Horrible management. Never responds to emails or phone calls, maintenance is NOT fast at all. Expect to wait WEEKS to get one little thing fixed.

Very nice apartment, very good management we can get fast service, staff helpful and friendly. Good nighberhood, affordable rent . I been stays with them from four years . Safe place to stay . Never have any problem. I will stay this place only until I stay in Urbandale.

Every time my sister goes to turn in the paperwork to get an apartment here, the lady isnt freaking there! I just tried calling the office and nobody picked up. Whos running these apartments????

There is a huge bug issue. Brown flying beetles and stink bugs.
