Poor communication. Awful maintenance. Took 1 month for the heater to work and wouldn’t credit the account because there was no “work order” despite maintenance being out to the apartment out twice. Dryers don’t work and only one washer works. They also increased by $50 like this place is worth more than what it’s was renting for before.

Management is awesome. Macaela is a lovely person to deal with. Very friendly and understanding. She has been a pleasure to deal with.I didnt move into the apartment, but when I move, I am absolutely going to call her for help.
