Can’t say enough about this place. The doctors are amazing. In the past, I worked with Dr. Garishma Zaveri and she was very caring and professional. Last time I visited this place I was very much pleased to work with Dr. Anna Beers. She took days trying to help me with my root canal that was treated overseas. She was patient and went out of her way to help me to fix the problem. She even accommodated me the same day when my tooth started hurting. She also followed up fee times afterward. The nurses were also very nice and gentle. It is just a pleasure talking to them! I appreciate the work that this clinic does for people!

Horrible place!!!! They made my teeth fail cuz they never gave me an appointment after I called and they said I’d get an appointment now there’s no doctors until August no one told me until today!!!’ My teeth have now failed and I have to find a new dentist to pull them out!!!! They cost me 2 teeth!!! Don’t go here!!!!!!

The initial evaluation was the most thorough dental evaluation Ive ever had! Excellent-- well-done all around! Friendly and knowledgeable staff!And its wheelchair accessible! (Ive been in a wheelchair 36 years, and its difficult to find accessible offices.)

I wish I had found this place earlier. Customer service is better here than a lot of places, dental or otherwise. They explain everything they are doing and why. That includes how they are charging you for the work! And they don’t tear your mouth up when they are doing an exam or cleaning. Just a lot less nerve-wracking than going to the dentist usually is.

Very nice people. I dont think I have ever felt this comfortable at the dentist. All the people remember you and ask how you are doing. Professional and very caring.

Excellent job, my doctor has s great bedside manner. I had to have 4 teeth pulled out....uggh. but she was very good and I made it through with just shots.

This place is OK for routine care but be aware that it is provided by residents from UoP who change every year. So this is not the dental provider for you if you want to have the same dentist for many years.

University of the Pacific in Union City is by far my favorite place to go for Dental needs. I went to other locations and was dissatisfied with their treatment. UoP provides professional service, care and friendly help for the full range of emergency needs to general dental care. I shopped around and choose UoP for my best all around care.

I am a 10-year veteran of using the UOP dental care center. While costs are lower than the typical dental practice, the students are practiced and rarely need input from instructors. I also get the benefit of new treatments and a lot of attention to my dental condition, including detailed advice on self-care. I wish I had access to UOP many years ago!

For the first time in my almost 60 years I look forward to sitting in a dental chair thank you to the able-and-caring gentile team at Union City Dental Care Center. My inaugural visit included a thorough examination utilizing the most state-of-the-art X-RAY equipment including 3-D imaging and a detailed tooth-to-tooth manual study by very competent student dentist Dr. Christina Woo. She took the time to explain to me why partial upper-and-lower dentures would be the best and affordable solution for myself following years of neglecting my teeth. Dr. Woo stated my road to dentures would include a filling, the extraction of five upper teeth and the replacement of three crowns. One week after she provided me with the most painless and smoothest filling in my history, she and her attentive assistants removed the teeth in a relatively painless procedure involving some oral surgery. I can state honestly I had to remind myself I even underwent an invasive dental procedure. For those who fear needles I testify those administered via Dr. Woo were absolutely pain free. She was only partially under the expert instructon of longtime Casto Valley dentist Dr. John K. Berk. Dr. Woo moved on in her promising career and I while I miss her outstanding efficiency, I am currently under the equally able care of Dr. Caitlin Desmet who has me in the crown replacement phase of my great care. Smiling Clinic Coordinator Sharon Rowsey greets most who enter the center and is the first member of this admirable squad (I have not met all of them) who along with financial coordinator Sydney provide patients including myself with a high sense of ease. Indeed patients do have every reason to be relaxed here and now nobody has any excuse not to have their teeth examined and cared for as a huge part of smart health practices and vanity. Bravo to this well established University of Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Here the student strive for excellence.
