Amazing service and reasonable prices! 10/10 I would recommend going here.

I don’t want to go here after looking at how you guys respond to reviews. Can’t even take criticism and your work doesn’t look that good. Act professional. Reading how you defend yourselves from the customers publicly is highly unacceptable. You lose business. Thanks for the worst first impression.

They were so professional and provided the services that I had asked for and they also made sure I was in a comfortable environment .

I’ve only received services from this establishment approximately 8 times within the last couple of years. It’s a clean facility and they’re always very welcoming. My full set and pedicure always looks nice and I’m satisfied. I did notice I paid more with my recent visit and I literally received my regular. Nevertheless, I’m content with their services.

The nails were not evenly polished. Excessive nail polish was at the nail bed and the tips of the nail. Polish was on my skin not on my nails Some nails were not fully polished . I told the technician, but she refused to correct the problem. The manager had left the premise on 3/26/2021. I called the manager on 3/29/2020, and he refused to correct the issue . He said that it too late. I would never recommend anyone to this nail salon. I paid $93.00 for poor service, and it is lousy service. The manager does NOT try to satisfy his customers. He had a unprofessional attitude towards the customer. DISSATISFACTION,DISCONTENT, DISMAY, DISAPPOINTMENT, etc.

To start they charged me 7 dollars to remove gel from my hands and feet. Fill in and pedi equaled $78 so i decided to get my lashes and brows. My lashes look horrible and came off thisa.m. my brows look no netter ill never use this place agaim! Lashes and brows were 30 work was very poor.

Penny is very nice and she’s been doing my nails & pedicures for 6 years. I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone is very nice.

Tara Nails in Union City Ga is the best ! My mom and I have been coming here for years . Very family oriented business and very kind people . The only people we trust with our services especially eyebrow waxing ! They deliver what’s asked each time :)

I went to get my nails done September 22, 2017 fill in and gel nail polish paid $60 gave a $10 tip. By September 25th the name polish was peeling off like plastic. Keep calling no answer apparently they were on vacation until the October 2. Went on the second the woman give me some nonsense reason about me not keeping my finger under the UV light. Fine she redid the 2 thumb and one pointer finger and put some nail polish over the other fingers that had less chipping. By Sunday this is how my nails looked below. Went Monday I had a meeting they were close. I had to get my nails done somewhere else. Went to get partial refund on Tuesday and she refuse saying I did not keep my finger under the UV light the first time and it been 3 weeks. Hello, you just redid the same fingers less than a week ago and the same thing happen this time it was worse. Had to file a dispute with my bank because I want my money back. NEVER will I go there again.

Does pretty nails. Don’t mess up I would recommend this place to my friends.

Nice, welcoming people - although very transactional. Quality of work needs improvement. I will not visit again. Store - environment / ambiance is lack luster. Can get 100% better quality work, more updated setting for same cost. Its like paying Macys prices for a family dollar quality.

Went about 6pm on a weekday after getting off work. The young lady who did my gel fill in was very diligent and pleasant. The gentleman who did my color change and cut down was careful with my feet and didnt rub too hard or rush. I have come here for 20 years and I have never had a bad experience. They are very professional and patient. I would recommend others to go. Very nice people. And Jordan Thomas need to learn how to spell or use spell check when you are trying to criticize some one. Reading is fundamental and knowledge is power.

Gels nails were awful..made two trips in one day to correct the issue only for the nails to remain awful. The only reason Im given 2 stars instead of 1 is because my daughter loved her nails and the pedicure as ok. They should consider using liners for pedicure machines just for customer comfort.

Have been going to lisa for over 15 years! Only one who i will allow do my nails and eyebrows. 10 years ago i moved to about 30 minutes away but still come back here. She is great at what she does and her customer service is great! Awesome little spot and never had any issues. Prices are fair only complaint is I see how hard she works and some people dont tip very well!

This so call business do not stand behind there poorly done services. They reuse supplies and have old products. I went for a gel manicure and pedicure and my polish turned yellow. I went back to them and they insisted that it was some I did to them. I ask for the owner and they told me they dont know who the owner was. They ignored me as if I wasnt there with an complaint and treated me rudely. The customer service here is beyond poor. If u want quality work for your money I advise u to find another nail salon.

Ive been coming here for about 3 years now, possibly longer, but everytime I come here Im met with a warm smile and good service. Eyebrows, feet and nails are always on point when I leave and if you do have a problem just calmy tell them and they will fix it right up for you. I have ticklish feet and the nice lady would always go at my pace. Even when I moved away I came back to the shop. No one does it better than them.

I hate that I had to give this place even 1 star. My friend and I went to this nail shop based on recommendation. When we got there, the owner instructed me to go to the man and let him start my nails. I insisted that I would rather she do them. Thw owner said that he was just going to put the nails on, and she would put the acrylic on. I cooperated. The man put the nails on and cut them as short as my natural nail. I told the owner that i didmt want them that short...i could have just got my natural bail polished if that was the case. The owner said she had to take care of another customer who came in after me first . When she was done with that other customer, she refused service. She said we were complaining to much. She cut my friends nails off, who received the correct lenth, btw. The owner then said she was not going to finish our nails. I called the police, and they said that this is a civil matter. Think twice before coming to this nail shop. Their polish choices are very limited, and the owner is very rude and arrogant. Not to mention, if you are unpleased with anything, they will refuse you service.
