Too generous with one star!I went to my appointment with Dr. Sukhmani Grewal, DDS on time.She did not come to the office. Asked why? Receptionist said that it did not matter since they have other dentist. I told her that I made a reservation with a particular Dr and wanted to be served by one. Furthermore, I asked why I did not get a confirmation. She said I did, She was lying. I had my phone and showed her that they did not send me any text. That was very upsetting. I was asked to be served by other Dentist with a waiting time of 1 hour (at least).The place has a several people inside the lobby and past the lobby WITHOUT MASKS.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not go and waste your time with these amateurs

For one, i went in for a check up they tried to charge me $700+ for a root canal and a crown to do it on the spot and I have great insurance.I know people who go in there and have the similar procedures done and pay only a fraction of what they were trying to charge me. Then they tried to get me to pay some of it now and some later. Called my dentist, who I didnt go to because they were closed because of covid, for a general price and they told me they were trying to scam me. Will not be going back because of this

Excellent Excellent dentist. I had two both tooth on my left side that were cracked and almost gone. Other dentist told me I needed to extract the teeth and replace it with implants, but that was not the case because she not only saved my two bottom teeth but saved me thousands in implants. Very professional and kind. The doctor actually read my facial expressions while working on my teeth to make sure that I wasnt in pain. She explained to me the dental terminology that she was using as well as each step of the process, so I always knew what was going on. I appreciated that.

I had a bad experience .. my teeth did not hurt, with cleaning my teeth became sensitive when eating cold or hot things on the left side of my mouth I still feel sensitive and I think I took a nerve with the anesthesia .. very rough the doctor at the do their job and the nurses are rude too and they dont have patience .. it gave me the impression that they dont disinfect the tools

Came in as a new patient to ask if they took my insurance so I can schedule an appointment. The female that was there at the time was pretty rude and unwelcoming. Seemed bothered and just gave me a card to call and schedule. Was not the receptionist she made that clear. Just horrible energy

Please do no go there if your seeking emergency care. I scheduled a appt on Sept 1st, and am still having issue with my tooth. The dentist are great but the management and medical billing department are the worst. The manager Viviana sent me back and forth to an endodontist that could do nothing for my care because of insurance issues. Viviana failed to send in my emergency auth with the appropriate documentation which caused the insurance to deny therefore delayed my care. I am antibiotic resistant and the pain was unbearable - 30 days later still no solution and no care to fix a temp filling that is deteriorating and could possible cause a complication if left untreated, save yourself the trouble and find a Endodontist. Their patient volume is too high and they make administrative mistakes that effect your patient care.

I don’t know who are those people that are working here but they are SCAM. I went two times because I had a small feeling to be done. Both times after less than a week feeling fallen out. They also lie and told me that I have some other things to do which was not true because, I went for second consultation. Those type off people do not deserve to work and have license.P.S. They charged my insurance big money for something they did not do.

I was here for a root canal and like most people Im sure dont know what that even is but the workers at Hudson Family Dental are so good at what they do.. they showed me my x-rays and explained what the procedure was and how exactly it would affect my tooth in the long run and honestly it was a lot of new information but they made it real easy for me to get it. Now I dont have dental insurance but they were nice enough to work with me and help me out with a payment plan so that I can save my tooth right away. prices are not bad and the whole thing was actually not that bad once they knew I was ready to start, I didnt feel pressured into making any decisions and they made sure I was ok with everything on my treatment before starting.

I have been a patient for many years and this is my first time writing a negative review online. I have had everything from regular cleanings to a root canal. The doctor has been great but she has the absolute worst front desk staff for appointments. I called with an emergency and the person that answered the phone not only did not care about the pain that I was in but told me there is nothing they can do until next week and hung up. They are not only open now but they are open tomorrow. It didn’t even matter that my emergency is from a procedure I had done there but the person that answered could care less. I have never called a doctors office for my husband or my children and been treated so unprofessionally. As a Human Resource Manager that has trained thousands of people in customer service, I must say I am in complete shock that someone would provide the worst customer service in any physicians/dentist office. Hanging up on a patient who is asking questions is never acceptable and in no way did I ever give any unpleasantries.

I found this place online and I only booked an appointment because they had saturdays open. I wasnt expecting much going in but as soon as I signed in the front desk person made sure to answer all of my questions regarding my insurance and made sure I wasnt getting ripped off like the last place I went to... not going to get into that but this place is awesome and staff is very friendly once inside as well and Im making this my permanent dentist :)

Great place. it s a little small on the inside but very clean and they have very comfy furniture so that makes up for it. I went in for a few fillings and I did not feel a thing thanks to Dr. Grewal she was super nice and talked me through the process. Now my teeth are doing good and can enjoy my food!

Worst doctors ever dont go to this dental!my lips has inflammation because she drill it when she was doing fillings.I told her what is that she said that is cold sore in mouth what a lie after I felt the pain in that area from her drill. she said dont worry it will go after few days! cold sore in mouth! and sometimes it happens! even the fillings from my other teeth still hurting me after a two week from do it there!I just dont like lies she has to be honest doctor but maybe these days doctors cares about money only then your health that a shame.

I normally dread going to the dentist since they always are so rough and make my gums bleed. However the staff here is mindful and respectful of any cleaning concerns you may have. They are patient and professional. No long wait you are taken right in once arrive on time for your appointment. The place is clean. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist come to this office they really go above and beyond for their patients

I was told by my last office that i needed an extraction with an oral surgeon after being in there for less than 15 minutes. after seeking a second opinion at Hudson, they suggested I schedule an appointment on a wednesday with Dr. Sharma and let me tell you he is the best in the game omg. He said the procedure was difficult yes, but that he can do it no problem. I was in and out with no pain and am currently healing just fine thanks to their excellent service. Thanks Hudson family!

I love this place so much! i was scared to go in at first because i absolutely hate dentists!!! but dr khurana made sure i was 100% comfortable from the moment she waked in the room. she walked me through every step of my visit and made sure i wasnt nervous before starting work on me. excellent service here and i will be coming back to work on my teeth again!

Best dentist office ive ever been to hands down. The place is a little small but the service is amazing. The doctor makes you feel very comfortable and makes sure you don’t do anything you don’t want to do. The assistants are very helpful always asking for feedback and making sure you’re okay (they knew I was nervous lol). I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I hate going to the dentist, I really do. But going here was a totally different experience than any other dentist I have been to. They proper english to us and are able to properly go about any procedure. They also explain how everything works in a simple enough way for a layman like me to understand. I recommend them 100% and would think that anyone should definitely go there. Never going to change dentists now.

I took my son here he’s four years old and I couldn’t believe the work of Dr. Grewal when she was able to even keep him in the patient chair for long enough to get his cleaning done. The doctor and the assistants are awesome and I was able to trust them completely with my son and now my wife and me are patients there as well!

Almost no wait time before I was seen by the doctor and I loved coming here. I came for just a checkup and left feeling happy that I went for what I wanted to go and got an awesome service experience, Dr. Khurana is a really good doctor. Will be coming for my next cleaning.

Ive been coming to this office for maybe 2-3 years and I wouldnt leave dr Khurana for anything. Now I live about 30 minutes away but I still make the trip for my checkups and they are the only office that works around my work schedule since they work Saturdays! I can always count on this office to be available if I ever need it... only thing I wish is maybe them opening a closer office by my house ahaha

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I am not the type of person to make reviews cause i dont really care to go out of my way to do so but this place is just so bad. Not only is this place tiny and uncomfortable but the equipment they use looks old and rusty. Now this is not my biggest issue with this place, my issue is that they make you wait SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LOOOOONNGGGGG to call you in and it is unacceptable. once i had an appointment at 2:30. I came in on time and the lady told me it would take about 20 min. An hour passed by and i finally decide to ask whats goin on. she says that ill be another hour that if i want i can come back at 4:30 and i wont have to wait at all. Such a waste of my time i had to be somewhere so i had to reschedule for another day. So this lady really made me wait an entire hour to then tell me i can come back....This is my second appointment today june 25 and just WOW. AGAIN here waiting to get attended... its already been 2 HOURS and im still waitingIf i was able to give no stars i MOST DEFINITELY WOULD

The staff is pretty good, both dentists are good. But you feel like they are in rush to finish everything as if they’re in race.

Unprofessional service. People book and stay in reception for over an hour to be seen. And front desk lady finds every excuse to let her connections go first even if they were late. I will no longer go there, they try to get as much business as they can to make money but dont care about the comfort or schedule of people.

I use to have dental anxiety until I started going to Hudson Family Dental . From the minute I walked in the door until I checked out they were nothing but friendly and professional. I set my appointment up online and did my new patient paperwork online prior to my appointment. The assistants and Dr. SHARMA were absolutely amazing. After my examination they gave me a detailed breakdown of the work I need to accomplish with no pressure on time frame. I set my appointment for the next day to have a root canal plus I also had a cleaning which I was also pleased with. I highly recommend going to Hudson Family Dental and ask for Dr Sharma as he is the best with surgical procedures They took my fear of seeing a dentist away with just one visit. I have my next few appointments set up and I am glad I went there.

I like this place a lot Id been looking for a new dentist for a while to get a tooth removed and I made an appointment with Dr. Khurana and she was able to give me something for the pain and then asked me to make an appointment with Dr. Sharma a couple days after and believe me when I tell you I didn’t feel a thing! Having had braces as a child, Ive been acclimated to multiple dental practices over the years. Having said that, Ive yet to come across a practice which exhibits the level of professionalism and courtesy as Hudson Family Dental does. Its the reason why I drive so far out of my way (~60miles) to receive dental care

Short Story - Did not do my root canal / Crown correctly! Ended up costing me my tooth. Avoid them completely.Long Story - Went to get a root canal and crown on my #3 tooth (top back right). After 2 failed communication attempts between this dentist and the lab they finally got the crown in about 2 weeks.After putting in the crown I was experiencing pain still and the crown fell off after 2 weeks. They did put the crown on again for free. To be expected I guess.The next year was painful. I would have moments where it was painful and just felt uncomfortable and unnatural. After going to a new dentist and doing x-rays it was revealed that the crown was an incorrect size and this caused a gap where bacteria could get back into the root of my tooth under the crown from the side.This ended up causing a tooth abscess and a deep infection which ended up costing my tooth completely. I now have to get it extracted.They were friendly. But friendly doesnt excuse clear mistakes.Unfortunately, this is a dentist you should just avoid if you care at all about your teeth or your childrens teeth for that matter.

My boyfriend had a terrible experience here. The staff was distracted & forgot about him while taking xrays, then treated him rudely, and didnt even address the massive infection in his gums.

TERRIBLE CLINIC!! STAY AWAY!I went there for a filling in one tooth. Following things happened.First Visit - Dr. Sharma1. He did FULL oral X-ray without my consent and charged my insurance2. He discovered 2 more teeth for fillings and charged my insurance for 5 fillings instead of 33. He cleaned my teeth without my consent and charged my insuraceTHE ORIGINAL PAIN didnt go away. I had to visit the clinic again.Second Visit - Dr. Khurana1. She checked my tooth and took an X-ray. She said I will have to come to see Dr. Sharma Again as he did the work originally. But she charged my insurance to check my tooth and X-ray.I had to visit another hospital after 3 months as the poor work done by Dr. Sharma broke. I came to know that I dont have insurance coverage anymore, because this clinic maxed me out of my insurance limit. I had to pay out of my pocket. This is poorest service I have ever received. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Last Month I visited Dr. Jasmeet Khuranas dental clinic for a regular cleaning and whitening. She made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything she was going to do before hand so that I will be comfortable with it. As she was performing my cleaning she talked to me about each step she was taking. After my cleaning and whitening she explained to me the correct way to clean my teeth and that I need to floss daily. All the doctors and staffs at Hudson Family Dental was professional and polite. The clinic was very clean and faciliated with advance technology. I highly recommended everyone to visit Dr. Jasmeet khuranas Hudson Family Dental for dental injuries and cleaning related problems.
