Honestly the best apartment experience I have had so far and I have always lived in apartments. Been here 2 years. Any issue we have gets a fast response and taken care of. They are honest and willing to work with you to resolve any issue. Its quiet, clean and am overall happy. Will be signing another year at least!
They are very quick to respond, I love that, but they dont communicate effectively. One of my issues still has yet to see a fix and its been going on for weeks. They need to stop raising the rent for a bit, this place is great for what its worth but soon will be too much in general. Also horrible internet options, only get two choices nothing for people who want to save a buck.
Ive lived at Sherwood Glen for a year now. Any time Ive needed any maintenance assistance, they have shown up promptly, been very polite, and addressed any issues. The office staff is very friendly & informative. The location is great, and the price is very reasonable! I plan to stay here for many years.
Love the office peeps and maintenance. They are always so prompt and kind and want everyone to be happy and comfortable in their homes. Appreciate them very much!
Ive lived here for three years and everything has been great. The staff is always friendly. If I have a maintenance issue, they are always quick to fix it. And, the its nice and peaceful throughout the property
Its a quiet apartment close to everything. It has a wonderful view of the skyline, plus a pool and laundry area. There is also a park for the kids next door.
We rented a spacious 1 bedroom with a very affordable rent. All we could say is the location was great, the community was great, and the management was very professional and responsive. We moved out just because we bought a house but definitely miss this place. Highly recommended.
The property managers were very friendly and went out of their way to help make the move in process quick and efficient!
Lived in Apt. 412 from 2011-2014. Great value for what it is, good location, and couldnt beat living on the top floor. The view from the balcony was amazing. On a clear day you could see all the way to Jordan Creek mall. To this day I miss the view.Maintenance was responsive. Only issue was people parking in my spot and the front desk refusing to do anything about it. Overall it was a good experience.
Nice buildings, quick help.
Ive been living here the past 3 years and had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff and efficient maintenance crew. Any requests were fulfilled in a timely manner and professionally. The property is clean and located in a nice and cozy neighborhood. Restaurants and gyms are a few minutes away which was a big plus for me.
Very helpful and friendly staff!
They just want your money.. terrible experience..Plenty of better managed and better places locally
The people around me are quiet and even thought the buildings aren’t new maintenance (in my experience) is always quick to fix an issue in an apartment or a common space. My animals love it!
Very nice place to live. Its quiet, clean and very affordable for the location. Maintenance is prompt when needed and management is very nice.
The staff was friendly and prompt.Apartments are older but functional and bug free! Theyre what you would expect in their price range.Nice neighbors and a community feel. They have issues with applying rent checks to the wrong account but they do fix it. I had to deal with this a couple times which was annoying but they did figure it out.I agree with the the comment about the basement apartments flooding, not all of them flooded but they did have a lot of issues with some of them. Just pay attention to where the one youre wanting to rent is located if youre looking at those.I really recommend renting from elevate. I lived in two of their properties now and Ive had a good experience in both which is not something I can say about any of the other properties Ive lived in.
I would recommend Sherwood Glen to anyone looking for a pet friendly apartment. It is quiet and the office and maintenance staff are always willing to help when needed and very friendly. The location is also a big plus for me.
Overall, this is a great place to live. The staff is friendly and maintenance requests are handled quickly. They also have routine pest control inspections and an emergency line. The reason I gave 4/5 is because they raised their prices to use the laundry machines (who knows when theyll decide to raise them again) and we asked about our options to break the lease a month early. I was told that they charge a fee based off your rent (which is expected) but they also charge you pro-rated rent for the time it takes them to clean the place before a new tenant moves in. Overall, its a nice place but make sure you can stick it out the full year as they dont negotiate, even if youve always paid on time and only ask to leave a month early.
The apartment is adequate. But that’s all. Our bathroom has been flooded by the upstairs neighbors several times and though we’ve put in complaints several times, nothing has been done. Unless you count the maintenance guy poking his finger through the drywall. So at least now in just water falls into our tub instead of everywhere. Water was leaking into the living room. Lol! I’m not kidding. And then there is the pool. It’s disgusting. Never vacuumed, and all kinds of trash and who knows what. I will say one more thing and this should say a lot. The trash “tub” by the pool is the same from last year. Not the tub, the trash! No joke. We will be leaving when this lease is up now that we know how lazy the staff is here.
Ive lived there for 5 months and really enjoy it! Theres a lot of trees, its close to the park and various restaurants, and the neighbors are friendly!
My wife and I have lived at Sherwood Glen Apartments for a little over 3 months now and our experience has been good. Brooke is the on-site manager and she has been very helpful. The management is in the process of painting the outside of our building and we are both excited about that. We feel they are doing an excellent of maintaining our building. They just recently updated the laundry room in our building. The best things about Sherwood Glen are Brooke and the location. It is close to many restaurants and stores along with a nice park right across the street and a pool onsite. The pool opens on Memorial Day weekend and we are excited to try it out. I would recommend Sherwood Glen Apartments to anyone.
I have lived at Sherwood Glen for about a year. Management has been great, and they are very quick at responding to maintenance requests. One complaint I have is that they lost their contract with Direct TV recently so now my only option is cable. That isnt the case for everyone, because it depends on what direction your apartment faces. Overall, it has been a good experience, and I am renewing for another year.
Very helpful staff, very clean, and when maintenance was needed, they were very prompt. Love it here!!
I was very impressed with the up keep of the building. I was happy that in the first two months I was there, I observed the roofs of the complex were being repaired as needed, and the parking lot was resurfaced and re-striped. Ive never seen that in any complex Ive lived in.
It is a very nice and friendly place and has a lot if room
I only lived here for a year but I didnt have any problems. Neighbors were quiet and maintenance was prompt in solving any problems I had.
Maintenance is also phenomenal and are prompt with just about every request. Whatever you do. DO NOT LIVE IN A BASEMENT UNIT. The flooding is awful.
I did like the storage in the unit and quietness. Just way too over price and the fees are just ridiculous on how they charge you on.
I have lived in this community for a year and a half and I love it. The apartments are pet friendly and are very spacious for the amount of rent you pay. The staff is always so helpful and accomidating and anytime I have had an issue it is resolved very quickly. Its a great location and a great value. I would defnitely reccomend Sherwood Glen to a friend.
Great apartment complex.
I notified them of the problem, and they were prompt to get it fixed!
