The technician that came out was professional. My complaint is the prices that your company jacks up to make an enormous profit. I was quoted a total of $2035.36 to fix an igniter and replace two filters for our roof top unit.I asked why the prices were so high and was told there are other costs associated with the items rather than just the product. So what are these hidden costs? How are you charging this amount for items? Luckily I was warned by another business before my appointment to be sure that I checked costs of products because this happened to them as well where they were charged well over 80% above market price plus additional labor costs for products. No thanks for your jacked up prices. I will not use or recommend your services to anyone in the future because of your prices. Ridiculous!
