Tim was amazing, he was super friendly and and worked with me as I decided along the way for my wedding nails. His nail art was very good too. Will definitely ask for him if I go back.

Made an appointment same day which was nice. the only thing is they the appointment times do not mean anything. when you get there you still put your name on a list and have to wait. i waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time. other than that though i love my nails! they are quick, but still so good work. will be returning

The nail salon is located in a shopping center with easily accessible parking spaces and spaces in the sidewalk where those who use walkers or wheelchairs can easily get from the parking lot to the entrance of the salon. There are not any handicap spaces directly in front of the shop, but the parking lot has plenty within a close proximity. The double doors are usually open, as seen through pictures, but when I was there, the doors were closed and this could pose an issue for someone who is unable to open the door by themselves or uses a wheelchair. The inside of the salon is spacious and the walk ways are wide so that someone who needs to use a wheelchair could move throughout the building. The tables are a good height and someone in a wheelchair would be able to sit at a comfortable height. There are plenty of employees around at all times to answer questions and help with concerns. There are no stairs so not having any ramps is not an issue. The bathroom is slightly small so this could be an issue for someone who needs more space due to physical limitations. Making an appointment is easy as you can call and directly book an appointment or use their website to book one online. The online booking may be beneficial for those with disabilities that affect hearing or speech while calling the store could help those with visual disabilities. The salon has a very relaxing environment that is not too overly stimulating which makes this salon accessible to those with stimulation related disabilities.

Went here twice and absolutely loved it! the techs are very nice and willing to work with you on what you want done. the white and black nails were done by tim, he was very quick and still made them look good. they were about $82. i’m not sure the name of the tech who did the second set. she was a bit slower but she paid good attention to detail. they were around $75. the only complaint i would have about this salon is chipping polish. a few days after my nails were done one of them slightly chipped and weeks after they all started to chip, but it was no big deal. i definitely recommend coming here especially if you like nail art. the inside of the place was also very beautiful.

I recently gave this nail salon a chance and haven’t looked back since! I always go the Lex for my nails and she never disappoints. I always leave happy and my nails looking amazing. If you want to get compliments on a daily basis for your nails then look no further!

The atmosphere is great, love the full bar! They have great hours and even accommodated us when we came in at 730. I have always had great quality work too, my last dip manicure lasted over a month without any chips which never happens when I go elsewhere.

Ive been here a few times now, and Ill continue to use it as my monthly place to get a pedicure. Their staff are friendly, the place is clean, and I love the relaxing atmosphere. Ive had gel and regular polish pedicures with great success and the foot/leg massage portion is always so good and relaxing! It doesnt feel rushed and I feel leaving happy. I recommend them.

I walked in and quickly was taken care of. I choose a gel manicure, and he was very gentle with my dry cuticles. I personally dont love the artwork, but I loved the service and the fact that they had the doors open on this beautiful day. I feel like the prices are comparable to others in the area.

Service itself was good, no complaints. (I got a signature spa pedicure). What I didnt appreciate is that the prices on the website are cheaper than the menus in the salon. I mentioned this to the front desk attendant, and she said it could be different locations. When I showed her the prices on the website with the Lane Avenue location on my phone, she quickly changed to say that prices were just updated a few weeks ago. Im not sure I believe this, since the price menus in the store looked old. Even if the prices were updated a few weeks ago, they should have been updated on the website by now. I feel like I did my research online, made an appointment expecting a certain price, and then had no choice but to pay the higher price once I was there. Its also inconvenient that the technicians are only able to receive cash tips. This dampened an otherwise good experience.

I went in this morning and got a dip manicure. While I was there I had a mimosa. The place is gorgeous and relaxing. My manicure is gorgeous. I plan on taking friends there and maybe having a birthday party there as well. I can’t wait to try their other services.

Amy was so nice and efficient with my service. I’ve never had a dip powder manicure before and I’m in LOVE with my results. She even gave me some ombré nails that are super cute. Also the cleanliness of this salon is apparent which is super important to me. 10/10 recommend this spot.

I went to Anthony Vince for the first time on a busy Friday night and even though there were a lot of customers, I was in and out in a little over an hour after having a signature pedicure, manicure, and brow wax! The facilities and supplies were extremely clean and both my nails and brows look amazing. My skin still smells wonderful from the sugar scrub! Im getting married in the fall and am definitely considering bringing my wedding party here to have our nails done because I love this place and they can accommodate lots of people. This is also the first nail salon Ive ever seen to have a drink menu which is genius!!

I have gone to AV many time’s now for a Dip manicure. The service is always amazing and they are always on time with appointments. I have had a few chips and they always acccomadate fixing within 7 days. I love that I can come here and have a glass of wine as well!

My pedicure was wonderful and I love that they offer drinks! I also got dip for my nails, they added tips to achieve the shape and length I was going for. They looked amazing when I left the salon, but unfortunately 2 of them cracked within a week. I will be back for services, just not for anything where they add extra length.

Terrible quality. I called looking for a new nail tech. I explained that I’d like someone experienced, meticulous, and detailed, as I’ve left nail salons with uneven bumpy nails in the past. She kept telling me to just give her an appointment time and she’d pair me with a nail tech, so I did. At the end of the call I asked who my nail tech would be, and she responded “whoever is available when you get here”. I reiterated that I wanted a nail tech picked out for me based off what I’ve explained to her. She reluctantly put me on hold and came back to tell me she chose a nail tech based on my concerns. Great. I get there and the receptionist ends up soaking off my nails, and without even asking, he almost cuts off my entire natural nail, which I take pride in growing very long and healthy. No communication, he just grabbed my hand and almost cut my entire long natural nail off. Whatever. Finally my nail tech begins my nails, she did a good job with the shape and I left happy. However, 7 days later, one nail completely lifts from my cuticle and had to be glued. I’m now 10 days out, and most of them are lifting. The dip is terribly blended into my natural nail at the cuticle, there’s a ridge at the cuticle and it snags my hair nonstop. I’ve been doing dip for a long time and have never had this problem.They are simply too busy to care about individual clients and too busy to take their time on someone who wants anything more than the basic set (I.e long natural nails, particular/picky shape). Too busy and too many nail techs to even find the right match for me. For such a boujee place the work really isn’t any better than other salons. 10 days out and my nails are snagging my hair. Normally my dip lasts 3 weeks before lifting.

Wonderful (and fast) service! Got back to me within an hour of requesting a same day appointment for me and my daughter! Highly recommend.

But this was the worst manicure I’ve had so I don’t know how they have such good reviews... this is my gel manicure. Lumpy and gel on my skin. I only gave 2 stars because the lady doing my moms nails did a good job.

Have been trying to find a good nail spa in Columbus and was so thrilled to see this one by Whole Foods on Lane! So impressed by the service, options for gel/dip/standard polish, and the care taken for cuticle care, primer, and setting/UV for gels — well worth the price. Make sure to bring cash — cash tip only and cash discount but there is ATM inside. Super love the opportunity to have a cocktail or glass of wine while getting nails done. Haven’t gone pedicure here but everything seemed clean and nice. Definitely will be back!

While I can appreciate a fast pedicure and a friendly nail tech, I’ve had better paint jobs on my toes. Positives: clean, efficient, fairly priced, massage chairs are amazing.Negatives: I opted for the upgraded spa pedicure and I’m pretty sure that everything that was on the basic pedicure was performed without any “upgraded service”. The actual time that was spent on my pedicure was 25 minutes when it is usually 45 minutes at other salons.

This is my favorite place to go and relax while enjoying a manicure and pedicure. When you walk in the store is clean and inviting. The staff is always warm and welcoming! The service is excellent and I will continue to revisit each time! It’s also the perfect place to go with a group or friend!!

Every time I come to AV at the Shops on Lane I am impressed by their professionalism, efficiency and eye for detail. Xuka and Be have done a great job when I go to them and taken their time to make sure everything looks perfect! Drink service can be really hit or miss depending on how busy they are, but it is a nice perk when you can get a glass of wine.

This is the ONLY nail salon that I will go to in the Columbus area. I’ve had a few different techs do my nails here & they are ALL great. I usually come in with nail design pictures and they always exceed my expectations. They are very nice and professional people. I’ve also brought my 5 year old daughter in to be serviced and she loved the experience, especially the Shirley temples.

Overall, my pedicure was a good pedicure, not the best I have had, but good. With a scheduled appointment, I was surprised to wait 20 minutes—it was clear they had scheduled too many customers. I felt like my technician rushed portions of the service (scrub and massage). However, the polish job was 5 star!

I made an appointment for 2 and the 2nd person wasnt available to start on me till my daughter was almost finished with. She also ordered a drink once the appointment started which she never received. While they did a nice job decorating the place the chairs had a ton of dust coating the filter/fan (near water controls) that you easily see and the glass front doors had tons of fingerprints all over them.

If you’re wanting long coffin nails do not come here. I paid $180 for this and a pedicure. They’re horrible. They’re way too thick, bumpy, not even, etc. Not to mention she cut me. They all acted like they’ve never seen longer nails before (and they weren’t even that long) I usually never complain and have been coming here over a year and loved going. Never again.

I had an awesome day off getting my nails done at the Lane Avenue location. They were able to get me and some friends in last minute and were ready for us as soon as we arrived! They let us talk and enjoy our time but still interacted with us from time to time. Great experience!

I was here last Sunday, August 8 and was highly overcharged. I paid $105 for a Regular signature pedicure was $44 and I got a balance you do the math yes I was charged $61 for a regular balance with gel polish for my nail to completely break in half not ffmmmmmnmeven a week later it happens on Thursday this was my first time and will be my last time coming here.

I love coming to Anthony Vince. I have visited three locations and have never been disappointed. I enjoyed the work from Linda shes a very sweet quite women. Shes super fast and is in my opinion an expert at nails. I like Justin at the Worthington location. He was super awesome to work with too. He made me feel super welcomed and made a masterpiece on my nails. I appreciate the speed that each location offers. I am impressed with the art work they all produce and I love that it looks like royalty when you walk it.

Anthony Vince on Lane Avenue is now my favorite nail salon in Columbus! Tee always does my acrylic nails and they are BOMB! Perfect shaping, great color selection, and extremely time efficient. Pedicures are just as great. They really get in there and get the job done. The salon itself it’s absolutely gorgeous, and not to mention... I always drink a glass of champagne there! :) 10/10 recommend!!!

They are very accommodating with their princess pedicures and manicures for littles. The atmosphere is beautiful, calm and clean. Our girls loved it! One of them only got one thin coat of polish on her hands and feet though; we had to ask for a second coat and there was still a noticeable difference in the polish applications, hence the one star docked. Maybe the technician was worried about it drying properly. We’ll definitely try another time for the next special occasion and see how it goes!

I would go back for Tim!I’ve visited the salons within this chain multiple times and never have I had a more painful experience than this one. My technician was very rough with the nail file to the point I was bleeding on the edges of two fingernails. He also left behind acrylic glue underneath 4 fingers, which I’m shocked I didn’t realize was there sooner. There was no consideration for comfort or attention to detail. I tried calling the salon after I left and noticed the bleeding & glue, but received no response - probably because they closed in 20 minutes.

My go to place for great pedicures and manicures. Very clean and professional.

Today, Amy did a dip set and Signature Pedicure. I also had a small, wonderful Bloody Mary. I go to Amy every time; she shapes my nails perfectly and is really nice and professional. The salon is clean and beautiful.

I always come to the Upper Arlington location to get my dip powder manicure. All the employees do a fantastic job! Since I get my nails done on a regular basis, I am very particular about how I want them to look. If you are unsatisfied and want them to fix your nails, they do so without hesitation!

Ive visited AV on Lane Ave about 2 months ago and Ive been hooked ever since. I absolutely love this place! Literally everything from scheduling online to the in-house bar ( yep, I said BAR) is by far the best! Im horrible with my hands and it seems like Im constantly coming in for a repair but when I do, Im not judged for it! Every technician is understanding and wants your nails to look their BEST! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANTHONY VINCE!

I made an appointment for the Lane Avenue location earlier this month. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was able to take my seat for a dip manicure right away. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The quality of my dip manicure, however, was just so/so. Within the first week, my bails were chipped and I am not that hard on my nails. By week two, my nails were looking pretty bad. I probably will never get dip done at AV again, but the staff was great. May go back for a different service?

My nail artist was really rough and hurt me a few times. She flew through the service and it felt very rushed. I actually had a different nail tech first who was really sweet, but then someone else requested him mid service and they switched him out with the lady I had. Not sure I’d return, even after my sores heal.

From the moment you walk in they so beautiful. Peaceful. No Rush. Lex took her time and did a great job. I will continue to come here for now on.

One of the worst gel manicures I’ve ever had. Sloppy, super thick, and all over my cuticles. In my experience, the staff was not friendly and I felt rushed. I’ll be getting my nails redone elsewhere as soon as possible.

They don’t honor scheduled appointments; still have to wait up to 30 minutes. Been going there for a few years to the same tech and it happens 80% of the time. Nail tech blames it on the person taking our appt saying they were not informed of the appt (of course the tech doesn’t check the daily schedule themselves) and the manager blames it on the customer that is in my time slot wanting more services. I have mentioned it several times before, hoping things would change, but unfortunately, it did not. I suggest if you can’t honor appt times, don’t accept appointments. You’ve lost a loyal, nice tipping customer.
