I’ve been visiting this salon for a long time. They do good work; however, lately, there has been an extremely unwelcoming environment towards women of color in this salon. I hope they do better, but I will not be returning.

Very busy place with a pleasant atmosphere. I did call the next day after my experience to have them fix something, and they were very gracious told me to come in anytime and they would fix it - and they did!

I have had many gel manicures and I have never had my nails so damaged removing the gel. They literally took off the top of my nails. I had to go to the dermatologist because I thought it was a fungus. They told me it was because they removed the top of my nail. My nails are a mess, and it has taken months to get them healthy again. Make sure if you get a gel that they soak off the gel and not just just the drill to remove it. Horrible experience.

I had to ask for the pedicure to stop when there were numerous areas that were bleeding. The scruffing took off a part of the end of my toe. I had to ask that the pedicure stop immediately. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Most unfortunate.

We love 168 Nail Spa! The ladies always remember us and are so sweet. The salon is very clean and we just feel super comfortable here. Prices are right and quality is always awesome. Thank you!!!

This nail salon is AMAZING!!! I go to Lilah almost every time and I LOVE her!! Everyone there is so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They are also very clean and very thorough! I am never going anywhere else! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I have always loved (and deeply miss) my pedis from 168 nails spa. No matter who I get, its friendly FUN and without complaint. They really are the best and cannot wait to get back to them.

Initially was not sure I would like it given the limited seating and my pedicure water was boiling hot but after that was corrected, my pedicure was probably one of the best I’ve had in Columbus. Quick, efficient, well done, and THE BEST spa massage chair EVER! and I’ve lived in Chicago! New spot!

I was gifted a manicure and pedicure for my birthday but only had time for a pedicure the day I needed to use my gift certificate. When I presented the gift certificate I was told i should have gotten both done at the same time because the remainder would not be honored for a manicure, just for $12 (which is a only a $5 difference). Seems very petty and it really should be stated on the certificate that both services need to be performed at the same time. Hope it is worth loosing a customer over $5

Chen is the absolute best! My family has gone to her for a very long time and she always takes very good care of us. I love this cute salon and everyone there will make sure you are happy with your visit. I highly recommend!

I literally will search high and low for a great nail salon (I enjoy being pampered) and the day I found 168 Nails, I thanked God because he knew exactly what I needed (and YES, I drive a distance to be there). 168 Nails has great guest service, a friendly group of manicurists, and my overall experience is ALWAYS wonderful. I cannot express enough what a relief it is to find an amazing nail salon that is not only near my home, but clean, friendly & knowledgeable. Example: they did not have a fingernail gel to match my toenails, so the technician mixed gel colors to make it match! The extra attention, intimate, clean & friendly atmosphere is what will keep me coming back. Make an appointment if possible, because I see this new nail salon catching on very quickly.

This is a great nail salon. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. It poured the day we went and the ladies told us we could stay in the massage chairs and avoid going out in the rain. They also do great eyebrow waxing.

I love everything about this place. Its very clean and the staff are so friendly! They are very good with my twelve year old daughter, too.

Chen is the BEST!! She has done my nails for 7 years. . .i follow her wherever she goes. Now she will permanently be at 168 Nails Spa in Tremont Center, UpperArlington. She is a perfectionist (and knows all the numbers of the polishes —lol!!!).

They messed up my nails. The gel white polish was not done well and the nails are all different sizes. My worst experience with any nail salon.
