Lets see.... Dead pigeons. Dog poop. Loud, disrespectful, wild kids with uncaring, non-watching, non-responsible parents. Extremely messed up parking situation full of abandoned vehicles and visitors who never left. Unsecured, always propped open or jimmy rigged gate. Slack and evasive management who promise one thing yet does NOTHING. Barbeque party fights almost on the nightly. (Almost year round.) Poorly insulated, smelly, dirty unit that was NOT ready to be moved in to because it was UNCLEAN! And it had mold in the walls and on the windows. And top it all off with a petty fine and a reason to withhold your initial deposit and youve got yourself a stress headache that never goes away. And we tried. Stayed 2 years just to still be cheated.What was good about it? ... The kitchen was big.*** Make sure to KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!! AND/OR USE BANK CHECKS FOR PAYMENTS, IF YOU CAN. Because after I paid their petty fine, they promised me a mailed and/or emailed receipt. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING BUT A RUNAROUND!! Campus Property Management HAD this property but now its under Green Street Realty. Either way, S H A D Y. ***

Bob is an amazing maintenance man. I swear he can do anything from installing a new dishwasher and toilet to fixing a dryer and multiple other things. If I could give him six stars I would!

People yell CONSTANTLY here, if youre looking for nice, quiet apartments, this is absolutely not the place. the walls are filthy, the door thats supposed to lock when you come in is broken 95% of the time, and when moving in it looked like they hadnt cleaned the place at all. the apartment is big/nice enough, but with how loud and filthy it is on a daily basis (even late at night), i wish i never moved here.

I would like to thank Rudy T the maintenance guy for coming to my apartment after hour he did a great job as always.

Property manager Regina has been a blessing for us. She has gone above the call of duty. There has been turn over for the second manager, but everyone has been so nice! The maintenance has taken forever to get to issues we have, but all in all the reason we stay with CPM is because of Regina.

Hmmm, Im really trying to stay positive since I currently have a lease here. But I was extremely dissapointed when I moved in. The property managers are very nice, one even met me on a holiday so I could get my keys. However, it was filthy upon moving in which is disappointing and the last thing you want to after a big move is clean meticulously. No one did a walk through with me, I filled out a form on my own. There were so many things to list I focused on the major problems. My toilet didnt flush on the first day, after waiting 3.5 days the maintenance guy pulls a giant pink toothbrush out! Obviously not mine bc I just moved in...but There was a $35 charge on my account. I got this taken of but it makes me hesitant to report any other issues, out of fear of being charged. The locked hate to the apartment complex is always broken so its not secure. The place isnt quiet, some moms choose to hold daycare in the courtyard which consists of children screaming at all times of the day. I found a dead pigeon on the stairs, which had obviously been shot, so that was disturbing? I have had packages stolen that were left by ups. Sadly, Ive only been here 7 weeks...

WARNING! To all do NOT live in any of the apts that CPM has to offer. If you care about security, cleanliness and overall good service then this place is where you will not receive those things. If you need something fixed GOOD LUCK because theres no telling when they will come to fix not to mention the leasing agents in the office are lazy and dont even report your issue after youve spoken to them of it. The building says NO PETS yet i hear a barking dog ALL DAY not mention there was POOP by the mailboxes for days.... People leave the doors opened so anyone can get in, if you want to live somewhere quiet this also isnt the place for you people sit out in the parking lot all day yelling and playing loud music, children crying, screaming and running all over the place. they claim to not have a bug problem but Ive seen bugs by the mailboxes and seen one in my apt asl the buildings look old and ran down they dont want to put money into improving anything here. This place sucks guys yeah its super affordable but you have to deal with so much its not even worth it. #PureTRASH

I love this place it is close to convenience stores in my workplace and also very close to the grocery stores in a Park
