Everyone at this practice is super kind and easy to work with. The dentists/hygienists communicate well with patients. In particular, Dr. Liya was incredibly gentle and made me feel at ease for my first root canal. Overall a great experience. The only downside is the somewhat small waiting room - you could end up standing while you wait.

Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable, informative and professional. I came in for crowns on my dental implants. The dental hygienist was gentle during my cleaning and did a great job with my impressions for my crowns. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming. This dental office is a hidden gem!

Im always nervous going to the dental office, however this office made me feel comfortable and they are gentle and caring towards your dental. Also fast, I got my tooth pulled in less than 10min. O am definitely making them my permanent dental care!!!

The doctors are extremely great in doing their part but the actual staff is a circus. They are very rude inpatient and judgmental. They belittle people and think that their better than the people there trying to get seen by the dentist. They need to hire a whole new team and start fresh!!!!

I went about a month & a half ago the service was alright . The problem was this office proceeded to bill my insurance for services that weren’t done for me & they billed for a date in which in fact I had not been in the office . When I called the receptionist said she understood why I was upset but that she only bills what is in the doctors notes . A day or two later the manager of the office called and said that it was a misunderstanding and it was a clerical error . Now I work in the same field how could it be a clerical error when I wasn’t in the office for one of the dates billed for me ? Sounds like not an error to me . I will not be returning to this office & for future patients be aware of what they are billing your insurance & that you in fact got the procedures done

Asked the nurse to turn the tv off. She waited till I couldnt talk and turned it on again. Spent most of the time watching la novela while poking my mouth.The dentist is young and condescending, she told me Ill take care of you but youre gonna keep coming back right?Its a dentistry already, you dont have to make it worst you know.

Amazing staff and amazing results. I had lost a front tooth and was super self conscious about my smile. Dr. Patel and his staff have given me my smile back. I highly recommend them.

Negative one star !!! This place is a total joke! They had me start my ROOT-CANAL knowing I’m only available on Saturday’s not sure if this pandemic got them Desperate for money but after starting my root canal first step out of the 3 steps... they call me to tell me that they will no longer have Saturday appointments and I would have to travel all the way to NEWARK once their office in Newark has anything available which would be within a month or so after my insurance approved the entire job is when I get a hold the phone call..... so unprofessional and unorganized!!!! Now I was left with a giant whole in one of my tooth! Never again will I ever step foot in that office again !!! I will be contacting my insurance and updating them on this ! And please my smile dentist DO NOT EVEN REPLY TO THIS!!Because I can care less the same way you guys don’t care nor do I !!!

I love this place. The open x-ray mechanic they have is great for my son who is autistic and does not like the old way of getting the x-ray. Im get my tooth implants done here and I would recommend this place. The doctors are friendly and put you at ease. They work with you to get the care you need.

I would recommend My Smile Dental and their staff to anyone. My mother & brother had recommended this place to me since I have not gone to a dentist in 2 years. I was in the process of looking for a new dentist since the one I was with was since childhood but the service has been declining throughout the year. After my first appointment, I fell in love with the staff and doctor. The crew are very friendly and they treat you like a family. The place is easy to find, high tech & clean. I recommend to everyone this location and place.

I am terrified of the dentist and havent had the best experiences but today was great! The staff was beyond amazing and took good care of me. They were so sweet and did not hurt me at all. I’ve been a patient at My Smile Dental for about five years. I mostly come here to see Dr. Gupta and occasionally Dr. Patel. They are both very professional, provide great care, and the kindest people I’ve ever met. I highly recommend both of them. Another stand out person from the My Smile Staff is Jackie, who does client services at the front desk. These three people are the reason this office deserves recognition.

First of all I had a root canal which it hurt from day one, I went back 3 times that first week, but the pain wouldnt go away. I was taking antibiotics and pain killers trying to save my tooth, pain will come and go I end up taking my tooth out. In addition I went back 6 months after and they where so pushy about the implant, I dont know what their business are, but one thing is for sure that they are not good at root canal. I was talking to another patient she was there for the exact same reason, a felier root canal, she mation she was in pain. If you cant do something is better to be honest with your patients am sure they will appreciate it better than messing with their teeth.I was there last year because of the pain in my tooth and I was told it was going to be $150 went back today and got the job done but price was different $250 I asked the lady why and she literally just walked away from me and didnt let me finish talking. I just hope the doctor did a good job today so i dont have to back.

Dr. Patel and the staff did an amazing job. I got my wisdom teeth taken out. He was very professional and awser all my question. He saw the urgency of the surgery and did it right away.

Dr Liya, Myra and all of The My Smile Dental Team are excellent. I have spent years trying to find a good dentist in the area and Im so glad I found them. In fact, my mom originally had a dental emergency and they easily helped her. She raved about them so my boyfriend went for a cleaning and then I went for a cleaning and to have a second opinion on a tricky back tooth which another dentist near me in Jersey City had said I would need an onlay for which would cost close to $1,000. I appreciated that when I spoke with Dr. Liya and the team about this we looked at my x-rays together and she explained that we would not need to do an onlay but it would help to fix another filling behind the tricky tooth and good thing we did, there was food caught in it and decay. Dr. Liya is honest, practical and understands patients concerns with costs and fears of dental work. in fact I had a little sensitivity with the tooth after she fixed it and I visited her again and she checked it at no cost and made some recommendations and now thankfully over a month later the tooth feels great. I am glad my family and I found this amazing dental office!!!

I’ve been coming to this dentist for a few years now, and I’m not even sure why. I should’ve just switched a while back but since I only go about twice a year it’s not that serious but it’s gotten so annoying at this point. I’ve never had an appointment where they actually attended me in a timely manner. If my appointment is at 11 am, they’ll have me waiting outside till about 12 noon and then when they call me in they’ll have me waiting on the chair for another 30 minutes to an hour. And the most annoying thing is that once they get to me, it takes them max 10-15 minutes. They never acknowledge that they’ve had me waiting a long time either, they go about it as if everything is cool. I’m done.

They are great and they do tell you ahead of time if your insurance covers any dental procedure or not. Dentists are so kind

I went there because my post and crown came out which was done many years ago and they took x-rays and informed me that I need the rest of the tooth to be extracted. The dentist came and explained everything to me. I was so nervous because I hate the dentist but I have to say he did such a great job extracting the tooth and giving me the novacane that I really did not feel anything. Great place and great dentist.

As a patient for years never had any problem with the front desk ladies, and always happy with the Dr.s. unfortunately the the last two staff or the manager is the most rudest and agliest person to delegate with customers. Not only that they were very unprofessional by not contacting the insurance directly as dr. Office as by Heppa laws they are to call directly. Instead they she was loud to said your insurance is declining. So sad to have to change dentis. But so glad not to have to see such disrespectful person at the front desk.

I’m a coward when it comes to needles but Dr . Gupta made me feel so very comfortable . Would recommend him 100 percent.

Best dentist Dr Tejal Patel....she is very smart and knowledgeable. ..I had minor problem in my teeth I was advised by other dentist to do surgery or implant however I went to Dr patel for second opinion and she fixed my problem without any surgery. ...I would never go to any other dentist now she is my family dentist...I highly recommend her...

I was very insulted today but the front staff that has no clue what they are doing today I went to find out if my mom approval for dentures was there since we were told it will be two weeks and it’s been over a month and after calling the insurance and finding out it was never submitted I decided to go ask in person to first be tested bad by who I believe is the manager a blond lady that had no clue about anything and the she send me to an even more clueless Indu guy that treated me really bad and Should not be allowed to work in an office like that. The worst part was being laughed at and humiliated by both the blond heavy lady and the Indu nasty guy. They started laughing at me almost in my face and told me they will resend it. No manners at by the two and I heard from other family members that this guys are always this way. It’s sad because the doctors here are excellent but you need new management in the front desk and definitely get rid of this nasty Indu guy that wouldn’t even pay attention to me because whe was on his celular phone. Horrible experience

I would like to thank the Doctors and the office staff for the excellent care I’ve received, I came as a new patient about 2 months ago with a lot of dental problems that weren’t addressed properly at my previous dentist and as soon as I started treatment at My smile Dental each one of my medical complaints were treated accordingly and the doctor and staff answered all my questions and concerns and the treatments/ procedures have been very effective . I was referred by a family friend and I would gladly refer anyone who is seeking for a great dental care provider !

If you are contacted to do root canal, watch out for pacterial infection ( Advise: Dont do it ). Many doctors dont recommend root canal but apparently medicare pays/covers the root canal operation. I will be more than happy to change my review once I see a change and they fix my current health problems!!

I am going to this dentist to get pretty big work done that involves the removal of alot of teeth first before we can proceed. Needless to say I was very nervous and affraid. After about 5 mins of speaking with my dentist he had put all my fears to rest and made me feel alot less nervous about what had to be done. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to make you feel at ease. The first part of my journey which involved removing 3 teeth went off without a hitch and close to no pain at all. The only thing I felt was the 1st shot of novacane and everything after that was virtually painless and easy. I am thankful to have found such a good, professional dentist and cant wait until everything is done. I highly recommend this place from the front desk to the dentists everybody there gets 2 thumbs way up from me!!!!

I hate this place they take x-rays in front of patients while I was getting my x-rays done their where people looking at my x-ray on the screen which by law it is not confidential I was so embarrassed and I felt like my business was put out also they take so long to assist patients and I had to remove 2 teeth and they didn’t do it the same day they told me to come back like if I don’t work or have kids to take care of .

El día de hoy llame para hacer cita lo más pronto posible y la recepcionista me dijo que llegara a cierta hora entnces llegue media hora antes de lo que ella me había dicho le dije porque razón estaba ahí y ella me dijo ok siéntate yo te llamo nisiquiera me dijo que tenía que anotarme hasta que pasaron todos los paciente que llegaron después de mi yo me volví acercar a la recepción indignada porque supuestamente iba de emergencia y fue ahí donde la otra recepcionista me dijo que me anotara luego pasaron 3 horas y me pasaron al cuarto y ahí me tuvieron 35 minutos sin atenderme de manera que me vi con la obligación de él cuarto de espera.

The resectionist at this clinic has poor manners and does not provide good care. She is lousy at her job and that is why businesses lose their customers to poor quality people. Doctors are very good doctors, but the resectionist is the worst.

They gave me an appointment at 8:00 am. And they called me to confirm the day before. Arrive and CLOSED ⁉️Check the Hours open at 10:00 am.THAT LACK OF RESPECT AND ATTENTION TOWARDS PATIENTS MAKING THEM WAIT IN THE STREET WITH A CHILD.AVOID GIVING APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT BEING ATTENDED.(I had been here before the service was EXCELLENT. But today FATAL)

We went to this place because of a toothache, I had an infection in my teeth and gums. They treated me all together at the same time and my recovery was fatal. They created an abscess. I had more than two weeks draining the infection that they had to control. I was almost dying from the infection in my head due to the negligence that they as professionals said I did not have. It is a fatal place to put your life in their hands.

Today I had a tooth extraction, I thought it was going to hurt a lot, I was scared but the truth was I didnt feel anything. Thanks to Dr. Dr Gupta, an excellent professional.
