Great service. AC wasn’t working and no power at the thermostat. Instead of just replacing parts Jess took the time to troubleshoot everything and tried multiple things to diagnose the problem and figure it out. He really knows his stuff and found out the contractor who did the remodel and wired things wrong and shorted out the thermostat. He replaced it, checked everything and got the system working perfect. Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend them if you have issues with your heating or cooling!!!

Fantastic service!! The technician was here (on a Sunday) within an hour of calling. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Repairs were done quickly and we were given helpful tips on how to best maintain our unit. I will definitely be using Midwest Comfort again. Highly recommend.

Very honest business and they prove it by having the best warranty and I had a new heat pump system after a month a had a issue with my air conditioner unit and they came over the same day and I had a sensor stuck, so they fixed it! They told me it should be fine and it was! But they ordered a new sensor anyway just to make sure it didn’t happen again! To replace that particular sensor they had remove the coolant and then replaced the part and fill it back up with coolant! I thought that was above and beyond service! They could have easily told me “ Its fixed” and never ordered the new sensor or refill the coolant !

The tech is thorough and not in a hurry to next call. Washes out my a/c unit and takes any preventive measures. Ive used Midwest for 4 years now. I cant find anything to complain about. My furnace and a/c are in good working order, 365, for 25 years old equipment. Im on the maintenance plan, so pricing is competitive.

Excellent experience every step. Always on time, great communication, gave me multiple options at different price points while explaining the differences. Left everything better than they found it. Will definitely continue to use them for maintenance in the future.

Coil started freezing up 7 days ago. This last Sunday I called Midwest Comfort Heating and Cooling, fully aware of the extra expense with it being the weekend. A technician came to the house but was unable to correctly diagnose and remedy. On the following Wednesday the owner of MCH&C sent a meticulous seasoned Veteran of the trade back to my house. I will use this statement, there is a Right way to do things and a Wrong way, this Professional immediately found the problem and had ice cold air running through the system within 30 minutes. He also popped the thermostat cover off and immediately saw a wire connected to the wrong terminal. Which was a separate issue in regards to the condenser fan running whether or not the switch was ON/AUTO. The only reason I gave 4/5 and not 5/5, was strictly because the experience regarding the initial Sunday service visit being wholly inadequate. Mainly lacking in the category of competence. My advice to anyone when calling for a much needed service is to make sure and ask for their best man!

Our AC stopped working last month during a 95• week and these guys were all over it right away. We really felt like they went above and beyond with getting out to assess the problem and we had a replacement part ordered and installation completed ASAP for a great and reasonable price. We know a lot of others who had HVAC issues due to the heat wave that week, but despite being busy, MWC was responsive, friendly, and answered all questions we had. Joel was our technician and did a fantastic job. We appreciate it!

Mid American Energy shut off our gas to our house due to a gas leak. I did call another company Golden Rule as Midwest Comfort was booked for this day. I was given a bill from Golden Rule to fix the problem for over $1700.00. Before they left our house I again called Brian at Midwest Comfort and told him the amount they wanted to charge me. He immediately told me to tell them to take a hike. I did and Brian had someone over to my house in minutes of my call. They fixed my problem for just over $600.00. I HIGHLY recommend Midwest Comfort for any of your house HVAC needs. We have used this company for all our new HVAC here at our house and also at our church building. Midwest Comfort is a company you can RELY on to take care of your needs and they are VERY FAIR on their pricing. If they are busy I HIGHY advise you to wait until they can come to do your service in your home or business. They are WORTH the wait. DO NOT call Golden Rule as they willOVERCHARGE YOU.

I was getting a hum in my new furnace so I called Midwest Comfort to take a look. It ended up being my furnace filter causing the issue when the blower fan each a certain speed. Im going to try a different filter brand to hopefully remove the hum. The furnace checked out perfect, Midwest Comfort did the install in October 2020. Great job!!!

It was time for our yearly furnace check.Our furnace was putting out carbon monoxide at a high level. So we had them put in a new furnace. They were able to put it in the next day.It was definitely service with a smile.

We decided to replace our 30-year old AC and Furnace unit with Midwest Comfort Heating & Cooling and they went above and beyond with their customer service. Due to a scheduling issue, we were getting our driveway replaced at the same time as our install. The installers were able to work with us, the driveway company, and our neighbors and still get the job done on time. Furthermore the Midwest team was polite and responsive throughout the entire process. They also filled out the majority of the rebate paperwork which was a nice touch.

Couldnt be happier! Our AC went out on the hottest day so far this summer. My usual go-to service was booked out three days. I called Midwest at 7:01 am, they promptly answered and put me on the list for that day. The technician was at my house by 11:30 and our AC was working within an hour. Our tech, Jesse H., was professional and courteous and took the time to walk me through the repair in 95 degree temps. I cant recommend Midwest enough and will ask for Jesse by name next time we have an HVAC need.

Woke up today smelling a faint gas odor. I wasn’t sure if it was because a pilot was left on or what but the wife confirmed it so we called mid American energy. Turned out we had a gas leak on the outside of the house. That could have meant under the house with the line itself. I called around and didn’t get much in terms of availability but when I called Midwest Comfort Heating and Cooling they MADE THE TIME. They stopped by same day and fixed it for a very reasonable price. They explained everything and were friendly and professional.In an age of declining customer service it’s comforting (no pun intended) to know that there are legitimately good businesses out there who value and take care of their customers. My air conditioner stopped working. I called.and Jesse Hetherington was at my house in under 2 hours. Less than an hour later my air was back on. It doesn’t get any better than that.

Excellent customer service! I called on a Wednesday in early November and they had a busy schedule. Was told someone probably wouldnt be out until late afternoon/evening. Received a call a few hours later and Mick was here by noon. He figured out the issue & left to retrieve the needed part. Furnace was up & running in no time! To my unfortunate luck we had another issue! Called around 7pm tonight and Mick was here within an hour. Simpler issue this time, but thank god for their 24 hour service or out would have been a chilly night in our home!! I highly recommend these guys, they know their stuff & i cant say enough about the great experiences weve had!
