not working out just to be able to eat junk food), they have great guidelines to show you what your body really needs. THANK YOU FARRELLS!!!

Ferrells has shown me I CAN DO IT- I can live healthier and enjoy it! The support of the couches and other students have helped me to turn bad habits into good ones. I am now equipped to take on the world in a healthier way. I have accomplished many scale and non-scale victories in this short amount of time (7 weeks so far). I can now see past the scale and realize losing weight isnt the most important part of this journey. I feel more confident and stronger than I ever have because they pushed me further then I ever would have gone myself. Thank you Ferrells!
