Wonderful, clean properties! Owners and staff are very friendly and easy to work with. Nothing but good things to say about SRS!

Very friendly staff with excellent service. When I moved in this past summer it was seamless and the apartment was very clean with a brand new carpet. The area feels very safe and the overall quality of residents is higher than some of the other apartment complexes around (more families, grad students, respectful residents). The only downside I can find is not having in-unit washer/dryer in most of the units but there is still one laundry room per building so I really only have to walk about 10 feet to get from my door to the laundry room. My dog and I love living here!

I’ve been here over 10 years. Enough said. Well maybe not. Talking to friends in other apartment complexes, Stone Ridge Square is massively head and shoulders above the others. The investment I’ve seen put into taking care of and upgrading the property is simply amazing. Annual major inspections, bi-monthly pest inspections and anytime there is a problem with anything, they are on it immediately. Maintenance staff is top notch. The entire staff is friendly, considerate, responsive, caring, accommodating and just great people. And guess what---They are appreciative of you choosing to reside here!!! You can’t go wrong being part of this safe, clean, quiet community. Swing by and check the place out, you won’t regret it. And then there’s the fall block party!!!! Larry M

The premium/upgraded units are very nice and cozy! Emergency and non-urgent maintenance is great, along with quick responses from staff during regular business hours.We have three cats and the monthly pet fee is good compared to other communities. There is also a great park nearby to go for walks or play disc golf.The entire leasing process was smooth too.

I’m writing this review months after moving out because our new apartment in Denver has provided such a contrast to our experience at Stone Ridge Square. SRS apartments are a great size with lots of storage for the rent price. They’re clean and well-maintained. Maintenance and management are on-site, polite, and very responsive. The neighborhood is great and the other tenants make for pleasant neighbors. I can only hope that our next rental experience will be half as good as Stone Ridge Square.

I moved here approximately three months ago. It’s clean, quiet and safe. The service is also good. I like this place. Additionally, the price is suitable to me. This is a very nice apartment.

I am a full time graduate student and I have loved living here. The grounds are always very clean and the maintenance crew is great. My dogs like the small dog park where they can socialize and there is a long walking trail close by. SRS is safe and quiet I have been very happy with my apartment unit. Would highly recommend.

Stone Ridge Square has been my home for the past 3 years. Apartments are clean and affordable! I love using the pool in the summer and my dog loves the dog park. Access to sidewalks with a nearby greenway for running and walking, which make a great family outing when its warm. Maintenance is fantastic as they respond to all requests as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours). A great place to be!

Lived here for four years and was VERY sad to leave end my stay with them (moved out of state). One of the best complexes I have lived in. The staff was great and maintenance requests were taken care of in a timely manner. Great, safe, clean, friendly apartment community.

The apartments are very susceptible to black mold, which the staff deny and try to blame on you. The units are quite humid and naturally hot, leading to high power bills in the summer if you use A/C. The staff in general put on a front and get defensive when you raise a concern and do not sympathize with your concerns very well. They do not tell you this in the beginning, but there are standard things they charge you for no matter what upon move out, so you will not get your full security deposit back.

The management is absolutely amazing. They respond quickly and are always helpful. The rates are fair, pets allowed, pool, gym, dog park, and family area all in the complex!

These apartments are very well maintained, and incredibly cheap. I guess it used to be a bad neighborhood, but the apartments have undertaken a major revamping. Good for someone who wants a cheap, nice place to live, but it is a little far from campus
